  I just changed an Illustrator file that a designer of course put in place and it has set up so that there are several lines in a column of text that are related to some how while the first line of text can be changed and the rest will change with him. How configure you it to do this?

  Actually, I need to know how to basically set a text box created, then copied it 10 times in a column, but the top text field can be edited. When the top is changed it automatically changes all other lines as well at the same time. Thank you for getting back to me well. I thought about it.

  Basically, what you have to do is create your initial text field. With the text box selected, you go to your panel of skins and click the effects at the bottom of the Panel and choose deformation & transform > transform. Then in the transformation dialog box you choose how the copied text boxes to move (left or right), and then how many copies you would and press copy. All you have to do is change the text box, and each of them will change at the same time.

  This is actually a pretty neat feature and will allow me to save a lot of time when setting up projects.

  In Indesign CS5 (Mac) is possible to get the same behavior as 'To adapt to the content Frame' pieces on a single line of text, to work with multiple lines?

  In other words, to adapt the framework to the height AND width of the text.

  We have black text and the text block has a fill and a stroke. What we are trying to achieve is to be able to quickly and accurately, resize it framework for however many lines it takes place in. By using the default behavior, so that we can use "mount the frame to the content" to get the height, but we need to manually drag the width.

• How to create multiple lines of text with effects?

  New to first...

  I can create a static title without any problems and as well to animate it.  My challenge is that I don't know how the first manages text effects.  I can't understand how to do something as simple as have several bullet point text dissolve of lines on the screen in the order. I use a few "Pro-sumer" software video editing with all sorts of creative text effects.  But, I get more large projects that require more sophisticated tools, so I jumped on the first.  I watched all the videos on the web "creation of text"... impossible to find something on this topic to the Prime Minister.  Help, please!

  Meg answer is technically correct, but a lot of your time, especially if you have to re-do something later.

  When I have the multiline text that I don't want to animate with After Effects, I create text on a title, and then I copy and paste from there to place its own title of each line of text.

  Then I put all these titles on the timeline, stacked in layers, one over the other.

  From there, I can change the time where each line of text within the framework. I can use normal transitions to do this, wipe, dissolve, or push. My most recent favorite is IMPACT PUSH, which you can get for free, here: https://www.filmimpact.net/plugin/transition-pack-1/

  Indeed, After Effects is the best option by far, if you want to do anything fancy or cool.

  I need to select several lines of text (in the various sections of the text) within a title without selecting any text. Holding Cmd like you would in other applications does not work, and now Shift selects all. Does anyone have a solution?

  You have to wait for one of the next versions of Dreamweaver when media becomes an integral part of the tools of coding or do as Nancy and I do, use brackets to the sides of Dreamweaver.

  myFP.document_mc.pages_mc.page1_mc.rawPage_mc

  (1) obtain a TextSnapshot object.
  (2) TextSnapshot.findText method to return the starting index of the search term
  (3) TextSnapshot.getTextRunInfo on the index of the search expression to return the referance of corner points
  4) push on an array and loop until TextSnapshot.findText returns-1

  You can then use the table to draw rectangles loverly in exactly the right poitions in color what ever you want.

  I would like to automate the process for copy information in the columns of 'product', 'ref' and 'quantity' to another table in the sheet 'order' based on the text in the column "nr." I know it can be done with the help of the filter and the copy paste, but I would like to know if this can be automated, because there are many more tables in my actual document. The numbers ranging from 16/01/00 to a minimum of 16/200 then make an index for each column seems an unlikely solution?

  I see screenshots of two seemingly identical pictures. Its position, I could infer that 16/01/00 is the name of this table.

  I don't see a column named "nr."

• Form field: the user selects a single cell in a table?

  I have a table I'll turn it into a form where the user can select multiple cells. When the user is finished, it will present in the usual way.

  I want the user to be able to select multiple cells, and have sectionals outlined in red, by the small illustration that I've included here. I can't seem to find a way to do it, even if it is obviously very simple. Ideas? The table below is just a mock-up of what I want the form to look like after the user has selected the cells which are framed in red. Borders appear only when the user has clicked on it.

