Overview F12 dreamweaver 98

Redesign of a site. Addition of css. Add a css navigation bar. I built a container of the navigation bar and then added the html code. NavBar navigatin css stylesheet-related.
All of these items correct function in design mode. I can contol navbar correct objects. I can control my objects of the correct page site. But I can't see the navigation bar or its objects in browsers ({Internet explorer or netscape})
I placed the site on my server and everthing is OK. All of my page on the site feature images and buttons animated to my satisfaction at this stage of the trial. The navigation bar seems to work. It needs tuning, but I can see it OK.
There are two containers in this page. The main container wrap all my pictures etc. The contano also contains the navbar container that covers all my navigation and a link to the css navigation.
I'm confused. There must be a little flashy somewhere.

Test site is at.
http://UserSite.com/newccc There is also a link to my style sheet two css and dreamweaver design view.
It is here that I noticed the navbar woked.
When I ftp the info on the site it woks but when I operate the F12 button it don't

The only way to see them working in the preview should activate the temporary files.

    A big thank you, guys!

    Your footer is not in the #wraper on the one hand:

    see how you close the #wrapper div right after the #header.

    If you lose the balance #wrapper provides:

    . Wrapper {}

    Width: 827px;

    left margin: auto;

    margin-right: auto;

    }

    There is also an additional right after your div "nav":

  • Home

  •

    The second is extra... without closing anything.

    It is advisable when coding to put in to any element closing tag as soon as you have finished the opening tag.

    Thus, for example, put in your tag #wrapper opening and then put in the closing #wrapper tag before putting anything in #wrapper.

    Now if you use #wrapper in the normal way... it's to 'Pack' all the content... then everything... everything must be placed between the #wrapper opening tag and the closing #wrapper tag.

    Now you add content in the main envelope, all encompassing

    dash of each nesting level. So when you nest a deep level, indent the code to see what content inside that visually. Next level of nesting gets back once more.

    That practice, as well as to always add the closing tag a few lines below the opening tag at the same time the opening tag is created, you will help keep content in the appropriate container element and eliminate extra opening or closing... tags their locker always in pairs.

    Best wishes

  • BrowserLab does not work for me, he will not fulfill the load even if I have high speed internet?

    Object

    First time use of the browser lab does not.

    Description of the problem

    Okay, so, I'm working on a tutorial on CS5.5 page and I'm at the stage of using browserlab to preview online. I log in and enter my password then it opens my browser and I click on "Start using browserlab now" and a blanket of charge is displayed. It loads for about a minute and then remains 'white', which is actually the adobe with a language bar screen at the top right, but NO preview page? also, if I can go in dreamweaver again the browserlab tab reports an error saying "Timed out, failed to connect to BrowserLab.

    Steps to recreate

    1. This problem occurs every time, and I have never run.
    2. 32-bit Windows 7 OS.
    3. I am using BrowserLab main interface as well as tests through the integration of Dreamweaver (DW is version 11.5 build 5315)
    4. I don't understand what means this next statement? "What is the URL you are testing against?

    Expected results

    I thought that browserlab open up my page in several browsers on a single page, so I could see if there are errors for different types of browsers.

    Actual results

    Does not load properly and gives errors.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Marshall,

    Thanks for the detailed report. Don't worry your #4 step, you do not at this point.

    From what I can tell, you're opening BrowserLab in your browser first, then doing an overview of Dreamweaver, is that correct? I would try a test where first test you BrowserLab in stand-alone mode and if it works, then try BrowserLab with Dreamweaver integration. Please try to do the following steps:

    1. Close all your browser windows and Dreamweaver.
    2. DW leave closed, open a single browser window and go to https://browserlab.adobe.com
    3. Sign in and request a screenshot by typing a URL such as http://www.yahoo.com pressing
    4. It works for you? Do you get the screenshots for that? If this isn't the case, please describe the measures you have taken and what you see
    5. If so, close your browser window and open Dreamweaver. Do not open your browser to BrowserLab
    6. In DW, open the Web page you want to view in BrowserLab and press preview in BrowserLab Panel like button on your photo
    7. You may need to log in again, but I would like to know what is happening with this test.

