  What is remarkable is the following. Because it is a very large file, InDesign automatically cut into paragraphs (with names like 'A5 V' or 'A5 V3'). Closer to the problem, I tried to export each paragraph (all between 3 and 30 pages) in pdf format. But I managed to do that, then you would think that there is nothing wrong with the document at all. But when I try to export the document as a whole still once I always get this error message on the JPEG image. It takes a few minutes (between 30 and 40 percent of export) before I get the error.

  If you are able to export as sections it is almost certainly not actually a problem with the image, but a problem not enough system resources to complete the work. It's not uncommon that large complexes PDF exports.

  Try to restart and then immediately open ID and try again the first thing of the export. If it works fine. If this isn't the case, you can combine your sections in a single PDF file in Acrobat Pro.

  The iPad does not support USB keys. There are some wireless flash drives that can be used, but not the classical records. I suggest you transfer files to a computer and their synchronization then back to the iPad via iTunes.

  My problem was that I did not define cordova directory in the environment variable windows. When I added the cordova directory to the path in environment variables, my problem has been resolved.

I see only a tiny portion of the upper part of the image.  Tried to save the image on my disk hard but could not be opened.  For example: If the size of the image, I'm saving about 800 K, I'll save the image (that I can not open) in a folder on my hard drive.  When I check the properties of the image, it is much smaller, around 8 or 9 K.  Spent an hour on the phone with HP, but couldn't find a solution.  When starting my computer in Mode without fail and go to my email account, I can see the full image.  Would appreciate suggestions in deca a system recovery.  Thank you

  Cannot open any jpeg full image. I'll help you with this problem.

  1. have you made changes on the computer recently?

  2. what security software is installed on the computer?

  3. are you able to open any image with other file extensions?

  4. what application you use to open the images?

  As you can see the full image in safe mode, let's try the following steps.

  Method 1.

  A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.

  Thank you Joe Maniac.  I deleted the original linked files on my internal hard drive which were dng files, but had copies of the raw files edited and edited the exported raw files (in JPEG format).  I don't have copies of dng files.  So what I ended up having to do was import the original raw files which then made a DNG copy on my internal hard drive.  The link has not changed, but now the files were back in the original track for missing photo alerts disappeared and I was able to see my change history.  The process has been painful, but without the dng, I had nothing to do a link to more if at least re-import them files has recreated the dng.  I don't know if there was an easier way, but it seemed that the problem did not the link deletion.  I use LR for a few years, but it was a rookie mistake, precipitated by my hard drive being so jammed up I ended up delete what I shouldn't.  I should have just moved the dng and the link to an external hard drive.   Content-aware fill is your best friend in this case.

  Just make a selection around the word and go to edit-> Fill-> Content-Aware.

  This usually done a very good job.

  Then you can either return to it several times (maybe in smaller sections) with Content-Aware fill to clean it, or you can play with the Spot Healing Brush tool (J) or the tool clone stamp (s).

  I have a XML element defined by the user who provides a JPEG image.

  Is it possible to directly use this JPEG information in my PDF? (would be great - but seems to want)

  or I (seems more likley to me) should first write the JPEG data to a file and then load into my PDF file.

  If you can point me to a pretty good example of how to do this, however, it is accomplished, or can explain it in this forum

  What you describe could be done more easily in Photoshop.  Illustrator is a vector illustration tool, is not really the right tool to edit raster images.  If you use Illustrator because you don't have access to Photoshop, do research on masking.  Masking would probably be the best way to finish what you're wanting to accomplish.
