Pavilion driver issue 1010ev g7

Hello
I know enough of doing things on the computer and I tried the basics.

A week ago I formatted my HP Pavilion g7 1010 ev and it is running on windows 7 64 bit.
Since I tried to install correctly the two graphics cards and the CCC
However, nothing seems to work

I've done it before a long time ago and I don't remember how I solved the problem.
So far, my best choice was to meet with only Intel(r) HD Graphics don't work.

I loaded all the drivers I could find support HP or official websites of the ATI and Intel.

When I try to use the drivers from this page
http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?CC=GR&LC=El&DLC=El&product=5064571
(listed under display drivers) and their installation in the way that they are lined up out there it seems to work. However the last installed CCC turns my black screen I need to go in safe mode and disable one of two graphics cards so that everything works correctly.

CCC can be opened at any time during all this.

I ve exhausted all ideas please help. I want switchable graphics again

Note:
I installed the bios F66 and still nothing happened

Hey Billymmm,

I recommend taking the laptop to a repair shop.

Thank you.

  • G4-11125dx: USB Driver issues HP Pavilion g4-1125dx Notebook PC model #: LW342UA

    Hello.  I have a:

    HP Pavilion g4-1125dx Notebook PC

    Model #: LW342UA

When it has been upgraded to windows 10 I lost all USB functionality.  The Device Manager uses a driver, but it does not work properly.  "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" and "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller" have the yellow exclaimation points with the USB symbol next to them.  Under properties, it reads:

Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    {Unable to load device driver}
HS device driver could not be loaded.
    Error status is 0 x %x

When I try to roll back the driver nothing is available.  When I try to update, it says I already have the best driver.  I tried the windows update and Easy Driver software but no luck there.

I confirmed that I do infact has power to make ports (USB fan :/) so I don't think that it is a hardware problem, especially since it worked before upgrade.)

I know that its a laptop older, but I upgraded the CPU to a quad core Phenom II N970 and this 'thing' is running if good, I do not give up on it.  Ethernet and wireless are working properly and there is no other troubled hardware issue.

    Thanks in advance,

    Cory

I tried to go back to windows 7, but I've been spending the period from 30.  The laptop is not the recovery disks, or a partition to do.  For the heck of it I advanced and reinstalled windows 10.  Now the USB ports work correctly so I guess it was something that happened during the initial upgrade?  Anyway thanks for your help!

  • HP Pavilion a1777c: a few Driver issues Pavilion a1777c

    Gentlemen.

I am looking for Vista drivers for an a1777c flag. I noticed on the driver download page for this model that some of the downloads are available in 32-bit or 64-bit. The drop-down list lists only 'Vista' with no designations of 32 or 64-bit operating system. Does it matter that few of note from the original installation media for HP used? I currently have a 32 bit Vista disc so I can use that even if the original version of HP was 64-bit? I know I can't use 64-bit with a 32-bit installation drivers, I wonder if it's important, if I install the same bit-version of Vista computer comes with.

I don't see the drivers for chipset on the driver download page. Traditionally, this is is the first set of drivers that you install. I see an update of the bios, an update to the Intel® Viiv™ software and drivers for an Intel Matrix Storage Manager, but that's as close as something seems to come for the chipset drivers. The driver download page actually has all the necessary or I have to go to ASUS (who made the motherboard P5LP - THE) for the actual chipset drivers? If the latter, I do not know why these drivers would not appear on the HP driver download page, or at least a rating and the link to go directly to ASUS.

Also, I noticed an update for Roxio Creator Application. Given that I don't have the original installation material would be a waste of time trying to install this software? I installed the drivers for another HP computer which has had an update to Roxio and the update would not move because he could not find any earlier version to update. Same thing here?

I don't see the drivers for chipset on the driver download page. Traditionally, this is is the first set of drivers that you install.  You are right.  There is no Chipset driver for 945G chipset.  I even tried the Intel site, and they do not show one for Vista.

The driver download page actually has all the necessary or I have to go to ASUS (who made the motherboard P5LP - THE) for the actual chipset drivers?  Motherboards HP and BIOS' are being owners, they are not the same as the retail version of the mobe even.  You can use drivers that are developed by HP in most cases.

  • HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook: driver issues - can anyone help?

    You are the very welcome.

There should be a page for support and driver for your model specific dv7.

