    Hello

When you plug it in, the network card to become 'in service', the software support and drivers and the loading error occurs. This probably indicates a problem with the network card drivers. Download a new game from the manufacturer of the laptop and install to see if refreshing their help.

    Open the troubleshooter of power

Step 3: You can also try to update the BIOS to do this, you can contact the manufacturer of the BIOS.
Note: modification (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer
to start properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
