P2V then "an IDE controller is found, but the VM does not support the option.

I am very new for ESX and ESXi. I am trying to convert the server running (really a Dell PC) to a virtual machine that runs on ESXi (we are in phase, about to move all real servers ESX or ESXi, if we love him test). After a conversion on the server, by using the agent option in VMware vCenter Coverter Standalone version 4.0.0 I get the following error when attempting to change the virtual machine to 'clean up' after the P2V conversion.

An IDE controller is found, but the VM does not support the option

ESXi is version 4.

Any ideas? Google is of no help for the exact error.

Try to use the latest converter, 4.0.1 instead.
