  I am aware of the feature that turns the touchpad (tap on the top left corner) on and off.  I use the keyboard all the time, and my problem is that it is a great feature - if you're right-handed. As a lefty, I'm constantly turn off the touchpad and have to press twice on the upper left corner to re - activate. In addition to suggest HP they hire left-handers to test their products, I wonder if there is a way to disable the function of the touchpad, so I can't stop and reactivate all the minutes. I want the touchpad to work all the time!

  Try the following.

  Open windows control panel, open mouse, the Clickpad settings tab and then click the button settings Clickpad - option, you must disable is called "Tap to turn off" - the actual location of this will vary a bit your touchpad hardware/software but should be similar to the example below.  When the option is deselected, click 'Close' in the first window and then apply and Ok in the remaining one.

  That looks like the Microsoft Intellipoint software is installed.

  Can you check "Uninstall a program" and see if there is an entry for "Microsoft Intellipoint"?

• Tray DVD - WR stuck on my 3000 V100

  I put a blank CD into my DVD drawer to copy to it, and it is stuck closed.  When I push the open/close button, it makes a short "grr" but does not open.  I used a paper clip in the small hole beside it, but don't feel anything depressing or clicking.

  I looked at the manual, and it says "Unplug the computer and remove the battery before removing the CD player."  I can't find the directions for removal of the CD player (unless they call it by another name, there are way to remove many parts, maybe I do not recognize what they call the CD player).

  Of course, I'm not a "Lenovo certified technician" as he says you have to remove a screw, but with optimism, I think I could take it apart if I just keeps repeating "righty-tighty"Lefty-loosey";

  Anyone know where to find the directions to take the CD player to get a CD stuck out of it?

  See p. 61 "1080 Optical drive" HMM. It seems that you need to remove a screw in order to release the drive.

  I have the same questions... like a lefty mouser, I would like to disable the left button (default is [back]). But there is no way to do it without a driver. And there is apparently no driver.

  Win 7 ultimate can handle as much as your motherboard can support.

  Well, disappointment! MMKC is only for MS mouse :-(  I had assumed (Yes, I know what it means) that you use a Microsoft mouse.

  You can uninstall the MMKC via Control Panel > programs and features. But unless you go to Windows Update and hide than a update or it will reinstall itself. You have your updates automatically download and install the value? If so, you need to temporarily change to another parameter, so you can hide the update.

  Once MMKC is uninstalled, then your mouse should return to the driver that you are using. If this isn't the case, then you need to reinstall the CD that comes with it (if any), or of their support site.

  I did a new install of Windows 8 on my Dell desktop computer that has a keyboard, Microsoft Natural 4000 and Dell's USB mouse.  Windows 8 Microsoft keyboard recognized and automatically downloaded and installed Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center version 2.0.162.0.  However, I'm a lefty mouser and installation of the MS mouse & keyboard Center back on my right handed mouse buttons.  (I went to control panel |) Mouse and swapped buttons immediately after installation.)  When I went into the control panel. Applet of the mouse and the keyboard and mouse Center had resumed the first tab of the control panel mouse properties, stating "click here to change the settings for the Microsoft mouse.  This is the tab where the "Swap mouse buttons" is usually.  When the mouse and keyboard Center is launched, it offers only options for the keyboard.  Do I have to abandon my Microsoft keyboard or purchase functions go a Microsoft mouse to get exchanged my mouse buttons?

  To get all the benefits of Mrs Maes & Bishop, you can buy a MS mouse is compatilble with the Manager, MS software is for devices of Ms and it is unlikely that MS will change their software to accommodate mice made by other sources.

  If you want to keep the Dell mouse, you will need to disable MS M & K Bishop.

  I'm sorry but won't Ctrl + insert to copy text, this is a behavior of design, you will work with Ctrl + C to copy.

• three-way color controls are different

  I looked at a few tutorials, and my way three color controls seem to be very different from what they have.  How can I get my upgraded?  I have the latest version of speedgrade.

  Looking probably to 'old' wheels, with the control of Luma-contrast around the outside ring in this tutorial... and CC2014, they put the sliders luminance in the form of vertical bars to the left of each wheel. It was an attempt to be "coherent", I guess you could say, and for many using a mouse, control was probably rather not intuitive. You must click on it and move your a mouse senses, happened around or 'up' in value, the other way it happened autour and 'down' in value... so good, a straight line is more obvious, right?

  Well... I had stumbled on a Kensington Expert Mouse trackball... by using a ball 2 "with a surround-ring control and four large paddle/tab buttons on a device 4" square, which kind of works like a 'surface' of the poor. With a Wacom pen - tab on my left (I'm a lefty) so I click to check something with the stylus, and then move the spinner ring or wheel depending on whether I wanted to color or luma changes... a click anywhere on this assembly/ring-color wheel, I worked together. Now, I need to click on the color wheel, the slider for luma... not as much as swift & handy.

  But you can't go back. I spoke with several people involved in Sg during the last two of the NAB-Vegas on this subject, and they give me their condolences. But he's not coming back. It's like him will highlight text Blue Gold dark in the same "ish"... which is also not going back. Well.

  I assume that you were able to install it.

  I think you can get it to run as follows:

  (1) RightClick the shortcut;

  2) click Properties;

  3) click on compatibility;

  (4) check run this program in compatibility mode for, and then select XP from the drop-down list.

  (5) start AI9.

  Otherwise, search using Windows compatibility and follow the instructions.

• Is it possible to change the side panels, then my setting panels is left?

  I started using a 3 Surface Pro to my settings initial photo in Lightroom (v5) and the concept has the potential to really increase my productivity considerably, not least because it means that I can stay in the same room as my family for much of my editing. But I'm a lefty and saw signs of settings on the right is really hard to work, because my hand is basically obliterate the image, I'm working on, while making the adjustments. I can't find anything on the subject, but with all the miraculous (and frivolous) features of Lightroom, can not believe that it is not possible to disconnect or swap the panels.  Can someone help me find this feature?

  I work in Photoshop on a Wacom cintiq. I just discovered a feature where I can push the control option and drag my pen left and right to increase or decrease the size of my brush and it up and down to change the soft too hard edge on the brush. It's much faster for me then using the keys of support. But I'm a lefty so I would change the keys of control to the command option option, I can push the keys with my free right. Is it possible to do this in Photoshop. I couldn't find where in the edit keyboard shortcuts Panel. I found where to change the brackets for example but not this feature of landslide.

  You can perform the equivalent of clicking the right button of the mouse with your stylus?

  If so, you can combine the single Option key with a right mouse button click.
