  My Centro seems to have died. While I wait for Tech Spt to come with some ideas, I dug my trusty Treo 650 and moved the SIM card overall. The 650 works fine, but when I try to HotSync, for the 650 to date, HotSync tells me I can't synchronize my 650 by the name he gave, which is in fact the name I assigned all my Palms since my first Palm 500.

  I use this phone since September 2009 and have not had this problem before. Last week when I updated for webOS 1.3.5.1, my phone constantly goes offline (top right corner it says "Phone off line"). It's very annoying because my calls back goes straight to voicemail and I can't text or surf the web when disconnected. I'm losing business from clients.

  At first, I thought maybe Sprint a signal outtage questions (due to cold front?), so I waited a few days and I'm still having the same problem.

  I called Sprint and they have tried to reset my connection and then asked me to stop and remove the battery for 3 seconds. I did it and I'm still going through the same problem. I called Sprint again and they told me to take my phone to the nearest Sprint Store to get a diagnosis. It is such a waste of time. Everybody runs into this same problem?

  If anything, I'll just buy another phone (never a Palm again)

  I've only had problems with this phone:

  -Memory leaks/major lag

  -When I try to close an application by dragging it to the top, he comes back down

  Solution: It is in fact just as crazy as the problem, in my humble OPINION. When someone connects to the facebook app, synergy adds this e-mail account to 4 applications! A reasonable person would assume that a remove the e-mail account of the FaceBook application that would solve.   I don't have the courage to let someone try it with other guests of the social network, MySpace, or Twitter, but I hope that they behave in the same way.

  Moreover, Palm support this increased rapidly and has been VERY helpful to understand this. It took them a while to understand it, but they kept the call and try things until they got it. I'm surprised, it was not documented somewhere, but I'm really impressed by how much they knew. They did a great job! Kudos to Palm support!

  If all your current information is on your handheld, all you need to do is to remove the user name on your Palm to do desktop software:

  Make a left click on the drop-down list arrow the user name in the upper right palm desktop

  then left click Modify user, in the edit user window, select your user name and click on remove

  If you have created a Linux partition on the disk, then you need to use Linux to remove it. Disk utility can not handle partitions and disks in Linux. The images you provided don't make much sense. It shows a 500 GB disc with almost 90% of accounting for 150 GB, while the rest of the drive is only 4 GBs. clearly there is a problem. You can use GParted under Linux to restore the disk on a partition full size. Set the drive is formatted using the MBR and FAT32. The OS X utility, disk utility, can read/write this format in order to be able then to re partition using the GUID and format the drive using Mac OS Extended journaled.
