Paid subscription (for 2 years), the message "the trial has expirΘ.
I just upgraded my computer and try to reinstall my apps CC. My account is paid and recognized, but all applications display a status free trial of 7 days, with After Effects, showing a message "trial has expired".
I hope someone can give me a hint, as these forums are the only option for support I can access. (I don't feel that I should pay a fee to simply activate the products I already pay.)

The CC is active no billing problem, can you please check the steps:
- Site Web of Adobe Creative Cloud displays the options of the trial after the purchase
- Stop Creative Cloud 2015 to return to the mode of trial

It gives you an option to connect or upgrade this software under license. If yes click identify you / license of this software to go further and turn it on. If it's a perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and connecting and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it will activate a said.

I bought the first CC 2015 when the trial has expired, even adobeCC say this product is expired and won't let me open it, what should I do?

Downloaded cloud of CS of the trial, the trial has expired but did not continue, the time to be happy with CS5.5. Hi, my trial version of Lightroom 5 has expired recently and I bought now fully. I downloaded the CD on my Mac, but when I open again the Lightroom application, it always says that the trial has expired. Does anyone know how I can update so I can finally use again? Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

I only paid AUD $120 for the subscription to THE annual Echosign. But when I connect to my account Echosign it says trial has expired. Has this happenned to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?
I tried calling support, but they are really really bad. Talked to 3 different people, which me transferred to 3 other people who finally told me that I need a subscription to creative cloud to use Echosign. Another told me that I need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Laughing out loud
Thank you for wasting an hour of my time - completely useless.
I've used Echosign previously before Adobe purchased and the customer support and the service was amazing, I never had billing issues.
Now it feels like nobody knows anything yet on this product they have acquired and can even help me to buy/use the product.

I have a standalone version of LR 6. I bought and installed with a serial number. After a few updates, I get a message that the trial has been exceeded. I have to remove the trial expired message?

I have subscribed to the cloud including Ps and Lr package after having previously downloaded trial Ps CC.
Cannot open a newly downloaded Ps, keeps saying that my trial has expired.

Trimatirate you have a creative cloud subscription? If the computer is unable to validate your membership, then I recommend you to review the steps listed in Sign in, activation or connection errors. CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html which explains how to solve connection errors preventing authentication.
