Pavilion 23-q012: question ram card
I just bought a 23-q012 Pavilion all-in-one and I wanted to upgrade the ram. The specs say to use a chip of pc3-14900, but at the opening of the computer. It seems to take (keyword apears) a chip of pc3-12800. Someone else has encountered this and I have the correct chip for work?

I just want to make sure that these maps will work before I buy them my pc specs here is http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00820191 cards are off to ebay here http://www.ebay.com/itm/190687891922?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT & _trksid = p3984.m1438.l2649 #ht_2222wt_93... According to the specs, it seems that PNY memory referenced in your post should work. Your motherboard accepts up to 4 x 1 GB PC2-4200 or PC2-5300 240pin DIMM and the PNY DIMM are 2 x 1 GB PC2-5300, 240pin.

HP 48GX: fixed tds ram card for 48gxTDS pro
I have a card to ram ram 1 MB with survey card 48 tds tds. Everything would work during the instalation, but some of the keys would not. I have tried everything to reset the calculator, clear the memory in the computer and ram card. I had given up, but I tried the solution to test the memory of the calculator and to test the RAM, I also found this solution even at hpmuseum.org. Form HP 15 of archives, test the CARD RAM HP48GX Raymond Del Tondo and James M. Prange. I know that this calculator and maps or outdated, but I like just to keep old things working and it seems that there is a lot of interest today in these old calculators and survey maps.
Make Hi, yes that is fixed. I was just the comment I found the solution after I had fixed, for anyone else with this problem. What you say, it is also useful, its always good advice here. I have never had this problem before that during all these years, I've used a 48gx and maps of TDS. I had similar problems but none like this. Thanks again, right here on your part about again you.

• Memory specifications for 'late 2009 iMac 27-inch model' of OWC, macsales:
http://eShop.MacSales.com/shop/memory/iMac/DDR3_21.5_27
Two sellers of quality focused on the Mac are OWC, macsales and Crucial.com. You would still be
to identify the model of computer generation exactly & get quality RAM for them to work.
And notice the shape of the keyway of the memory chips that they need to be oriented correctly
in order to fully and properly inserted into the slots. If they are the correct specification for your iMac.
Good luck & happy computing!

Any idea?Hello
Both modules can be used. DDR3L means that memory using low voltage. Means that the modules produce less heat and last longer than DDR3 pure ones. I always use 1600 MHz CL9 DDR3 Corsair pure modules.

I have a hp pavilion a6325 and my graphics card is fried what graphics card is compatible
I have a hp pavilion a6325 and my graphics card is fried what graphics card is compatible? the old card is a nvidea geforce8500gt but these seem difficult to obtain now. If I wanted to update that is not compatible. C.P. specification is as follows.
Yes, you could install maps better with a more solid food.
The card I have chosen for you will work with the P/S of 300W to your PC.
I have never installed a power improved in any of my PC, so I can't be a great help for you there.
But if you get the right one that matches all connections from your PC, and fits in place of the current one, you, you should not need to buy anything others.

I posted a message here a few days ago because I wanted to find a possible upgrade for my graphics card. I have a Pavilion 500-339, 3.5 GHz with 8g of RAM. The video card is a Radeo R7 240 and I want to upgrade. Big_Dave said (thanks for that!) but I am facing another problem. The motherboard is good, but compact and I fear that new video card (because it is longer) pretty much sitting on top the RAM (if it fits in all). I know that my computer is not a "PC game", but would that be a problem? One more time card would still hold? What choices do I have? Thank you
Hello
Aries won't present a problem of heat for the graphics card.
Thanks for posting on the forum.

HP Pavilion g6-2249wm Notebook: RAM upgrade question
When I ordered my laptop a few years, there is, it came with 4 GB of RAM standard, but you could spend up to a maximum of 8 GB to 6 GB. I bought it with 6 GB. I want to move to 8 GB, and I know there are 2 RAM slots in the laptop. My question is, did they use a 6 GB stick in one of the slots or the fact that they use a 4 gb one and one 2g in the other? Im hoping to get a response, so I don't have to open it up and look for myself. I don't know if I should order a 2 GB or 4 GB a stick to get up to 8 GB. That being said, someone knows if HP would be put in a 6 GB stick or run a 4 GB and 2 GB as a whole? IM assuming they put in a single 6 GB and I just need to buy a upgrade 2bg. Thank you
Moreover, it would go better if I just replaced it and got a bar of 8 GB of RAM?
I can tell without looking or read whatever it is, that it isn't just a 6 gig of memory because those who are not 'a thing' as the kids say. You can actually get a software called Belarc Advisor to do the dirty work and interrogate the locations of memory and tell you what is in it or them.
http://www.Belarc.com/free_download.html
But since there is no 6 concert sticks; only 2, 4 and 8, we know that you have a 2 gig and a 4 GB and you can mix the 2 and add a 4.
The laptop will not support 8 modules of concert and it will work better with 2 of the same size due to something called mode memory dual channel which is only used when you have two identical modules. So yes, you need to duplicate the existing 4 GB module for a total of 8 and you will see a modest but noticeable improvement in speed.