You must enter the product number in the appropriate box on the link below and then be directed to the support page and drivers for your specific model laptop.

    http://h22207.www2.HP.com/us-en

Do not know the product number?   Please use this guide to find out.

    http://h22207.www2.HP.com/us-en/document/c00033108

If none of the usb ports work and other problems, the only suggestion I can offer would be to back up your files and perform a recovery of the system to the factory specifications.

It could be anything and it would probably take less time to do a system reset in order to try and find the root cause of the problem.

  • Pavilion DV6 LAN driver issues on Vista 64

    Hi guys,.

Just installed Vista Ultimate 64-bit on your laptop DV6-1131EA but I have problems with the network drivers.

Despite the page drivers for my laptop with Broadcom LAN drivers, Device Manager displays an installed Realtek LAN device but does not.

Tried to install the Broadcom drivers anyway and update the drivers for the Realtek device but no luck.

    What should I do?

    Thanks for your time.

Try a driver Realtek LAN wired HERE directly

For the wireless... you may need to Atheros rather than Broadcom.

  • Wireless on a laptop Pavilion G7 issues

    Greetings

I seems lost all ability to connect to or even find a wireless signal.

Normally once I connect to the wireless light the F12 key will blank (off) orange (out) but for some reason his remaining orange. Currently, I get a message saying "wireless hardware can not be detected.

If I hit the F12 key to activate the wireless signal, I get a HP box that says - wireless is disabled "on your computer's wireless devices are disabled. To enable the wireless devices, press the wireless button. I do it and the message disappears, but the wireless light is still orange and I get no signal.

It does not appear that my wireless router is the problem that I can not detect any signal from my neighbors, or when I take my laptop to work, like I did before this issue emerged. I ran my HP Support Assistant and the resolution of the problems of network and Internet - HP check network connectivity, but it does not find any type of wireless device. The wired connection still works.

My machine is under Windows7 Home Premium.

    Thank you - Craig

Please reinstall your driver wireless in the Recovery Manager window.

START > type RECOVERY in the search field > select RECOVERY MANAGER in the search list > under "I need immediate assistance" in the window Recovery Manager, please click DRIVERS and REINSTALL APPLICATION > and select your WLAN Wireless driver in the list and tap INSTALL at the bottom right of the Recovery Manager window

I would try the driver chipset from Intel directly on the link below.  Install and reboot.

Also, I would use the new ethernet directly from Realtek driver if you install the above chipset driver.

  • Portege 3940ct OS upgrade to function disabling Lan of XPSP2-Driver issues

I have canvassed all discussions on this forum (and others) and have not found a solution to my problem. But, its obvious that major thinkers on Toshiba laptop configuration problems are here. So, if there is a solution to my problem, my best shot is in this forum.

I'm pretty advanced in troubleshooting on this issue and the only thing that makes me think that there is a solution, it is it seems that others have installed XP on this unit.

    I have a ct of 3940; I upgraded from W2kPro to XPSP2;
I downloaded and installed the bios, drivers and toshiba utils for unity on the Toshiba site.

I have confirmed that all components of the system are operational. This includes a cdrom pcmcia, a network port replicator

    Everything is beautiful... EXCEPT:

    I have no network function.

Indeed, I have basically no internet communication that it works either - even through the modem. The modem composed and as soon as the provider of the Internet service provider sends a handshake of communications, Windows XP Home edition do not recognize and disconnects. (I have not tried to fax a document - but I don't think that is relevant to the problem).

Indeed, any type of network connection device, I try to install on the device, the device driver is not installed. This includes the network cards pcmcia (Wi - Fi 10/100 and base a - g) and usb based of a to g wireless adapters.

Initially, after the installation of Windows XP Home edition, I found that I could not get a connection to the local network through network port replicator.

To power on, loads WXP b/f, the network port replicator connection LEDs indicate a connection. Once expenses WXP, the port is disabled. [All other functions on the Port Replicator is operational under WXP].

After logging in to Windows XP Home edition, Windows XP Home edition detects "new hardware" and produced through the driver install process. He then began to try to install an "unknown device". Ithen reports thatit can not locate a driver, then prompt for the user at the end of the routine of material to add.

Device Manager reports several devices with yellow warning flags indicating that the device driver could not be installed.
A look at the Details tab on the "unknown device" (the tab 'network device') indicates that the driver who has a problem is 'rasirda.sys '. Device Manager will not allow the device to uninstall.