  • Why does my site display properly in Firefox but not Safari/Chrome?

    I have looked through all my code and do not understand why my previews site perfectly well in Firefox, but in Safari or Google Chrome all elements of the site work but the images that make up the background appear empty or with a blue question marks in a box on them.  I made the site by slicing layers in Photoshop then saved the HTML as a template and added the relevant divs.

    It displays a good overview on Dreamweaver as well but it is precisely these browsers on that it does not work.  It is used to preview very well on these browsers while I was doing it until I added the flash element to it, so I don't know if this has something to do with it, although all Flash elements appear and function ok.

    methumeddwl wrote:

    Thanks SnakEyes, I managed to get rid of the Alt error now.  My structure automatically becomes a tabular presentation due to the importation of the slices directly from Photoshop in a fixed layout?  All of a sudden I have all these new upcoming errors for no leftmargin, topmargin, marginWidth don't and marginheight as well as the height, so it would be ok if I just deleted all references to the latter in the code?

    Nancy Merci for these links to page layouts ready to use, they will definitely come in handy for my next site.  As I want my site to be a fixed 1024 x 700 does what a function table plan?  I want it be fixed instead of liquid that I want all the Flash animations to show in specific locations on the site.

    This is why you should not export the HTML from Photoshop.  To answer your question that exports only Photoshop like HTML 4.01, which is why he has these attributes.  In addition, everything is an image in a table cell, which leads to many problems.  Learn how to cut out pictures and use everything that CSS can offer will make better code.

    Thank you Nancy O. This proposal has helped me. Dreamweaver is unresponsive to the launch. Not sure what happened because it was working fine last week. Restore preferences enabled him to proceed as usual.

  • After update Dreamweaver CC 2015.2, overview of device does not and one external monitor

    When Dreamweaver is open on an external monitor, pop-up preview feature shows a very different resolution, making it impossible to use.  It is not a big problem, as I can just drag the application to return to my main monitor, but still a slight annoyance.  All the patches would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Here's what I see.

    This is news.

    I'm guessing the resolution of your screen is significantly different from the main one?

    DW has not been optimized for screens high resolution yet, maybe someday (he was promised for a while now).

  • Dreamweaver CS6 not overview of embedded YouTube videos

    I created a simple page with a number of YouTube videos embedded on this subject, but Dreamweaver CS6 will not preview the videos unless the page is first downloaded to a web server.

    I received the YouTube embed code and pasted in the code (in split view) window.  A gray box showing the player appears in the design window, but after saving the page and try to see in Live View or preview in Safari, YouTube players not to load.

    I managed to get the players to show only after a temporary Web site download (http://www.omnimediaservices.com/orionvideos.html), but there should be a way to that displayed by a browser at least before having to download.

    Is your src in the "iframe" for youtube like this?

    SRC = "" / / www.youtube.com/embed/agiu6koSU4k ""

    Change to cela and save it locally, and locally preview it in a browser to see if it works:

    "SRC ="http:/ / www.youtube.com/embed/agiu6koSU4k.

    If so, you can use the same copy on your server.

  • more overview prob

    I upgade questions more.
    Came from an 8 to CS3. Ok.
    Thanks to my previous post, I had my other problem solved overview.
    now what...
    now when I go to F12, I see all of my nice css script but the flash banner I have embeded is nothing other than a box empty white.
    now what I am doing wrong?

    If the site is now set to the folder that contains the index file?

    OK - the path of the css is always false.
    DW menu-> view-> head elements
    Click on the css icon at the top of the design window and use Browse to
    file to change the path

    Detach the css file, and then attach it again.

    do a find in source for... / and if you find; and the pages are
