Panoramic point

Hi all

Thanks for looking in, I have a question about the use of Panoramic. I shot a quick 3 pictures I wanted to stitch together. I was wondering if there is a manual way to assemble them?

I used Bridge > tools > Photshop.PhotoMerge > reposition and Auto ~ finished with it. (see photo) I want to stick together if possible. I'm practicing to achieve environmental layers in After Effects

CS6 is the version I use BTW

Thanks for any direction on it

This is what happenes when Photoshop has insufficient information to work on a photomerge valid.  Looking at the whole picture, I would say you have been experienced, rather than make a serious attempt at a panorama.  Check out tutorials like this, to see how best to overlap the images.

http://www.Adobe.com/DesignCenter-archive/video_workshop/HTML/vid0013.html

But did you ask to do it manually.  If photomerge does not at all, rather than just to fail because of the overlay image insuficient, try this:

Load all the images in layers in a single image file.  You can do this in bridge > Photoshop > load into Photoshop layers.

Select all the images and go edit > Auto align layers

Followed by Edit > Auto mix textures (with the tones without welding & colors checked)

Literally do it manually with transforming free, is almost impossible due to the spherical distortion on the edges of the image and the corners.  But if you give Photoshop a decent picture, he'll make a stunning merger for you, including multi line merges.

  • Can't get film appears in Camera Raw

Trying to open several images of the bridge in Camera Raw to create a panorama point but I am unable to get the film option seem to be able to shoot to the top of the Merge option, and also M control function won't work either.  Only "select them all" and "synchronize" buttons show.  Tried to close and restart the program but I still get the same functionality.  I know that this (film) is supposed to be the default setting, so I don't know why this isn't pulling up.  Any advice on that?

Nevermind, just realised that I had opened Bridge CS6 (who doesn't have this feature) instead of CC without paying attention.

  • Where can I find FAQS on the use of tab groups in the Panorama? Mine seems very buggie to the point where it seems useless.

When right-clicking on the tab, the passage to the Group-> always shows New group although I named this group (ie., Support of FireFox). The tab is also visible on the main screen, even if its content is also in the group. That's how it of supposed to be or is my version is not displayed correctly?

Is there also a method to force the tabs apps to automatically refresh to keep them current? I have tabs for Facebook and Twitter, and want those to update if I can see if there are pending notifications.

  • How to eliminate the jerks in panoramic shots?

    Hello world

    Here's my problem-

My Sony camcorder recorded in 1080/50i m2ts files (or 1080/25i like Apple/FCPX calls it). To get maximum compatibility for Apple TV 4, I would like to export my movie as m4v in 1080/30 p. But when I do, I see a few annoying vibrations during firing of pan that makes me mad and spoils of each viewing experience. These vibrate is visible on my iMac (when watching the movie with VLC or QT or similar), as well as on my Apple TV via iTunes.

Now, here's the thing - if I look at the original m2ts files using VLC, I still see the same jerks. BUT with 'deinterlacing' on the value and 'deinterlacing mode' the value 'bob' (both in VLC), these vibrating immediately disappeared and the panoramic quality is awesome!

Now, how did I get this quality by using FCPX/compressor 4 1080/30 p?

I already tried many many FCPX and compressor settings. In fact, I tried to deinterlace my original m2ts files using the brake hand, but without success so far, my panoramic shots still look jerky and juddery. So either I'm not able to find the appropriate settings, or it is simply not possible with FCPX/compressor - which I can't believe. VLC can do while watching (as described above), so FCPX should be able to achieve this as well while encoding, no?

Can someone help me or point me in the right direction...?

    Thanks to you all!

    Best,

    Gero

WWhy 30 p? Do you mean that appletv does not support the 25 p?

  • NEX 5N sweep panorama does not

I have a brand new 5N (10 October 2012) NEX of Adorama with 18-55 mm lens.
I used only the focal length of 18mm for sweep pano. I tried more than 100 panoramas of sweeping and only 3 came out. 3 / 100 attempts.

I am a very experienced photographer. The error message is the same every time... "Moving camera too fast."

I slowed way tried to hold the camera in different ways, gently, on many different outside and inside the scenes and on the tripod.

Is there something wrong with this mode in this particular 5N.

    It will just work.

Someone had the same problem? Am I missing something? Firmware fix this problem?

I got this camera at a price of the rash and it's sold out everywhere, so I doubt I can get another if I return it.

    Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

I understand that with Panorama Sweep, you will need to move the camera slowly in the direction that the arrow is oriented. In fact I was experimenting with the device and I have to move slowly in the direction of that the arrow was pointing, I would say that anywhere from 45 to 60 degrees where I was. It took at least 4-5 seconds for the panoramic image to be accepted OK. I was also using the 18-55 lens. By the engineers, Practice makes Perfect so there may be some adjustments to make when you use Sweep Panorama. However, if you have time try to put the camera to an electronics store that sells the camera or one nearby NEX models and compare the Sweep Panorama with your camera. You may be able to determine if your device is defective. If you need to support more do not hesitate to contact the Sony Support by clicking on the following link:

I had the same problem.  If you look at the browser toolbar (I use IE 7), next to the Home icon is a white hand.  He turns the "panoramic" hand on and outside.  I must have inadvertently clicked on it, turn on the hand.  Once, I décliqués it, the vertical line and/or the classic mouse pointer returned.  I hope this works for you also.

  • Why stung Lightroom CC not all 6 exhibitions in Panorama - it does only 4 and I have no error message?

in Panorama, I have 6 exhibitions and LR CC points only 4 - I can sting 5 & 6 separately although... No error message, no help with Google search.  I've seen examples where exhibitions much more than this have been sewn. Checked all my settings too.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

    Jim

I worked on this problem for a while and found that 1,2,3,4 would

Sting, but not with 5 & 6.  4,5,6 would sting but not 3.4.5.6.  A tried

convert my raw TIF files and then run panorama but that did not help.

Tried several combinations but no help. Never seen an error message.  The

Code of panorama had 6 photos sting, failed, but does not have the ability

to indicate to the user that there is a problem, or what the problem was.

Finally, I tried a couple more exhibition panorama 6 and they worked - even a

7 exposure and it worked. The problem must have been with #4.

Also, I never got a panorama 2 exhibition of work either - nowhere

I learned that there is a minimum 3 exhibition.

    Well...

Thanks for your help - I appreciate it very much. I will mark this problem

    'solved '.

  • In Lightroom 5, choose "Merge to Panorama in Photoshop" open PS in the wrong place

Hello, I use Lightroom version 5.7.1 on an iMac with OS X (version 10.10 [5]) and, until recently, if I chose the Photo - Edit open inside my request of Photoshop on my boot drive.  Now, although it uses by default trying to open the backup copy of Photoshop on my external backup drive, which is a clone of the hard drive of my iMac, and if I choose "merge to Panorama in Photoshop" (which I need to do often enough) it freezes and gives the following error:

    Screen Shot 2016-03-30 at 11.48.49.png

I can see that it tries to open the cloned version of Photoshop (on iMac Anna/backup/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS6) but I can't find any way to change this so that it can reuse the version on my boot drive.  I'm sure there must be a file somewhere that staged Lightroom to try to open Photoshop on the external hard drive, but I don't know where it could be.

If I have already opened the version of Photoshop on my startup disk before trying to merge with Panorama, it will use that one.  If I remove the external hard drive containing the cloned version of Photoshop, I just get an error that says that the files could not be changed because Photoshop CS6 could not be launched.

I tried to delete the file [file username]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Photoshop.plist, then by restarting Lightroom, but it did not help.]  I also tried to change the external editor in Lightroom preferences - preferences: I can create an additional external editor and have pointing to Photoshop on my boot drive, but this has no effect when you try to merge with Panorama and I see no way to change the settings to 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6' at the top of the box as shown below :

    Screen Shot 2016-03-30 at 12.41.01.png

If anyone has a solution to this, I would be really grateful.  Thanks in advance.

After posting this question I've been tracking the answer me - it seems that there is a bug in Lightroom that Adobe know since at least January 2015.  As far as I know, it has not been resolved in the latest version of Lightroom, but they wrote a plugin that works around the problem.  I have downloaded and run and it works, so I thought I would like to include the link to the page in case someone else has the same problem:

Lightroom: "Edit in PS 2014" opens PS 2014 in the wrong place. Community customer Photoshop family

Ignore the first suggestion about uninstalling Lightroom and Photoshop and scroll down the page until you find the official response from Jeffrey Tranberry - there is a link to download a plugin it and once you installed you will be able to specify the location of Photoshop.   With a bit of luck will be solved properly in a future version of Lightroom.

    Best wishes

  • Panoramic rotation hangs or gives the "result will be to the great" despite the abundance of assigned unused RAM.

    It's 32-bit Elements11 and Elements13 64-bit for Windows.

I do a lot of panoramas from several photos glued together with Photomerge function.

When you try to set the slope horizont after merger with manual rotation I get the error "the result will be big" in 11 items on both Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit Windows of 8.1.

8.1 winning RAM max preferences of use was set to 100% 11 elements being only 32-bit program and don't recognize 3Goctets - but I have 8 GB installed.

When I select the elements of function "Rotate-> Autorotate" stands forever cpu consumption but it never ends the function (at least 30 minutes).

So, I bought and installed 13 elements version on 64-bit Windows, to 8.1 since Elements13 is 64-bit and should be able to use more RAM available.