HP Pavilion 15 laptop: compatible wireless cards
I am trying to find out what wireless cards are on my list of white laptops, model No.: 15-e000sa, I want to upgrade if possible. also could you tell me if I am able to update with more ram fast ddr3 1866 or would it just be underclocked to 1600
Thank you very much
Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!
To answer your questions on compatible wireless cards and memory, I included the maintenance manual:
HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Specifications: channel support double DDR3L (1600 MHz), so it is likely that it would just be less quick.
And what follows is listed as of the supported WIFI adapters:
MediaTek MT7630E 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapter and adapter Mediatek Bluetooth4.0
Atheros 802.11b/g/n WiFi AR9485 adapt
WiFi 802.11b/g/n 1 × 1 Ralink RT3290LE and adapter Combo Bluetooth 4.0
Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapterThis doesn't mean you can't try something else, as long as it is compatible in size, but it would mean HP don't would not have custom drivers for it, and so there is no guarantee that it would work.
I hope this helps.

HP Pavilion g4-1304au Notebook: RAM UPGRADE
I use an old model of HP HP Pavilion g4-1304au Notebook PC product. After the upgrade to windows 10 laptop has slowed. So I thought to upgrade RAM to increase speed. I bought Transcend DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 DDR3 2 GB mobile DRAM (JM1333KSU-2 G) after analysis the type of RAM installed in the laptop. But when I insert the RAM in 2 locations
, He does ' t fit in. So my Question is, what brand of RAM can be better inserted into the slot or the same product (mentioned above) can be used? Size of RAM varies really? Please answer as soon as possible. I am in dilemma if increase the RAM or go back
for the older version of Windows to maintain stability. Thank you

HP Pavilion Elite m9340f replacement video card and power supply
Hello
I bought my HP Pavilion Elite at Best Buy m9340f in 2009 and brought it to the Venezuela where I live now.
My video card, started making the noise of the typical fan geforce 9500gs can do. The temperature of the gpu is very high (from 73 ° c without playing or watching videos!), and I'id like to replace it as soon as possible before my material fails completely.
But the power supply 350w, to replace any video card decent needed to change my diet too. I have not the slightest idea of what type of power supply should I buy, and if I should replace the case too. My intention is to keep my cpu, my mother, my hard drive and my ram (purchase of a new system to the Venezuela is out of the question because of the barbarian prices in this country).
Then to take the questions in order, I'll here:
-I want another video card (geforce 9500gs is known for his failure, so I want to upgrade to a more powerful card)
-To do this, I need another power supply, so I need recommendations on the provision of market models which CORRESPOND to my HP Pavilion Elite m9340f or
-replace also the case: what kind of business should I need that corresponds to the motherboard of benicia
Thanks in advance
Jeronimo Ramos-Prince
The information below was previously published by Big_Dave in response to several other posters about their questions about GPU upgrades. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and for American retailers.
Your PC has a 350 Watt PSU if below video cards will work:
$50--->NVIDIA GT 430 9.6 Gbps - single slot width
$65--->NVIDIA GT 520 8 Gbps - single slot width
$80--->NVIDIA GT 440 25.6 GB/s - single slot width
$130-->NVIDIA GT 545 43 Gbps - location single width - could be hard to find but perhaps only in the store
$110-->NVIDIA GT 240 1 GB DDR5. 54.4 GB/s - single slot width. This card does not support DirectX 11 which is eventually used in some of the latest PC games but it's a great performer.
Review the performance of NVIDIA specifications. Look at the specifications of strip memory bandwidth and level of DirectX support.
I normally don't recommend video cards AMD for PC with a 350 Watt power supply as AMD provides 400 watts or more for most of its video cards.

HP Pavilion G6 1283SL &; questions Atheros AR9285
Hello
you have a problem with the laptop from my friend who drives me crazy. Laptop HP Pavilion G6 1283 SL (Win 7 64-bit), malfunctioning adapter is Atheros AR9285.
Last night, she confirmed a HP Support Assistant update automatic and just after that, its wireless card has stopped working. LED light is always blue and the map looks like perfectly beautiful and functional - cell "sees", the drivers are up to date, everything is fine. It simply does not connect to the WiFi connection, Red Cross on the wifi icon.
I tried every possible solution: first of all, any combination of 'reboot - replace the drivers - download drivers', and then abruptly deleting everything about Atheros using ZSoft Uninstaller and reinstall all the drivers fresh and new. Still nothing. Then, I tried to perform a system restore, and any time I choose, laptop was never completed because of a problem of 'missing file' generic. Has opened a whole new chapter, I checked for viruses, malwares and stuff, laptop is now cleaner than ever, still no recovery and again, no Atheros card work (I mean: it works for Win, but it doesn't actually).
Please do not suggest me some "uninstall - reinstall - select X - enable-reboot" solution because 99.9%, I have already tried. Read almost any topic related to card wifi Atheros or Pavillion G6 questions, here and on the net.
The only remaining solution is replacement of the card or formatting of the laptop? Needless to say, this is a ridicolous pretty outrageous waste of time (and money, perhaps). She needs her laptop for her job, and for some a matter of update of HP, she loses of fact already two days to solve this problem.
Thank you
Colin
Problem solved (by myself)!
Apparently uninstall ZoneAlarm by using a "deep" uninstall program has solved the problem. After awhile, a new wifi Win miniport emerged in wifi card and Device Manager began looking for networks and our network connection to domestic.
