Password by default comments - iMac 5 k

I recently bought an iMac k 5 and during the download of Time Machine, I left the program I realized that I did not transfer my data, I wanted only to my apps.

The program stopped and took me to the login / password screen and the only account available was 'invited', nobody knows the password of the standard "guest" account. I have no other options other than stop, restart or sleep...

Help

If your iMac is new and you do not really have any data or applications on it, then just do it again. To do this, you must do a wipe and then install of Mac OS X. Then you can use the Migration Wizard will only migrate your applications.

If you decide to do a wipe and install restart in the recovery (command-R on startup) partition and use disk utility to erase the HD which will wipe everything on the partition. Then exit FROM and use the OS X installation utility and install on the partition you just wiped. After installation of OS X, launch Migration Wizard and migrate the applications.

If you decide NOT to do a wipe and install it then contact AppleCare, you have 90 days of free support if it is the perfect time to use it. If you weren't aware of this service, please see http://www.apple.com/support/complimentary/

    So . . . .

Is there another way to export and then import Firefox passwords?

    Thank you

    Thank you!

I've used both and they both work.

First of all, I transferred the files logins.json and key3db of my old Firefox my Firfox again on the new MacBook Pro. Alto! It worked!

Then I registered Firefox Sync. It will be the end of my problems to keep up-to-date on both computers.

BTW. I discovered that both computers running Firefox v37.0.2. Apparently the problem is with the password exporter. It cannot be installed on Firefox v37.0.2, but if it is installed before you upgrade to Firefox v37.0.2 that he continues to work.

  • Switch Cisco 2960/3560 = > recovery password and default settings with the button Mode

    Hi Experts,

I have some confusion with the button Mode with cisco 2960/3560 switches.

I read on many forums and articles, but where things are not clear.

a place given 3 seconds and somewhere is given 7 or 10 seconds.

Qus1), what is the exact time to press/hold Mode button to perform two following tasks:

    A. password recovery (according to my knowledge 3 sec) good or bad?

Configuration of the switch (start + run) would be safe

After the recovery of password? Yes or no

    B. factory default (according to my knowledge 10 dry) good or bad?

I'm afraid, because if I press mode button more than 3 seconds, then

It will delete any configuration of cisco switch. Yes or no

Qus2) I want to recover the catalyst 2960/3560 switch password without

Please tell me how to do this, what will be the time keeping Mode buttom

    Qus3) which means this line

"If the password recovery mechanism is disabled in switch

  • How can I connect to a computer without knowing the password to default?

Original title: what is the default password / restored for samsung i5, intel, windows 7?

I bought a returned a Samsung i5, intel, windows 7, 500 GB, 4 cores.  The guy who initially was sold in October 2012 has decided he wanted more bells/whistles and a system w / Windows 8 (which I despise him!).  He should not have used it very long because it was still covered in a film of plastic on the cover of the keyboard and all the cables.

Problem is... when the laptop has been restored to factory default, they don't tell me what is the default password.  I can't lock my computer without the default password...

Anyone know how to understand it?

When a machine is restored to the State of the plant and then you are prompted to select your own account name and password. If you are challenged for a password, then the machine is not in "Factory condition" and you must perform a new factory restore.

Thank you very much indeed to Ken Puls of the Canadian forum (http://www.excelguru.ca) for coming up with the answer, as follows:

If you use Windows 7 Start or Basic:

    • Open Control Panel, and then click the display icon
    • ON the left, click change color scheme
    • Click on advanced
    • Click on advanced appearance settings

If you are using another version of Windows 7:

    • Right click on the desktop, and then click Customize
    • Click the color of the window (below)
    • Click on advanced appearance settings

At this point, you should be able to select the ToolTip in the menu "Item":

  • password by default when the server is inaccessible

Hi, I recently configured AAA. When the server is running everything is fine, but when the server is inaccessible, I'm locked up. How can I put on a default user name and password when the server is inaccessible

    Thank you

    James

There are several ways to configure AAA so that you are not locked if the server is not available. You can use a username that is configured locally, as you suggest here, or you can use the configured line passwords.

To use a locally configured user your configuration might look like this:

    rick user password Cisco

AAA authentication login default group Ganymede + local

Or, to use the online passwords as a backup of your config might look like this:

AAA authentication login default group Ganymede + line

You also probably need a backup to access the privilege mode. This is done usually by using the configured locally enable secret. To do this configuration might look like this:

the AAA authentication enable default group Ganymede + activate

No, this is not possible as far as I KNOW. If you use templates or creating computer using powercli/orchestration, you can specify the network adapter.
