out of sync sequence value

Hi all

I just did a refresh of a schema of prod dev. Which seems to work very well. I did a schema import/export level (we are on 9.2.0.5). My question is. It seems that the sequences are out of sync.

In Drop lets say seqA a nextval 120 in dev seqA even has a nextval of 80. I know I can run the nextval of double 40 times to get the sync. But how can we synchronize these values for all other sequences. There are about 800 + of these sequences. Any ideas on how to synchronize these prod dev?

Any ideas on how to synchronize these prod dev?

Option 1:
stop the application code that increments the sequence in prod and then export - import

Option 2:
write a plsql procedure to loop through all the footage and increment the

Option 3:
For each sequence with a mismatch: DROP SEQUENCE and CREATE SEQUENCE STARTING WITH the current / desired / Prod target values

  • Video and Audio out of sync after rendering with SOUL

I went videos of gameplay, with a fable for my microphone and one for the PC-ingamesound. After I visited with Premiere Pro 2015.4 all right.

But with Media Encoder 2015.4 gameplay video is about 15 frames before the sound. I have an intro to 4 seconds, it is in sync, so I don't understand why the matter of gameplay GET is out of sync.

When you need more information to help me, let me know.

Hi Gunther, sorry you have problems with the SOUL.  Looks like the sync is correct when exporting directly from the first, is that correct?  Also, what format you export to SOUL & first?  The problem of synchronization occur even if you export to a different format of the SOUL?  You can try to revive the SOUL with the SHIFT key to reset your preferences, just to verify that the problem is not related to corrupt settings.

If you agree with the sending of your first sequence and media I could study the problem more away from my hand, let me know and I'll send you a link.

  • Audio/video Out Of Sync after export

Hello, I hope I gave enough information below. I searched high and low for an answer to this and can not find a solution that has helped.

I have an audio problem be out of sync a few images when exporting.

First Pro Version CC using 2015.3 works on a Windows 7 PC with 16 GB of RAM.

Source footage is Panasonic Lumix g-7 MPEG Movie wrapped in .mp4.

Rate of the source footage is 59.94

    No external codecs are used.

Here is a screen of the properties panel to one of the source images files in Windows.

However, the problem does not occur when I check the "Match sequence settings" at the top. I want to make so files won't be as big as when I pay with these settings. Just looking for YouTube, but even this preset produces the problem, I'm going to.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

The problem seems to be that I was unaware of a 2 ms latency when recording with a wireless LAV microphone system. I moved the audio advance 2ms and the delay has disappeared.

  • The merged clips appear out-of-sync indicators while in sync

So I have this weird problem with merged clips showing out-of-sync indicators while in fact, the audio is synchronized.

    Let me explain first the workflow for this feature;

-Set of 6 K RED footage gets converted to 1080 p Prores Proxy

-All the proxies and separate audio files are imported into a project file 'Master and Sync' (I use it to synchronize and merge clips as well as rename them)

-When everything is synchronized, merged and renamed, they are placed in their corresponding scene number folder

-J' I then open my project file 'Edit' and in the media browser, browse to the file "Master and Sync" project.

-J' have drag and drop clips/merged records newly created the 'Master Sync' in the mediabrowser, in my project 'change '.

-J' I change with them and everything works as expected.

The issue comes in when I try to import a sequence edited of my Deputy Editor-in-Chief.

-We work with the latest version of first

-We are working on our own systems at home, but both have local access to all the images that we work with.

-We have a record of sharing creative cloud where our editing projects are located and saved as well as the project "Master and Sync.

-When my assistant has completed a first Assembly of a scene I navigate to his project to change the media browser when changing my own project is open.

-J' I find the finished sequence and drag and drop it into my own project to change .

And at that time there almost every single clip shows the out-of-sync indicator, but when I play the sequence everything is synchronized. I checked with my assistend maybe if its sequence shows also these indicators, but it is not. So it only seems to happen when I import its sequences. I tried ' display indicator out of sync clips unrelated " in the preferences, but without success.

    out of sync indicators.png

To add a comment to the audio to video synchronization. I had to make up for a lot of audio clips by a 1 or a couple of images manually because they turned with timecode jamming and not gen-lock. It is so true that technically the audio can be out of sync before their merger all but as you can see on the screenshot the indicators show a shift much larger than 1 or two images (I think the max lag that I got was 9 frames).

