Paid for a subscription to a full year but all programs down for 2 days
Hi all
I would like to know if I experience of inactive programs (all except Adobe XD) because the Adobe servers side is messing around with my subscription and I tells me that it will be fixed in 2 or 3 days, I get these days use return which is lost? You see that the problem is not on my side but from the side of Adobe? My subscription shows active and unpaid, but I can't open Illustrator, Photoshop or any other program. I had 2 sessions of chat with useful agents assuring me that they are working on the problem. My problem is that I have paid in full and may not use the product I paid for. These days will be back to me on my account? Adobe has all policies in place that helps their customers paying out when it is not the fault of the customer?
Screenshots attached errors that I receive and the proof that my membership plan is actually active. I am officially down almost 48 hours now and can't do any work so I lose productivity as a result of an error on the side of Adobe.
I'll take these degenerate cases.

I have followed the instructions, checked my email because the ID Adobe and Adobe CC, assured that I would have access to full versions of adobe products, but still they are installed in the trial. I am currently using MacBook Pro.

I paid for a full year, on 24 November. When I connect to my account on the Adobe website, it shows that my creative cloud pass does not expire until next year. So why am I (the last one this morning, 11/29) emails telling me that my subscription has expired and I have to renew it?

After checking the details of the subscription on your account, I saw that you have recently placed a new order and cancelled another. Emails are the conformation of the cancellation of the order on the other.

In the annual documents, paid monthly you won't get an option of prepayment for the whole year.
You must change your annual plan, postage paid.

Update or change your plan of Adobe Creative Cloud
and if you n ' t see the option there, then Contact Customer Care .

I have PC and pay monthly. We are a small company.
Question 1: For two years I have a full subscription to Adobe all programs. But the other day I would open an another user InDesign documents and could not open this with the error message: "the document is done a new version than my version of InDesign. How should I do to upgrade my version to a version more recent?
Question 2: I already have a license to use the software on two computers. Am I not allowed to use the same version I've taken down on adobe.com til two computers or terms here.

CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but only one at a time.

In October I paid for one 'Adobe Creative Cloud 1 year student membership "and got an activation key to use it. Recently, I had some problems with my hard drive and had to reinstall everything on my laptop. Serial key is not required to activate the subscription.
