I have already paid the creative cloud (and make every month). Is whay saying that my trial has expired and asking me to put the licensed software?

Paid for Adobe Creative Cloud but had to download the trial version
I just paid for 1 year in the educational version of cloud full creative adobe and downloaded on my laptop. I already have Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection on my laptop and I was not able to open creative cloud applications that I did an uninstall on Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection. Then I tried to open the creative cloud and he insisted that I have try the trial version and to be in a pinch because I loaded on my laptop needed to start the new class the next day, I downloaded the trial version. Now, I need to know how to install the creative cloud that I already paid for and to make sure it works well. I think that the newly loaded creative cloud could have a conflict with the Adobe Creative suite master 6 precedent. Why can I not use office (trial expired) even if I paid for the subscription?
I just bought the subscription student and teacher a year ago 10 minutes, and when I open Photoshop and Flash it does not detect that I've already paid for the subscription (trial has already expired). So when you open Lightroom, I use it with "limited" functions I have hundreds of images in the process and the need to work now! I've been playing with it for a few hours. It is a huge waste of time. Anyone know what could be the problem?
Are you logged into the application cloud Creative Manager? Is the application manager up to date?

I paid the package of creative photography cloud base over an hour ago, but have not prompted with all downloads or whatever it is.

I only paid AUD $120 for the subscription to THE annual Echosign. But when I connect to my account Echosign it says trial has expired. Has this happenned to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?
I tried calling support, but they are really really bad. Talked to 3 different people, which me transferred to 3 other people who finally told me that I need a subscription to creative cloud to use Echosign. Another told me that I need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Laughing out loud
Thank you for wasting an hour of my time - completely useless.
I've used Echosign previously before Adobe purchased and the customer support and the service was amazing, I never had billing issues.
Now it feels like nobody knows anything yet on this product they have acquired and can even help me to buy/use the product.

Paid subscription (for 2 years), the message "the trial has expirΘ.
I just upgraded my computer and try to reinstall my apps CC. My account is paid and recognized, but all applications display a status free trial of 7 days, with After Effects, showing a message "trial has expired".
I hope someone can give me a hint, as these forums are the only option for support I can access. (I don't feel that I should pay a fee to simply activate the products I already pay.)