All suggestions are welcome and I really hope I'm overlooking something rather than finding a bug!

    Thank you!

So, I just got a phone call from Adobe. Technology Adobe told me that he had tested this configuration to confirm that it is seeing the same thing I am. Unfortunately, it has been. He also told me that it is a limitation instead of bug. Is because my assistant and I are working on two different systems and no access don't not on the same physical hard disk and so do not have access to the "exact" same media.

It would be no problem if we worked on different systems, but to access media on the shared storage.

The shame if this is considered to be a limitation rather than a bug. Seems to me it is repairable but, Hey! I'm just a simple editor and no programmer so it might be more difficult.

  • Audio Out of Sync and Insert Clip out of a framework

I record my audio and video separately. I use the merge Clips feature to merge together, now made dozens of times, never a problem. He did it with this new project, everything looks and sounds very good.

But when you change the pieces of an element in a sequence, each inserted bit is the "audio is out of sych" red text. It is out-of - 0:72 to a clip or - 0:87 for another.

However, it is not enough for me to see when I play it back, so I did fi from it as I change. Sometimes I slip in sync to remove the red text, I can't make a difference.

But also sometimes when I insert an element in the current sequence, the marker/cursor script (don't know what it's called, the line blue large marking this place in the sequence where everything I insert will be inserted) is disabled by a frame. Sometimes it's off in one direction, which means that I get random empty images in playback, or it is off in the other direction and I am slowly accumulated unique axe off executives.

Someone has an idea of what's going on? How the audio is out of sync in the first place? Why the function Insert Clip move the cursor in a strange place?

Nevermind, I figured it. I chose the wrong preset when I made a new sequence. 60 frames per second instead of 59.whatever. >.

  • Audio and video out of Sync

I capture images from video game using ShadowPlay recording at 60 fps mp4 files. When I import into first and play in the sequence, the audio and video are out of sync. When I play in VLC or Windows Media Player, the timing is perfect.

Why first plays the audio and video synchronized?

The corrections that I found online that does not solve the problem are:

-Make the video in the work area bar (it actually makes it worse for some reason any)

-Edit video in .mov file extension

-I know how to use Handbrake to make the files before import has also been suggested, but I don't want to have this extra step added to my workflow, it should not be necessary.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Tempest tim wrote:

Also, is there no other way to get around the problem of variable frame rate?

Not if you use the GPU hardware to capture your h.264 videos, there isn't.  First can not correctly handle variable frame rate images.  And the images only you're going to get your encoder is VFR.

    You have 3 basic choices:

    (1) stop using ShadowPlay and use something else which will tax your system more to capture video in a constant frame rate format.  There are other applications that capture images CFR, generally in AVI format, and the resulting files are massive.  You will have a drop in performance in the game when you use these applications.

    (2) transcode w/parking brake to the CFR

    (3) use a different NLE.  Sony Vegas, from what I hear, will support VFR without problems.  Most other NLEs will not, including Premiere Pro.

  • Audio skips out of sync in several places when the export of the first pro

I have a short, 15 minute, turned to 23.976 FPS.  When I export to load in yet somehow audio jumps not synchronized to several different places.  The weird part is that in all cases there are 2 people in the scene and that a single audio out of sync breaks people.

I went through all the audio files in the sequence in Premiere Pro (CC) and the audio fits perfectly even though I play in first.

I checked and double checked settings FPS in first and still, as well as other parameters such as the video and audio format audio sample rate, etc., and everything is consistent.

I'm exported from Premiere pro using the "Multimédia" option and choose MPEG2-DVD, NTSC, 720 x 480, progressive quality of 23.976 FPS, 100, CBR, target 9.00Mbps, with audio PCM, 48 Khz, stereo, 16-bit output.

    Source sequence is 1920 x 1080 (1.0), 23.976 FPS, progressive, 48000 Hz, stereo.

I also used Media Encoder on the same sequence to create an MP4 file and that seems to come out perfectly synchronized throughout.   So, I'll try using media encoder to create a .iso file, if possible.

