Passwords network when sending emails

When sending e-mail, outlook express - I get a box to enter the network password - I've never added a network password, my mails are not sent, they are sent to the Outbox folders.  is there a way to delete the network password or reset it?

Hello

There are at least two possible causes:

Case 1:    You entered your password incorrectly or your Internet (ISP) provider (ISP: a business that provides access to the Internet for applications such as electronic mail, chat rooms, or the World Wide Web.) Some ISPs are multinational, offering access in many locations, while others are limited to a specific region.) changed your password.
Cause 2:   You saved your password but the registry contains incorrect information for the Protected Storage System Provider subkey for the user account.
Resolution
Case 1:    Microsoft Outlook must be updated with your new password. Microsoft cannot recover your old password. Contact your ISP and ask them to assign a new password to your account. After you get your new password, you must update your e-mail account settings.

Cause 2:   Article 290684 Microsoft Knowledge Base is available to help you solve this problem you jumping through the process of deletion of your information of user account from the Protected Storage System Provider subkey in the Windows registry and entering your password again options in Outlook.

  • I have problems when sending emails on Outlook Express (Windows XP Home) told in the Outbox, even if they were sent. What can I do?

I have problems when sending emails on Outlook Express (Windows XP Home) told in the Outbox, even if they were sent.  What can I do?

You have apparent dbx file corruption.

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them.  New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

Note that for some AV programs, it may be necessary to uninstall the program and reinstall in custom Mode and uncheck analysis when the option is the result of e-mail messages.

    Compact often as specified above.

    And backup often.

I have a request for a phone number in my HTML code in my database which is automatically filled with the correct sales phone number when sending emails. I create HTML code in dreamweaver and then put the code in my e-mail program. I need to make the phone number in the clickable query. I know the code to do it well not in a query. What is the code?

As far as I saw, most of the smartphones will automatically recognize it these days, as long as the number is written in a format of regular phone number. This format also allows to make images or text other than a telephone number in a tap to call the link.

Looking at what you have presented I guess it would be something along the lines of...

    urmcell>>">urmcell >

When the location of the link and the link text would be the same variable.

I've never worked with Intelliclick so above is a wild guess. They would be those who need to ask themselves if there is a way to fill in the address of a link like that.

  • Connection when sending email error

I just got the Motorola Droid and having a problem setting POP3 e-mail accounts. I tried 2 so far, we're working well, but not the other. On behalf of problem, I can not send e-mails, I can receive but not send. I'm using server settings provided by the email hosting company and have tried to get their support, but have gotten nowhere.

In the phone e-mail account settings, I will put up the outgoing server address, port and type of safety and connection required authentication (username and password). When I click next to exit the settings, it checks the server leaving without any error message settings, but when I try to send an email, it will not. Just gives me the connection error message.

I tried to vary the port number and the type of security, but cannot get this account to send. Anyone have any ideas?

It seems to me that if you do everything correctly.  You could try to remove the account and resettlement.   -Dan

  • Windows 8 Mail will not add account - email/password wrong and sending emails error

I experienced problems with the application Mail in Windows 8.

    SENDING EMAILS ERRORS

First of all, whenever I opened the application where I have a hotmail account and an office 365, a banner message would appear at the top saying there was a connection to my account error and messages could not be sent to this account and 'check with your provider.

Itself that question seems to have especially dressed with my hotmail account but it is on and off, this is the first problem.

In regards to sending emails to my office 365 account, that I had the same problem and when I don't have this problem, there is another.  When I send an email I have press the button send and it zoomed off the coast but then it is still sitting in the Outbox or send in fact even if you press edit, then press on send again.

    ERROR ADDING ACCOUNT

To try to rectify the email sending mistakes with my 365 office account, I deleted the app account and attempted to re-add.  I select the type of account 'Exchange' and get my correct email address and password but he always tells me that the password or email is incorrect.  I made sure these details are correct and they are, because they work when I login by normal web i.e. on Google Chrome.

How can I overcome this error?

    Please help - it's frustrating!

    Hi Caitlin,

Thank you for reporting this issue in the Microsoft Community Forums. As you are facing problems with sending emails and to add email account in the mail application, this can be caused if the Mail app is corrupt.

To resolve this problem, I suggest you to run Applications troubleshooting and check if that helps. If the problem persists, you can consult the online Help article, which has steps to update of the app, app Sync licenses and reinstall the application. See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/what-troubleshoot-problems-app

Try the steps mentioned in the help article and let us know if that fixes the problem with the mail application.

  • Error when sending emails - reception works well

error message saying "an error has occurred when sending mail. The mail server responded: post to the RECIPIENT's ADDRESS is not allowed.

Where I put it, "the RECIPIENT"... This error occurs for EACH other than my own recipient address email which is linked to my email provider.

Any ideas on what this would cause?

And NO, I have not changed my SMTP or elsewhere, all the settings in Thunderbird or on the side of my email provider.

Your SMTP server thinks that you are relaying a message. Probably the address/account that you use as the sender does not match the domain of your provider. This can also be caused by a change in the settings of your provider.

Please check your settings account anyway, even if you have not changed. Maybe you can add information troubleshooting (help-> troubleshooting information) here too or try in safe mode...

  • When sending emails to the account of my three children, the emails are just be stuck in the Outbox.

Original title: Emails stuck in the Outbox in Outlook

In the Outlook of my three children accounts, they can not send emails to anyone other than a handful of family members.  I suspect it's a left block by when the parental control of Microsoft allowed us to control the addresses they could send to.  But that feature has been removed, but it feels as if the 'blocks' are still in place.  This leaves us not use their accounts to mail to friends, teachers, etc.

Can someone help me remove these blockages?

    The symptoms are very clear:

    1. in all accounts, I can send an email to my own or my wife Outlook account.  Here are the addresses that we allowed long to the parental control of Microsoft.

    2. immediately after, if I try to send an email to a different address (for example, to my e-mail address of work that I never "allowed" back in the day), the email goes directly into the Outbox and sits there without error.

    3. what happens on our iPhones, iPads and PCs; so, it is not related to the browser, any cache problem, etc.

    Help, please.

    David

    Hi David,

Thank you for waiting. Our support specialist has made some adjustments on the accounts of the child. Please try to send emails using these accounts and then inform us of the results.

    Kind regards.

Ensure that Avast is not set to analyze them.  That happens for every email or only the first message that you create?  Responses take longer?  You have a large list of contacts or a large number of fonts installed?  Both of these can slow down WinMail.

In addition, after the removal of Norton, you must set the mail settings for the account, so its best to remove the e-mail account, close and reopen WinMail, and then add it again.

I got rid of Norton and actually put on Avast anti virus lately. As I said when I hit Create Mail I get a message saying "windows mail does not" and then after about 45 seconds it comes up and I can send emails. I used this Windows Mail utility (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) to compact and repair the database and it has not changed much.