Other devices that have the yellow flag are:
    1 Toshiba FIR Port Type-D0
    2 IrDA Protocol (hidden feature)
    3 TCPIP (hidden feature)
and a network card, I try to install.

Facilities of device driver for network adapters, including the network port replicator controller (Intel 8255 x based pci Ethernet adapt (10/100) and his sister pilot), does not install (and will not uninstall until the device is removed).

A glance at the window of the administrator system "Services" shows that essentially all the services necessary to support network/internetrleated services are disabled. Dependencies show that all these services depend, directly or indirectly, on "services.exe". This service will not run, and when the service is to begin, WXP reports that the service.exe does not start the program described.

Topic 'Information System', a glance at the 'network' tab indicates that there is an adapter called "RAS Async card" disabled.

My first approach to this problem was to reinstall the update of the Toshiba driver for the controller Toshiba FIR. Nothing helps.

The next thought was simply to disable the function of TREE, but that cannot be done at the level of the bios... and well, as ambitious as I am, I didn't venture into the machine to determine if the IR controller could be disconnected or removed from the system board. [But if it is a possible solution, then I'll go...]

As noted above, the only reason for which I hope is it seems that others have run successfully of XP on the 3xxx series porteges, who, to my knowledge all have this same IR port. Also, Toshiba has even written an XP driver for the device.

What I find curious, among other things, is that Device Manager reports the Rasirda.sys device on the network adapter tab. I would have thought it would have been reported under the 'no plug and play' or the tabs 'system device. Whatever it is, it seems that Toshiba has implemented the infrared device such as a network adapter, or at least that's how WXP is grateful.

I searched the internet, on the site of Toshiba, microsoft XP, knowledge databases, Web pages etc. and did not meet all the remarkable solutions se... Although I enjoyed some of the protocols troubleshooting - not my real ambition.

Bottom line, is that I have this computer connected to the internet. With all protocols, and internet communications services disabled, even through the modem... Well, its ridiculous. I can't yet register WXP! Absurd is that! Well well its been late.

I hope someone will have a solution/workaround solution that will solve this problem.

In the meantime, I think that the next step is to start over and reinstall XP and try... again.

I'd appreciate any help that anyone can gather.

    Hello Andrew

It's always interesting that a lot of users are trying to install WXP on older models. Respect! The problem is that 3xxx Portege is not supported for Windows XP Home edition and I wonder that you have found the drivers and tools for this device. On Toshiba Europe don't here are some drivers for Windows XP Home edition and I assume you found the download of some of them on Toshiba U.S. page.
    Am I wrong?

Sorry but I have no concrete solution to your problem

  • Y510p Trackpad driver issues on Windows 7

I recently bought a Lenovo Y510p. Soon after receiving it, I wiped Windows 8 and installed Windows 7. I downloaded all the Windows 7 required drivers on the Lenovo support site and install without any problems. The problem I have is that most of the time the driver for the trackpad momentum seems to have issues. Device Manager acknowledges the mouse as a generic PS/2 mouse and the options of the momentum, under control panel > mouse is not CSA listed at all.

I found a temporary solution to the problem. Uninstalling the drivers through the Device Manager, reboot, then install drivers the momentum of the Lenovo site, then reboot, I was able to get the mouse appears in the momentum Control Panel, where I could finally set my parameters. However, after my next reboot, the mouse was absent from the Panel momentum once more, and now I'm at square. I tried the solution that had previously worked, but I got no results.

Anyone has any ideas or similar problems that they resolved?

  • HP Pavilion dv6 issues with Radeon HD 6770 M

Hi, I had this problem with my PC.

I have my Radeon HD 6770 M who always seems to miss, and sometimes (in the driver manager), it has a small yellow triangle and contains an error. At the moment it doesn't have an error, it says it works fine, but every game I try the computer is forced to use the Intel HD Graphics, because it cannot find the Radeon. I solved once the problem, when I discovered that a lot of HPs have a problem with the compatibility with the Radeon and I needed a plu tweeked update from HP.com, that would be compatible.

That solved for a while, and my games might even have better graphics without slowing down (now, he collaborated with the Radeon instead of the single Intel HD). But today, I was about to start playing the game Deus Ex, and before you start, he asked me what graphics card I wanted to use, what brightness and Hz how I wanted to, and in the graphics options, she had that Intel and the Radeon are not the case to be found, and all the graphic now weaker need games to work fluidly (the graphics were lowered for some time but only today with this) Guest did I connect points and went it was again the Radeon).