I'm new to this, all the words of wisdom or of things to check would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Bobw

Voice out of sync with the lips.  I look for "bilabials" (P, B and M) in the speech, then make sure that the sound correctly synchronizes with the lips.

I guess we can do exactly the same with notes on an instrument if it was of expert musicians.

In any case, I turn on the "show time audio units" and then carefully align the appropriate sound with the position of the pack language appropriate lip. Often it's 'zoom' on the frame and audio tracks and the cleaning back and forth several times.

OK, but let's go back to my problem.  That, it turns off does not exist.  I treat so badly that I had to remove the camera and audio sound recorder and sometimes contract between the two during a audio jack.

AND, I actually had audio out of sync by about 3 images in three different places in my sequence, in one place.   And Yes, I looked at dozens of times and convinced myself that it couldn't be my work because I had "checked" so many times.

This was caused by a drawing of lots of last minute "tweaking" and "assume" that the settings I made did not affect the video tracks & audio following.  (HINT: it is almost always if you don't take extreme care and seems sometimes even when you do.)

AND I also had a "nested" sequence I had absolute fits for audio, synchronize perfectly on.

BECAUSE...   I had 'nested' video but I have NO audio with her nest.

.... The "Lesson Learned" here is: "If your export ends with audio out of sync quit"guess"that it is impossible because of your Premiere Pro sequence is wacked"

  • Help!  Audio goes out of sync after export.

OK, people. I need your help. I have a looming deadline of THIS FRIDAY to put this.

I have a multicam editing over a show that runs 1 hour 20 minutes. It renders perfectly in the timeline panel, all the video and audio perfectly synced. Looks and sounds exactly like what I need.

When I export the video in form file H.264, audio not get synchronized with the video of 13 frames! But that's not all... It doesn't go to the complete audio track. There are about 50 minutes in the middle of the video where the audio goes out of sync. The audio at the beginning and end of the video is aligned perfectly in sync. It is just the central part which is twisted.

    What should I do?

This has never happened before, and I have worked extensively with multicam in first Pro CC before that. Never been a problem. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the first and also remove all media cache files, but still no dice.  I also tried to copy the clips in a new sequence in the same project, copying the clips into a new sequence in a NEW project, the nesting of the sequence... nothing works.

    My configuration:

    MacBook Pro retina (Rev A)

    First Pro CC (latest version)

    Panasonic GH3 images in 1080 p 24 p AVCHD timeline

3 cameras & 1 audio file to WAV in Multicam

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OK, I figured out how to fix it:

    1. In first Pro CC, choose SEQUENCE > DELETE RENDER FILES.
    2. Try to export the movie again.

It worked! I exported the same sequence, and it took a lot of time to do a new rendering of the audio files, but when it was finished export audio and video are in sync. I don't know what caused it, but this fix, so I hope anyone else having this problem can save a lot of time in reading this.

    See you soon!

  • Audio out of sync and missing

I have several clips of my Panasonic LX-5 (720 p). I created a new project (CS 5.5) and import the clips. When I play the file directly from Windows Explorer, all right. However, in the timeline, the audio is ahead of the video, then partially through an element, the audio disappears altogether. In addition, the line in the upper part of the sequence is yellow (above the transitions, it is green). I thought that perhaps the final exported file would be nice, but he had the audio out of sync and missing in the same places, too.

    Any ideas what's happening here?

    Thank you

    Jay

Thanks for the offer, Jim. It turns out that, delete the files from the cache of forced media audio again in line (as when a fall new video clips in the bin in a project). That fixed it.

  • DropCam film out of sync in CS6, even in the order, created from clip

    Hi all

I create a sequence directly from some footage from Dropcam (1280 x 720), the rate is usually about 15 fps - it seems Dropcams to vary the frequency of images based on what the wifi network they are on can handle.  VLC Player can play the clip very well, but in PP CS6 the audio and video get out of sync even if the sequence has been developed specifically for this clip Dropcam.  PP has problems with out-of-common frame rates or am I missing something else?  I also tried to convert the clips in the SOUL for some intermediate images generated or anything to support the but so far no good results.

