  I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in. When I check my account on adobe.com, I see I have registration and I am registered on creative cloud Office but for some reason that I can't download software. My trial is now over and I always ask myself a serial number. My classmates, has obtained registration, but it worked well for them and no one seems to understand why it does not work.   I checked a bit in this and apparently there are problems with the download link.  Try to download again the link now (on your Storm).  Apparently people had issues, but it seems to work now.  If this does not work, let me know and we can try a few other things.  And just in case, clear your cache browser or do a battery pull before installation to ensure that it's not going to a version cached (and so wrong) of the page.  Also, make sure that your browser ID is set to BlackBerry (and not Internet Explorer or Firefox).

  I had problems with a client is not able to download the images using wire Ice they can change the text and the images once they are uploaded, but encounters an error saying "disk insufficient space... Permissions" or something of that kind. What I do is download their images via my account web developer ICE for them.

  Make sure that you have the permissions set on the folder to which they send.

  I usually put them to 777, but I think that 766 will work fine.
