  Thank you for your query.

  I understand that you did recently resumed, reinstall your original Windows 7 with the help of HP.  You were then installation updated drivers when the laptop froze and the only thing you could do was power, it works. You then reinstalled Windows 7 again, but can not install other programs or your personal documents.

  Have you tested for hardware failures? Screening of hardware failures (Windows 7, Vista )

  Have you checked against viruses and malware?  Malicious software removal tool

  Like you just HP support help with your original Windows 7 installation and the problem appeared after that, I suggest you contact HP support for assistance, especially since you have reinstalled again and are always problems.

  Hi, im because that I wouldn't find the drivers to work on my laptop. We're on HP working drivers for my laptop but they are really old and I need updated drivers. I also tried a few times drivers editing directly from AMD but my resolution is 800 x 600 and I can't open Catalyst Control Center.

  Having the latest drivers would be nice, but its different for laptops. Motorists need to be customized for the features of the laptop, and they probably need to go through quality control, testing too although I guess.

  However there may be a solution, you can try to install the drivers later on newer models such as the Tecra A10 and M10 :)

  Yes, it is possible. Personally, I've never used Bulletin Board removed since purchased my knees. Anyway, you can update drivers yourself

  If you have a series of Australian for Toshiba laptop, then you should check the driver Toshiba Australia page.
