Paper size for eprint jpg files

I use a HP 7520.  When I epring a jpg type file, it will only show for the photo tray.  Is it possible to print to the main paper tray?  I don't see this option in the configuration of printer options.

What ePrint do you use? If you use the ePrint Mobile application, you can adjust application ePrint settings to send pictures to the tray paper. Open the application, select 'photos', select the photo you want to print. Click on print, then select the settings in the upper right of the window. Here you can select the paper size and adjust accordingly.

  • How to reduce the size of the jpg file, not the size of pixel?

    I prepare images for the web and I really have 2 questions: one on gifs and the other on the jpg files.
    My standard procedure is to reduce the image to the desired at 600 dpi pixel dimensions
    It gives me a little crisp image. can I use this what if the file size is quite low (I try for less than 600 KB) or convert to gif with the save for Web and devices.

    Here are my 2 questions (I'll count this solved with each answer)

    (1) when I convert a gif that I have 4 boxes: one with the original size, the other 3 with options but, often, the options are too low resolution for me how can I change my 3 options starting with a higher res gif?

    (2) if I try to reduce the size of the jpg in the image size box I put the lower resolution (400, 300), which reduces the pixel dimensions and the size of the file, but I don't want to change the pixel dimensions. If I reset the dimensions in pixels to the size I want, even if it is a lower resolution that the file size does not change. How to reduce the size of the jpg file using only the resolution, the pixel dimensions not?  PS I tried to play with the checking and unchecking the 3 small boxes (scale of styles, constrain the proportions and re - sample) but nothing has worked.

    GIF is not a type of large file, especially if you want a sharp image. What are the dimensions of the pixel?

    For the web, it is immaterial that the dpi is, only the last pixel dimensions, so once you have that you want to use 'save for Web and devices' and you can reduce quality - 100% being the maximum and 0% being the lowest. I wouldn't save anything less than 55%. For an image of 600 KB, the size must be large enough.

  • I'm scanning in legal size docs. with my printer/scan/fax. The application of fax scan in windows 7 does not show an option to paper size for legal-size paper.

    I have a new HP with Windows 7.  I'm scanning in legal size docs. with my printer/scan/fax.  The application of fax scan in windows 7 does not show an option to paper size for legal-size paper.  I could do this on my old XP computer.  Microsoft forgot add parameters of legal size in this application?

    Hello notnewbee,

    Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

    You do not give the model of your printer/scanner/fax machine so I can't direct you to the website of the manufacturer of specifc. However, I would
    you go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and download the latest drivers for Windows 7. Sometimes, if you use a driver that is not intended for your operating system, then your device can operate and install, but some features may not work.

    If they do not have an updated driver, then try the compatibility mode for Windows XP and see if your printer will work correctly.
    The information below will show you how you can make older programs run on Windows 7 here.

    If please reply back and let us know if this helps solve your problem or if you still need help.

  • How can I change the paper size of the pdf file?

    I use Adobe Acrobat Reader X, but the paper size of the PDF file is larger than the 81/2 "x 11". I need to change the page size of the PDF file.

    Hi matthewc70309046,

    There is no option to change the Page size of a PDF document.

    Try to print to the Adobe PDF format, in the dialog box print, select Page layout-> size desired by you.

  • Y at - it a maximum size for a .muse file?

    First of all, please excuse my bad English.

    My question: I have to rebuild an existing site, more than a thousand pages. First of all, I tried with a program like Muse, compact and decompresses a file for each site.

    But my first experience was unfortunate: after a certain file size, it was not possible to make any additions or changes, despite the 16 GB of Ram.

    I was told that my site was too great - what was not stated anywhere so I worked for nothing.

    I discovered Muse, that seems very interesting. But I see that here, too, it opens a file owner, .muse.

    Before you opt for the Muse and subscribe, I be sure that I won't experience the same problem. There a maximum size for a .muse file?

    I don't got no answer media and French forums, maybe there will be it here someone better informed?

    Thanks in advance

    Guillaume

    Hi William,.

  • Size of the JPG files are really big? Changed to CC worm 2015.

    the .jpg files, I created one year before (and earlier) were around 300 k in size of file for a an RGB color of the file with dimensions 500 x 350 pixels recorded by clicking file, save under, with 12 quality .jpg.

    After upgrading to 2015 CC worm of Photoshop, the same exact files are now saved more than 1 MB? I used the same method to save as before.

    I reduced the .jpg quality to 8 (on a scale of 1 to 12) and she falls down to just less than 1 MB.

    I thought maybe it was because I was adding more graphics, so I created a solid black rectangle same size exact and recorded in CC 2015 and she was 1.07 MB, tried a white rectangle, 1.07 MB. Two solid colors using 8 for quality .jpg?

