  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in. When I check my account on adobe.com, I see I have registration and I am registered on creative cloud Office but for some reason that I can't download software. My trial is now over and I always ask myself a serial number. My classmates, has obtained registration, but it worked well for them and no one seems to understand why it does not work.   You can connect to www.creative.adobe.com & check by clicking on the "triangle reversed"(dans le coin supérieur droit), the amount of space allocated to you, "'.

  3. check the host file for any input from Adobe:

  c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\Host(open with Notepad)

  Mac:

  Finder/go/go to/etc/hosts

  If you find any entry from Adobe who took & the file must be made free of charge from Adobe. Once done, now try to launch the product, it should not ask for a serial number.

• Bought Muse, now I can not download it?

  I finally took the commitment to buy a subscription to Muse after months of power off. I used the Muse (the free version) in the past as a beta tester before come out as a product to sell. I myself remember liking it a lot then I wanted to give it another go.

  I bought the subscription and waited until treatment has been performed. Under the heading my products he says it can be downloaded but when I click it nothing happens. Also when I pull this Adobe downloads application, it is stated "up to date" and is gray was out next to Muse. This of course isn't the case because I don't even have the program downloaded again to use it! Help?

  Lightroom CC 2015 requires MAC OS 10.8. In this case, you are only able to install version 5 of Lightroom.

  I checked a bit in this and apparently there are problems with the download link.  Try to download again the link now (on your Storm).  Apparently people had issues, but it seems to work now.  If this does not work, let me know and we can try a few other things.  And just in case, clear your cache browser or do a battery pull before installation to ensure that it's not going to a version cached (and so wrong) of the page.  Also, make sure that your browser ID is set to BlackBerry (and not Internet Explorer or Firefox).

  I bought the package of photography today, including Lightroom, Camera Raw and Photoshop, after completing the purchase of the subscription, I see that Lightroom and Camera Raw is added and downloaded, but Photoshop never get rid of the "trial expired" and just rest it is! When I try to go to the management accounts, it is not written anywhere that I bought the subscription either. When I try to open Photoshop, it is just said that my ID is unable to match a subscription that includes Photoshop.
