PDP Afterglow Wireless headset, disconnect

Hi, my problem is that my USB transmitter disconnects from my computer when I turn on the headset and it connects to the transmitter. While the headset is off in my sound devices it shows a headphone Afterglow is connected and when I turn on the actual headset, she vanishes. I tried to uninstall and install the drivers and using 4 different USB ports and 3 different USB 3.0 ports, but in vain. The head is set well for my Ps3 and Xbox 360. If I connect it manually using the plug to headphones, I can get the sound to play, but that defeats the purpose of having a wireless headset, also doing it this way only allows me to use the microphone. Any help would be appreciated as I tried for weeks so he could work.

Hello Brandon,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

  1. You did changes to the computer before the show?
  2. The problem is specific to a wireless earpiece? Have you tried to plug any other
    wireless device?
  3. What exactly are you to pass, when you say "my USB transmitter disconnects.
my computer when I turn on the headset and it connects to the
    Transmitter?

I suggest you run this Microsoft fixit and verify.

  • Toshiba TV/DVD combo 32SLV411U - listening to the wireless headset?

I hope I am posting this in the right place. I couldn't find a specific board just for TVs?

I recently bought a Toshiba TV/DVD combo 32SLV411U. I really like but have a problem.
The best way to go about that I guess is to tell you what I hope to be able to do.

I will say first of all, I called Toshiba tech support and they said it couldn't be done and advised that I buy a sound bar.
I'm not 100% convinced they have well understood or that a sound bar would solve the problem.

The tv model I does not appear to have a separate headphone jack. I was obviously the rear connections for rca type cables.

While watching a DVD (not connected decoder, in DVD mode) I want to be able to have the silent TV.
I live in an apartment complex and do not want to disturb the neighbors. I want the audio from the forthcoming DVD the only wireless headset. This does not work when the TV is connected to cable as the sound comes through the cable box.

It seems to me that I should just be able to fix the audio cable rca to the back of the TV and listen as I've described above. But I can't make it work any configuration, I tried. I don't know if I just need to configure things differently or what. When I go to the menu and look at the options, it doesn't give me a lot of choices in this area, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Is this possible without buy me something more? If so, how we configure it to do it properly when you watch a DVD?

If I do not need to buy anything, how a Soundbar works and it would solve the problem?
Or should I look for a standalone DVD player with audio connections on the back (a little beats the purpose of)
have a TV/DVD combo, but could be a less expensive option.

I guess I should have taken a second look at the features before you buy the combo TV. I just assumed that, with the connections audio to the rear, it would work. I had no problem with the previous TV/DVD combo I've owned, but it doesn't have a headphone port. In the meantime, I watch DVDs on my PC.

Any information or advice is really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    > I hope I am posting this in the right place. I couldn't find a specific board just for TVs?
You can't find a good advice, because it is a user to user Toshiba forum computer systems.

But maybe I can help you:
    > Watching a DVD (not connected decoder, in DVD mode) I want to be able to have the silent TV.

I live in an apartment complex and do not want to disturb the neighbors. I want the audio from the forthcoming DVD the only wireless headset. This does not work when the TV is connected to cable as the sound comes through the cable box.

In my case, I connected my stereo directly on the DVD player using RCA (red/white cinch) cables.
In addition, the DVD player is connected to the TV via HDMI.

I can turn off the sound on the TV and can listen to the sound from the stereo speakers.
If you want to use headphones, then connect it to the stereo and it should help you :)

My laptop compac presario CQ62 wireless adapter disconnects frequently while I'm online. y at - it a driver update that will help solve this problem?

    Hello

    Thanks for providing this information.

I would like that go you to this link: drivers PC laptop Compaq Presario CQ62-421NR. Once here use the "scan now" under the control of the updates. This will scan your laptop all the updates that are available. If you see something that indicates wireless, make sure that this update is complete.

The other option to do this: go to the Device Manager (start type in search Device Manager), under network adapters, you should see the wireless card. Make a note of it (it must be a brand name) so that you can reply back with it. You can then right click on it and try to update directly from the driver.

If neither help in updating the wireless, please answer back with card network information. In addition, the operating system that is currently installed on the laptop.

My system is a HP Lenovo with windows installed 8.1

    Hello urtheone,

I understand you encounter problems connecting H7000 HP Bluetooth headset to your computer. You also want to know what the term "Pairing" means.

When connecting Bluetooth devices for the first time, a registration is required. This process is called pairing. Most Bluetooth devices must be involved before they communicate with each other. When the devices are paired, they share an access code that authenticates two devices to ensure safety and wireless communication is established.

After that two devices are paired, will automatically recognize the devices between them and then you can connect and disconnect devices easily. You have to pair again, except if the pairing is deleted on one or two devices.

Now, what I need to know is what computer do you have? I need the number of the brand and the model. It's an HP computer or a Lenovo, it cannot be both.

You should probably start by turning on the Bluetooth hardware on the computer until you can pair the two devices. Usually, on a laptop, it's the Fn and F3 or Fn F5 key. Or you can go to Windows 8 and turn on and off your wireless settings.

    http://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=fhuXwelEo-A

Then you will need to go into the settings of Windows and go to 'Add a device' to add the listener. This is where you hold the button on the headset to pair the device and connect.

Here is a video of a guy showing how to add a Bluetooth on Windows 8 device. https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=QQZsd4Yk1nE

If you have a Lenovo computer and still having problems connecting, you will need to contact Lenovo for more information.

    I hope this helps.

  • Mixer volume + USB wireless headset Bug

    It's my first post

My name is Chris and my computer (Asus U56E-BAL7) had problems with Windows 7 64 bit operating system. When I click on my Volume Mixer and click to change my volume, it does not. When this happens, Skype also seems to have its own problems. These questions are calling others, send messages to others, receive calls and end a call. Nothing to really respond correctly when this problem occurs. Usually, it happens at startup and varies on and outside. Sometimes it stays on, and then sometimes it remains off. I have the "Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset USB" and it disconnects and reconnects a lot. There seems to be problems I see. I tried Malwarebytes, Microsoft Security Essentials. Security Essentials did not detect anything else that Malwarebytes seems to see virus which I deleted but it has not yet decided anything. I use Bandicam which screen save my computer. Can I record a video and post here (I hope) to show you what is happening. I didn't seem to have any problems until ' on last week. It upsets me like that, I expect a computer that works properly, but it doesn't. I checked several other forums, and yet none of them have information that improved / did not improve anything. It is either on my computer to the geek squad for them give remedy when that costs money vs ask first community of Microsoft for help. I hope that there is a difficulty behind it all.
    -Chris
UPDATE: today I realized that it was my headset (Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset). But my main question, now, is why my headphones is messed up? What drivers? The USB key? Just a question because this helmet was perfectly fine until the Volume mixer started crashing.

Make sure that the sound is not muted. To check the sound settings, double-click the speaker icon on the right side of the taskbar or go to the "Start" menu, then select 'Control Panel' followed by 'Solve system sounds' to open the volume mixer. If there is a button with a red circle that has a slash through it, the system is muted. Click on the button to make a red circle with the slash disappears and re - turn on the sound.

Check the volume level in the volume mixer window. It is possible that the sound works but the volume is too low so that you hear it. Increase the sound by clicking the marker on the vertical scroll bar and move it to the top.

Know if the sound card is properly installed on the system. Click on the "Start menu", open the "Control Panel", select "Hardware and Sound", then "Device Manager." The sound card must appear in the list of devices. If it is not the case, it is not installed correctly and must be reinstalled according to the instructions provided with your card.