    Why the huge .jpg in size the file now? I understand using save for Web... etc, but if it worked before using the method I always used, why it does not work now and why Adobe it changed without notifying us?

    I use the same computer for all scenarios above, i7 with 16 GB of ram on a PC.

    I see someone in January posted the similar problem on their Mac and it has never been resolved:

    The JPG file sizes are huge saves outta Mac PS CC 2015

  • paper size for setting

    I try to print my reading list for a case.  What is the paper size in the page layout?

    I would use a model of the Avery collection. You should be able to find their online model number and then you can get the dimensions it. It is the easiest.

  • keep folders being created for each jpg file

    For these last days, an additional file for each hard disk jpg file is automatically generated that contains always two new jpg files (vcm_s_kf_m160_106x160.jpg and vcm_s_kf_repr_320x480.jpg). How can I stop it and if possible cancel it?

    As I said the system restore will not delete your photos, even those starting with "vcm_s_kf".  You will need to remove them manually, even after a system restore.

  • Resize image code does not work for some jpg files

    Hello. I use the code to resize images and store them on the server below. However, with some jpg files, resizing produces a reddish tint on the picture. Any ideas of what could be the cause? I don't know anything about the jpeg encoder, but I do not see the code which makes no sense to me:

    Image resizedImage = null;

    int iWidth = image.getWidth(null);
    int iHeight = image.getHeight(null);

    // This code ensures that all the pixels in the image are loaded.
    Image temp = new ImageIcon(resizedImage).getImage();

    What is so as to create an ImageIcon from an image zero?

    int newWidth = (int)this.targetWidth;

    I don't see where actually use you this variable, then how the image does get resized?

  • How to change the paper size for printing double-sided 6500plus HP

    I have an Officejet running on Windows XP 6500plus.

    Whenever I try to print a page of standard size (8.5 x 11), I get the following message:

    'Too short paper for duplex', I can press "continue to print the document."

    I would like to be able to remove this unnecessary step in my impression.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Glad to know that the Hard Reset was able to get, you're going to fishrick56. If the provided hard reset worked, then do not forget to mark the solution.

    Good impression.

  • How to limit the size of the jpg in 300 Kb?

    For example

    Limits the size of the JPG file using the function SaveForWeb marked.

    Sorry

    I made a mistake in the EnregWeb function

    Replace it with

    function EnregWeb (filename, quality)

    {

    var options = new ExportOptionsSaveForWeb();

    options. Quality = quality;   Start with the highest quality (larger file).

    options.format = SaveDocumentType.JPEG;   Or it will default to the GIF format.

    docRef.exportDocument (file (filename), ExportType.SAVEFORWEB, options);

  • Specified paper size/orientation of the plugin

    Hello

    I'm developing a plugin, feature that includes the need to print a pdf/paper size/orientation specified printer file programmatically.  The printer parameters are passed to the plugin to an external application.

    I found that using AVDocPrintParams, I CAN specify the printer, but I can't find a way to print the configuration to specify the source and the page orientation of the paper.  Experimentation has shown that it is not possible to change DC printing during the encores impression.

    Is the impression of in a plugin acrobat actually cared for and to promote?

    If so, how to set size/orientation of the paper for printing?

    r

    Whatever the code is available in the SDK, this is what we have - however, you are invited to submit an official request to the developer technical support for assistance in this area.

    No, no plans that I know to add items to the API since there is no consistent and reliable to offer these features on all printers on all platforms (that is why they are not here in our own UI in all cases).

  • the maximum size of the accessible files in write in XP SP3

    I have inserted a well-known 32Gig flash into my USB memory and attempted to transfer 4 4Gig files in memory.  After only 3 file transfer, the transfer stopped and displayed the message that flash memory was full.  I checked the properties, and he showed that only 12Gig had been used. Is there a limit to how many files can be transferred?  I can't transfer more files to the flash memory.  Help!

    Check the format of the flash drive.  If it is formatted in FAT32 there is a limit of 4 GB in less than one byte for the maximum file size for a single file.  Format to NTFS and your problems should go away.

  • Custom paper size

    How can I go and change my custom paper size. It is not in my properties. I want to change to 8.5 x 11 in.

    I have a HP Officejet 6500 has more. I use 64 bit Windows 7

    Hi Wbsalter,

    Defining the dimensions of support for custom format is available in the HP printing software in Mac OS X. However, given that 8.5 x 11 is a 'normal' size, this is how you define it:

    Control Panel > devices and printers > right click on the 6500 a and choose printing options > click on the paper/quality tab > choose "Letter" paper format

    This should set the paper size for what you are wanting.