I thought maybe the update again on HP.com, but I can't find my computer in the list.

All I want is to be able to use my best video card and update without worries.

    How can I solve this?

    Hello GuilhermeCosta,

You are experiencing a problem with your graphics card does not properly.

I do not know what settings have been changed before you were asked to select the graphics you want to use. It could have been an update that caused the problem start.

Here is a link to the graphic updates for your system.

You can also run a system restore.

This will bring the system back to when everything worked correctly without affecting any of your personal files.

Here is a link on how to do a restore.

  • No audio; possible driver issue. "There is no available mixer devices."

I can not play sounds on my computer: no CD, no mp3s, not iTunes, no system sounds, nothing. When I try to open my sound engineer (Volume control), it gives me the following error message:

"There is no mixer device. To install mixer devices, go to control panel, click Printers and other devices, and then click Add Hardware. This program will be closed. »

I tried adding hardware, uninstall and re-install my drivers, check the physical connections and power cords, restart, and ensure all relevant in services.msc is set to automatic. Nothing did. Many devices (under audio, video and game controllers) device displays Manager works not properly: Audio Codecs, Legacy Audio Drivers... SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio, etc. When I check the properties of these devices, it gives the following message appears in the status of the device (general tab):

"A driver (service) for this device has been disabled.  Another driver can provide this functionality. (Code 32) »

They are activated, the only problem seems to be one or more drivers. But the update does not resolve the problem and troubleshooting of Windows doesn't help.

I worked with someone in the Bleeping Computer to remove malicious software, and we have identified a few days that my machine was clean. The tech who was helping me said the audio problem is a separate issue from malware, but I suspect that the malware could have damaged something or change my settings. I thought it might have been accidentally caused by my use of AutoRuns (a few hours before I noticed the sound problem and in the middle of the 9-day process to remove malware) to disable malicious programs which were auto-loading, but I can't find anything that looks related to the sound that is not set to automatic loading at startup.

I noticed in AutoRuns, that the aeaudio.sys driver is set to auto-charge but it says "File not found" in the Path column. I checked the system32 folder and it wasn't there at the beginning, but then I found the file in two other folders and copied in system32, yet AutoRuns still says it is not found. I tried to reboot to see if that would refresh but he says always not found. Also, I can't see how a problem with a driver (aeaudio.sys) that filters background noise (during the recording of the sounds, right?) can knock out all my audio.

I have studied this problem for days and that you can find no answer to the problem. Help, please.

    Data sheet:
    Windows XP SP3
    Dell Dimension 4600
Card isn't his SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio

    msecox,

Bad news: the problem is hardware, not software. I tried to install a new sound card, but it turned out that the part of my motherboard that sound control has been fried. Also, you may want to replace the sound card before condemning the audio controller. If this fails, your best bet is to replace all of your PCs, because a new motherboard will cost almost $200 (in addition to work if you can not install it yourself).

    Good luck!

  • upgrade to driver issues made worse?

just downloaded and updated my nvidia card driver who ran over a pilot 175 original giving a rating of 3.6 thought I would improve matters by upgrading to the latest version of the driver (for the 9000 series) a pilot to 266 which, to my great dismay now shows a representation office of3.5 (4.7 gaming performance remains as before) , I'm running flight simulatorX and unless I keep video recordings of each very short flight and delete it before I try another recording does work not beyond start-up or watch a crazy sequence ending in a crash in a few seconds.i am running vista SP2 32 bits of the system on pc medion with 3 GB ram processor intel quadcore with 1 TB of capacity of the computer I thought must be adequate-i am at a bit of a loss to know where the deficiency lies - all system performance controls are ok only ever connected problems are when he's not wake mode 'sleep' occasionally, but I simply restart - no problem with the original driver .the has been removed in the bonus process, so I can't go even if I wanted

    Hello

There is a small difference between 3.5 and 3.6, and your card is probably work
at the edge of this difference. You probably won't see any difference at all.

You can go back to an older driver from Nvidia Site - check with their support.
their documentation online and drivers and ask in the forums of Nvidia. Although I'd
    not back in this case.

NVIDIA - drivers - use OPTION 1 to manually enter your info driver to get the most recent drivers.

    ===========================================

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.
