  I bought an app in July 2013 which worked perfectly until iOS 9 is out and now its more important feature no longer works. After waiting for months for the developer to get a fix that I have finally given up and on to contact them via an email that I found on the page "about" of the app to see if they can provide a fix or a refund, their response was simply that Apple would be one that could provide a refund. When I go to the Apple page, only my recent purchases to appear - how can I contact Apple for a refund as their support numbers redirects calls me to the Web site for itunes support where this app does not appear! And I'm really sad that this app no longer works and annoyed at Apple because I can't downgrade the OS version so that the application can run again.

  While exploring the Tablet do I tried the full device encryption and although I like the idea and safety, that is there are a few small enough reasons (not a subject of this thread) why I decided to go back to an unencrypted configuration. Interpreted data factory reset on the Tablet, just as it was before, re-installed applications that I had, and everything worked without any problem, for the most part. The a time-killer app, that I bought for those long hours on flights was the Angry Birds HD (free publicity) and once the reset Tablet app no longer works. When you try to start it I get is this message pop up:

  "We are sorry; It seems that you are not allowed to run this application. Please make sure that connect you to App Shop Lenovo to validate the app purchase"

  Well, it appears in 'My applications' Sub 'All' and 'Uninstalled' (which is weird, because it is really installed) tabs, I can download and re-install all this I want but I ever get is the pop-up message above when I try to run it. Not received any feedback from Lenovo App Shop for people in of the problem report, I sent, nor anything useful to MobiHand (at least they replied but with nothing more than a download link).

  Kinda stuck on this one at this point... There not so much the $4.99 ($5.99 CAD for a reason any), I paid for it, but it would be nice to have a running application or a refund, but if it is the standard of the apps purchased how to behave after a reset Tablet then we have a real problem...

  Still not sure, MobiHand people but what is the problem has been corrected and everything is good. At soon guys

• iPhone 6 s think is store songs, but the music app does not work

  I've upgraded to an iPhone 6s, and I restored it to my backup so that all my contacts on my phone.

  I do not keep the music on my phone because it takes place, and I can just listen to my library of music to iCloud. However, each song that I play, my phone displays I'll keep the songs on my phone, but the music app always said that I don't have any songs downloaded on my phone. I'm especially worried about it because I had a problem with my previous phone where I didn't keep all the music on my phone, but for some reason any much space was taken over on my phone. I fear that my phone will fill with songs, but not recognize them (which can be irrational, but who knows). In any case, here are a few screenshots to show you what I'm talking about is about, what happens to someone else?

  I can't open the music application, it crashes and jump when I try to pick a song.

  My playlist is not able to open. Select any which option it will hang and it closes.

  I'm unable to sync with itunes. It says sync session starts.

  Try a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it rises. You won't lose anything.

  I downloaded the latest version on iTunes (PC with windows 10) and and updated my iphone to ios 9.2 6... I did the same thing for my ipad. And here's the weird thing: when I plug to the pc both iphone and ipad to synchronize recognizes two of them, but itunes won't sync my library of music downloaded on pad.   I have taken steps of troubleshooting: Update feature. Delete and Repush VPP apps. Reassign the VPP apps. Restart the unit.

  Down on the phone with Support Enterprise AppleCare today. The official solution is to lock the VPP Apps in Mode simple App using device groups instead of locking Apps VPP on different devices under Something MDM. Apple with changing Server 5.1.5 but workaround is completely functional for now, and it's good for me. I hope that this response will help someone else out there.

  Since I upgraded my FW from the TV to the PKG3.009GAA version, the youtube app does not start on the TV.

  It is stuck on the screen of the original logo and does not move.

  Before the FW I could access my TV youtbe.

  I know that the internet works very well, because I can use Skype and the rest of the thin applications of SEN.

  Is this a bug introduced in the new FW? Is it possible to go back to the old FW?

  You cannot go back to an older firmware once the TV has been updated. I would suggest trying a reset TV factory and see if that corrects the problem. For instructions on performing a reset, please visit this site:

  I recently had to change the battery in my iPhone 5. Tried to use Find iPhone app on my iPad today and nothing happens, message bed "phone in offline mode."  App

  locates the iPad, so the problem must be connected to a battery in the iPhone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

• HP Pavilion dv7-6b78us: 2 ports keyboard no longer work after replacing

  I replaced the keyboard on this laptop a few hours ago. When I got to the top, the two USB ports on the right side of the laptop don't work anymore.

  I have disconnected all devices from ports, uninstalled all the USB drivers, shut down, unplugged from power and removed the battery for more than 30 minutes.

  I've got it backwards, propelled the drivers installed, but the two USB ports were not always working.

  I checked the Device Manager to verify that there is no (!) ot (?) by devices.

  I did a system restore from a point I knew for sure they worked, which was five days ago. Still no luck.

  It's really not cool.

  If anyone can provide solutions, I would appreciate it.

  The right USB ports are on a separate Board that plugs into the motherboard with a cable that runs under the keyboard.

  It is not impossible that you hit somehow the connection usb Board cable during the installation of the keyboard. I don't see any other explanation.