But the same thing is happening here, I adjusted the preferences to use 85% of the 8 GB of available RAM but elements exceeds not using the the / 3Gb and stalls autorotation the same image.

Autorotation is to always consume cpu power but does never extend the use of the RAM and never complete the rotation.

The I am Image editing is saved without layers in a flat file jpg and 30Mbyte only in size, but the element points out (in the bottom of the picture frame) to be around 500 MB internally when opened for editing.

Why do Elements13 not use all the RAM I assign in prefs, and why the items 11 and 13 stall autorotation without giving an error message appropriate?

And why 13 elements in 64-bit version running on Windows 8.1 in the 64-bit version fail to autorotate or "manually turn" this relative small jpg 30 MB even when file?

It is possible that has nothing to do with pse not really having enough ram, but the size in the size in pixels of the pano himself.

As the editor of photoshop elements has a size limit in regards to the pixel dimensions which can be an image, 30 000 30,000 px x px, if you pano is close to this limit, rotation will add to the pixel dimensions

and so possibly put the pixel dimensions exceeding this limit and this is the reason for the error "the result will be great."

If you have to Image > resize > Image size, what are the Pixel Dimensions of the pano before trying to turn it?

  • Artifacts panoramic angle Surround Automation

Audition CS6, Win 7 Ultimate x 64, Z820, sound card Soundblaster Recon3D PCIe, Altec Lansing 5.1 speaker system.

I'm automating a surround panning angle on a stereo track, and when I reached + 90, keyframes to jump from the top of the screen to track down and vice versa, envelope as shown in the picture following and as indicated by White arrows.

    Au.jpg

When I play this back to each of the points where the keyframes will jump (at arrows), I hear an artifact in the sound (in my case, it always seems to be in the LS channel). I repeated it over and over, and in some cases to the reading, I can see the hold panner in fact jump from one side pan to another instantly when the artifact is heard. In other cases, where I cross this border + 90 several times in a row (that is, come and go through it), I can hear an unnatural ping-pong effect in my field surround sound. In other locations, the movement of the sound is smooth. Appears not to occur to the jump from top to bottom and vice versa. It's almost like hearing isn't sure where to play the sound, and (sometimes), it switches to the wrong side of the field. Oh, and another thing, this is not always consistent. It can happen once, but not the next playback at a particular place in the noise.

Everyone experienced it, and is there a way to avoid it (except the obvious solution of "don't do that")? Any help would be appreciated.

    See you soon,.

    Shane

OK, so I think I knew what is causing these artifacts. I started thinking about keyframes on each side of the jump, and that the hearing could be between them (i.e., on the line of steep slope between them from the top down). I zoomed in bulk and I noticed that they were not quite vertical, so I grabbed the bottom just before the first jump from the bottom to the top and not moved until it is is stopped (or created some odd number of lines), pushing "next to one of the other" keyframes in time the (or at the same time (, I don't know which), and when I played it back, I heard no artifacts. This removed the artifacts entirely or just made small enough to be imperceptible. If I move the keyframe of return so that it is no longer vertical, once more to get the artifact. I repeated on the other two arrows, and the same thing happened: the artifact went missing when the break lines were vertical.

This may not appear for many people, depending on your panoramic range. But I was panoramic a wind howling its all around the room at random, so my portico covered the gamut. In any case, I now can at least go back and eliminate artifacts manually after you use the pan to WRITE the pan on the track automatically.

    See you soon,.

  • Panoramic image in PE11

Do someone has a link to a DETAILED description how to use the panoramic option (toolbar)? It is not in the reference standardpdf

I can already work with the zoom option (same button on the toolbar), but a smooth pan on a fixed image is always a problem for me...

    fredowww66

Maybe rethink basic principle of SG here.

Can we assume that you do not want the creeping black borders in like you the left to the right side of your photo?

    Assuming your 1080 p 50 project preset 5.1 channels...

Import your photo (pixel dimensions allowing a fine-tuning of the details, but...) and right click it on the timeline and uncheck scale to the size of the image.

Then, fx effects/Presets/and a pan-left image landscape right slid in your photo on the Expert chronology workspace presets.

After that, with the selected photo, you can enter in apply effects/Applied effects Palette/Motion expanded Panel and its properties of scale (box maintain Proportions) to reduce the picture just at the point where the black borders appear in the Pan and zoom. It is if you have a panoramic image and zoom which is enlarged too much.

What do you think? Who will work for you?

  • I can improve a Photomerge Panorama

I created a panorama.  Now, I want to bump the contrast and the saturation a bit.  All the items in the dropdown of Enhance are gray.  Is it not possible to improve a panorama?

    John

With the help of PSE 7.

Normally after the photomerge panorama all layers will be chosen as below, and that's why the points to improve are grey.

You can merge these layers into a new layer by pressing Shift + Ctrl + Alt + E, and then either use strengthen it menu items or adjustment layers.
