P-15 satellite DVD player stalls frequently all playing.

Sorry to post another question!

The P-15 drive has a problem when I play DVD. While the computer plays the DVD, the screen freezes for a second, and the Player stops playback of the DVD. After that, the player starts to play the DVD again, and the film continues. As you can guess, it's really boring. Can someone help me with this problem? The DVD/CD drive is MAST * A DVD-RAM UJ811.

Thank you
Taichi Nakatani

Hi again,

What kind of DVD is this problem? DVD original or serious?

It is also important to know if these DVD is recorded as 'normal' mpeg files or Divx or other codecs.

What DVD player and the version you are using?

Goodbye Tom

My DVD player works but it doesn't show anything on the screen, I think that it s a problem with the registry keys and another problem is that my plug in microphone works, but when I insert a micro my computer freezes for 10 minutes and then stops.

    Hello

First of all, it would be interesting what model of laptop you have now.
This would be really useful, you know

    > My DVD player works but it doesn't show anything on the screen, I think that it s a problem with the registry keys
I'm scared of m I m not quite sure what you mean exactly by it doesn t show anything on the screen.
You see the CD/DVD drive in Device Manager and my computer?

If the CD/DVD drive is not visible in my computer then go into Device Manager, remove the ODD (CD/DVD drive) of the list of devices.
    Then access the registry and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    Finally, restart the laptop.

With regard to the question of jack mic.

I don't know why your laptop crashes after plugging the microphone, but maybe you should check if it is not a software problem.
You can check if the same question would appear after the new installation of the OS.
I know it's a radical step, but it could be useful.

Whenever I double click on a specific title in a DVD the system restarts immediately. This happens with all stakeholders: Microsoft Media player, Roxio Cine player, easy DVD player. They all see the DVD and start it it fine, as will the titles on the DVD, but when I try to play one, the system restarts ALLWAYS IMMEDIATELY. I use Windows XP Professional SP3 with 1.5 GB of RAM. • Windows DVD Maker will not play on the TV DVD player

I have Windows Vista, and Windows Movie Maker to make a movie. I've published using Windows DVD Maker. I've made several copies and sent to various members of my family. While I was able to watch them when I tested them on my TV dvd player, none of my family members are able to watch their copies on their dvd players. In addition, when I insert the dvd in my computer's dvd player, it won't play either. How can I fix?

Thank you. What I did just check "ffdshow" configuration and found that the codec for mp2 was disabled, so I let him. Now when I load the dvd into my computer it starts automatically.

Now, my question is that I have to burn the new dvd for my family, so they can watch on their dvd player TV? Are their other codecs apart from that I have activated that must be adjusted so that DVDs can be found on other dvd players?

  • My DVD will play on my computer but not my DVD player

I created my first DVD using again, and it seemed to work perfectly. He would like to open and do what it was supposed to do on any computer. However, when I stick it in my DVD player for my tv, it starts the loading process and the two blue horizontal line scroll through the TV screen and then blocks my DVD player. I have to disconnect my DVD player and then plug it upward and quickly reached the eject button to release the DVD.

  • Satellite P105 carpet * a dvd player does not work with Win 7

    Greetings,

I need an upgrade on my dvd to my vintage Satellite P105.
I want the possible fastest dvd burner right now because I'm a fan of film and keep them in digital memory.

    (1) first should I get an external drive or can I get the best performance with an internal dvd replacement of a reseller of parts or Toshiba?

The problem is when I've upgraded to windows 7 things have changed. I lost my sound, but that solved using a driver inherited Visa as apparently the sound 'Council' on the laptop is for Vista only. Then I found the dvd player which is a mitsu * an internal UJ-450 does not or is extremely slow in saving films, records or files. The available recording software seems also planned for Vista performance was acceptable. Even the dvd burning software does not work.

    (2) so my question for multimedia specialists is: what should be my next move?

    (3) should I go outside and confront the neck of the bottle USB or

    (4) to make the speed of the bus on the internal dvd?

    (5) given an internal dvd is preferable, because it's exactly a dvd-ram/IDE as it is currently, or some other configuration of bus.

    (6) most importantly, what dvd burner would give me 18 x speed with current programs like ConvertXtoDVD and did as a symbol external or - better - as an internal dvd replacement or my slow drive currently?

Of course, if you could give me a model number and direct me to the sales it would be much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

    Rachel_1

    > 1) first of all I should go for an external drive or can I get optimal performance with a dvd replacement internal to a coin dealer or Toshiba?

You should know that not all internal STRANGE machines are compatible. You will need to use a not compatible and supported and such device could be ordered in a local ASP.
But it s more expensive as an external CD/DVD device so you could also choose an external that would be compatible with all computers and laptops available.

(> 2) so, my question for multimedia specialists is: what should be my next move?
As mentioned. Good option would be to buy an external burner drive ODD

(> 3) should I go outside and confront the neck of the bottle USB or
External device are compatible with all computers and are less expensive

(> 4) go to the speed of the bus on the internal dvd?
If you have the money for an internal device and want to use it with P105 only then you can also choose an internal burner.

(> 5) because a dvd internal is preferable, because it is exactly a dvd-ram/IDE as it is currently, or some other configuration of bus.
As far as I know it s an IDE interface, but the device would support setting master or slave or c - salt. As mentioned, you can buy a Toshiba a recommended.

(> 6) especially, what dvd burner would give me 18 x speed with current programs like ConvertXtoDVD and did as a symbol external or - better - as an internal dvd replacement or my slow drive currently?

    Hello

    > I then installed readers on the recovery cd and one existing on the toshiba web site
Do you mean the DVD-RAM driver?

As far as I know using DVD-RAM disks in the DVD MULTI drive, data can be written so that the function to write data on discs CD-R/RW standard Windows XP is enabled.

Then please check if the check CD option activate called this roll
    CD / DVD-> properties-> recording tab
    is enabled or disabled

By the way; After using the recovery CD, you don't need to install additional drivers. The restore CD contains all the necessary drivers including an important run Notepad correctly.

If I put a DVD or a CD player will not autorun and will, say something like 0 bytes free 645 MB (for example), when I right click on the drive icon and select Explorer, I get a message "prepare this blank disc.

    I had the same idea

I recommend first of all remove all the system burning software.
Go to Device Manager, and then remove the drive from CD/DVD to the list of devices. Then start the registry and go to completely remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters from the following registry key values:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

After that, restart the device and wait for the CD/DVD drive was recognized again