  If these cells will be interactive form fields, the user will not be able to select several fields at the same time. What is possible change the border color when the user clicks in a field while holding down a modifier (shift, Ctrl) key. A simple example, the following script into a text field Mouse Up event will change the border color of the field to red when the SHIFT key is pressed while clicking on the field, but the change will be apparent once the field has lost focus. He will return to transparency if the SHIFT key is held down while you click on the field:

  I created two sites with Muse, who are mainly from sites based on image, so I'm no expert in the formatting of the text. A problem I have is more than a single line of text hyperlinks. I want the multiple line of text behaves as a hyperlink. What I come up with are each word as an individual link. With rollover States defined when you move the mouse over each word as the word you're hovering over its rollover state change. How do two lines of text or a small paragraph of Act as a hyperlink, with the rollover state changing in unison regardless of what individual word you hover over?

  To create the hyperlink:

  • Start typing your text.
  • then highlight the text you want to become your hyperlink.
    
  • Select the drop of hypertext link in the control panel.
    
  • type the web address, for example, www.adobe.com, and then press enter/return. Note that http:// is added automatically when you press enter/return.
  • You have now created a hyperlink.
    

  To control the colors of reversal:

  • With the hyperlink selected as part of your text, click the link of hyperlinks in the control panel.
    
  • Click on edit Styles link and in the Properties dialog box of the Site that opens, click New Link Style.
    
  • Double-click the link style name to change its name.
    
  • Then adjust the colors that you want to apply for:
    • Normal (this is what someone sees when they look at first of all of your web page).
    • Hover (this is what is displayed when someone moves the mouse over a link)
    • Visited (this is what someone sees if they have already clicked on the link, open the page again)
    • Assets (this is what someone sees when they click and hold or press the link).

  

  • In addition to setting the colors, you can also opt to change other appearances, such as adding underscore for hyperlinks (or remove that in order to have a rollover effect only true Color), or the text in bold or italic. If these boxes are "grey" it means they keep all this which forms the text has, for example if you have a bold text, the links will be "BOLD" at any time.
    
  • Once you have finished changing the settings, click OK.
  • Now with the text of the hyperlink selected, click again on the link of the hyperlinks in the control panel and change the Style of text link for the newly created link Style.
  
  
• Preview your page in the browser to test, and you're done.
  

Now when you rollover the text with your mouse, the link as a whole will change color.

  I wonder if DB tools insert data VI is able to accept a table as its input. It's a bit difficult to say because all connect you to the input of this VI is voluntarily accepted by the terminal, data type variant so no glaring broken threads occur when associate you a table.

  What I'm trying to do, it is write a table 2D of doubles in a single cell in a table. The table is large 3 x 1000 elements. I confess to being completely new to databases and such an effort may or may not look ridiculous in the database world. If someone wants to talk about why I'm trying that I'll gladly go through my reasoning - just enough to say that I'm not totally crazy.

  When I try to write the table to a single cell, an error as seen in the attached screenshot. All my other functions database, working with scalar values of many different types of data, all work very well.

  I have attached the problematic code. It tries to write these tables 8 to 8 individual columns, all in the same line. I'm just using the method "automatic" for now.

  Extra tid bit of information:
  OpenSQL database. Connection via ODBC 5.2 64 bit, user DSN.

  LabVIEW 2012 not SP1. Windows 7 64-bit.

  Not sure what you mean. The tab key you take from one cell to another, then you can enter the cell-by-cell text. Enter a true tab puts a real tab in the cell, so you can make a building in a table within a cell. If the text is already in the cell, you can cut and paste. If the table is not made, you can use the tabs as separators to convert the text to a table.

  But cells are not connected to each other in the same way that threaded frames are interconnected, so there is no column breaks or other key break that screws the text together through cells.

  Of course, it is possible.  According to what the text file looks like to, you can create an external table that treats the text file as if it were a table.  Otherwise, you can always read the file in PL/SQL, using the utl_file package and INSERT of PL/SQL commands.

  You have problems whatever you wantt?  If so, your zip code and explain what the problem is.

  Whenever you have any questions, please post a small example of data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) for all of the tables involved and the exact results you want from these data, so that people who want to help you can recreate the problem and test their ideas.  In this case, also post a small sample of the text involved file.

  If you ask about a DML operation, such as INSERT, then INSERT statements, you post should show what looks like the tables before the DML, and the results will be the content of the table changed after the DML.

  Explain, using specific examples, how you get these results from these data.

  Always say what version of Oracle you are using (for example, 11.2.0.2.0).