    Thank you

    Sean

It is quite possible, the camera is varying the pace in the clip, which is initially sync to get out.  PP can make counts one number, he doesn't pitch, so it's not a precise gauge here.

  • Audio got out of sync somehow...

    Hi all

I worked on a piece of footage for a few hours now, a master clip editing down to about 20 subclips, and everything was fine until a few minutes ago. The sound is completely out of sync and even out of order. It is not a matter of seconds fast or slow; the audio is jumping at a completely different time to the main element. I don't know why this happened, and I can't find a way around it.

The main element plays precisely outside the first 5.5 in QuickTime, VLC and Windows Media Player. I tried to copy and rename the master clip and the replacement of the damaged file inside the first with the file named differently, but that does no good. I opened an auto save the way until this issue has been raised and which is messed up also. I rebooted first and all that... nothing helps. I even made on a small clamp to see if she makes very good, always messed up.

This problem seems to affect only the subclips of this master file in particular, the other master files and their sub respective clips work very well... And I don't remember with certainty what I did right before this happened. I think I've been playing with the opacity of a subclip or something... This happened once before on a small project, but I have spent a lot of time on this one and I wouldn't lose everything.

Any ideas on what I can do to save the clips? If there is a way to export the sub clip info and place it inside a new project or something... I do not know... It's the 20th video I edited on this hardware with the only occurrence of this nature happening before.

    Adobe Premiere 5.5

    Windows 7 Ultimate

    AMD Phenom XII X 4 955 @ 3.20 GHz

    8 GB ram

    NVidia GeForce GTX 460

    Integrated sound card

Video/Audio comes from a Sony Bloggie Touch 4 GB

    The video is 720 p, mp4 format.

Great, thank you. OK, let's try this:

    1. Download MPEG StreamClip. The latest beta version is fine. It is a good tool to have in your arsenal, anyway. It's free and requires no installation.
    2. Open MPEG StreamClip and go to window > Preferences. Check "Flow of Fix with data breaks" and (although not entirely necessary for this particular difficulty) "preserve the GOPs to In/Out. Click OK.
    3. Load MP4 in MPEG StreamClip misbehavior (file > open files).
    4. Go to editing > Timecode break trouble; I don't know that it's necessarily the problem (or solution) but it does not hurt anything.
    5. Go to file > save as and choose a name and a destination for the file. Let the type of the value MP4 and click Save. This will copy the data streams of the original file - no encoding again that happens - and package it in a MP4 container.

At this point, import the new MP4 in your Premiere Pro project and let me know if it worked. If so, you can select the original main item, right-click and select replace footage; Choose the new file and your changes will be kept, but the file will be replaced by the work file.

  • Visuals and Audio Out of sync

    Hello

We try to change some sequences HD, in which case the audio and video are out of sync.

Plays ok as a MPEG4 file on the hard disk of the computer - problem only occurs when images are imported in the first Pro CS4.  We import via the media browser.

The problem worsens as he plays for example at the end of a 49 minutes 9 seconds audio offset.

I read this thread, but it didn't really explain what is the cause...

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/436751?TSTART=30

Here are the specifications of the sequence...

    Path: C:\Users\Administrator\My Videos\Coast10_videomaster\Nora 2 day day 1 Vp1
    Type: MPEG Movie
    File size: 10.8 GB
    Image size: 1440 x 1080
    Sampling: 32
    Frame rate: 25.00
Audio Format: 48000 Hz - compressed - stereo
Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - stereo
    Total time: 00:59:01:08
    Average: 3.1 MB/second
    Format of the pixels: 1.3333

One wonders about the Audio Source being Format and Format Audio different project for example compressed / comma floating 32 bits?

Someone suggested to syncronise?  but from what I can tell, it is only useful for multiple clips?

One of the local film tutors suggests that this is a problem with not having hdv cameras is not a video sync - time and it was the fault of cameras. Apparently the only way to move which was to capture in short clips instead of a jackpot.  Used camera is a Sony V1P.

Comments are welcome... would be very appreciated!

Use HDVSplit to capture HDV equipment. It of free, has the scene detection, and avoids the OOS errors.
