Why do business with mares of night to support Direct from HP when you don't need to. Just return it even if you are also just rent Exchange it.

  I don't see anything that covers the battery for troubleshooting.  Just so return it and exchange it. Less you have a new computer, when you do the same day against waiting for six weeks with a minium.  Not to mention that I am fully aware of how the poor live from HP support is.
