Performing a task (DBMS_Scheduler) at 11:30 and 17:30 daily

Version: 10 gr 2

I want to run a job at 11:30 and 17:30 daily. After the establishment
start_date        =>  sysdate,
repeat_interval   =>  'freq = daily;
Do not know how to configure the settings BYHOUR and BYMINUTE twice a day

You probably want a repetition like this interval:

FREQ=DAILY;BYHOUR=11,17;BYMINUTE=30;BYSECOND=0

The DBMS_SCHEDULER package provides a procedure called EVALUATE_CALENDAR_STRING that allows you to test different intervals to repeat and to determine if it meets your needs. They provide an example of code that you can easily copy and modify.

The documentation also goes into details on the syntax of calendaring. It is interesting to read.

For example, here is the code I used to test your condition.

DECLARE
        start_date        TIMESTAMP;
        return_date_after TIMESTAMP;
        next_run_date     TIMESTAMP;
BEGIN
        start_date := systimestamp;
        return_date_after := start_date;
        FOR i IN 1..5 LOOP
                DBMS_SCHEDULER.EVALUATE_CALENDAR_STRING
                ( 'FREQ=DAILY;BYHOUR=11,17;BYMINUTE=30;BYSECOND=0'
                , start_date
                , return_date_after
                , next_run_date
                );

                DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('next_run_date: ' || next_run_date);
                return_date_after := next_run_date;
        END LOOP;
END;

    Hey veeran14642260,

    Us would certainly help.

    Could if it please let you me know what software used to create the PDF file. What is the software Acrobat Live Cycle Designer or something else?

    If you have created the file using Live Cycle, then it would be possible that you do not have permission to add the header/footer in the file.

    In addition, check under "file > properties > Security" and check if there is no security on the PDF file.

    Let me know.

    Kind regards

  • I PERFORMED A TASK OF MY LAST QUESTION AND I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM

    Help, please!
    I did the new profile. I lost all my extensions, especially she whole page I had to start super
    I also lost all my favorites. Help! I had 150 to 200 very important Favorites, I went to Carbonite and restored to my office, but they said I should find someone from Mozilla put back them. How can I do? I also had the saved password editor which I reinstalled it, but all my passwords are gone.

    The button on the troubleshooting information page did a reset and move the profile folder in the "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop.
    So if you need to recover data that was not imported automatically then you should look for this folder on the desktop.

    A reset should keep the backups in the bookmarkbackups folder, so you can check in the bookmarks (library) Manager to check if all JSON bookmarks are available for restoration.

    If you do not see here, consult the bookmarkbackups folder in the profile in the "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop.

    What you are trying to download is an update to El Capitan, which requires that El Capitan already installed.

  • Face recognition error - you do not have permission to perform this task

    Hello..

    I bought my laptop TOSHIBA of Spain, so it would be for sure in Spanish...
    When I started the tour for the first time I tested the recognition of face and other Toshiba Software and they all worked... but after two days, I changed the display in English language and now I can not enter the facial recognition.

    He said to me 'you are not allowed to perform this task. Please contact your administrator for help.
    so, what should I do?

    Hello

    Found another thread on the same question:

    Try the workaround posted here if that's not enough, try to reinstall the facial recognition of Toshiba on your system, once more.

  • NetExtender error must perform maintenance tasks.  Does not work after giving permission to do so.  Just upgraded to El Capitan.

    I just upgraded to El Capitan.  I get the error message after following the notation in NetExtender: "NetExtender error must perform maintenance tasks.  You will need to enter your MAC administrator password in the next window. "After you type that in, it says it connects to NetExtender but then disconnects me.  This goes on and on.

    Having never heard of before NetExtender, I can't go on how you described in your post, and I must say, Macs need not third-party programs of 'maintenance' on them.  One thing I can say, is that before you upgrade your operating system, you should always make sure that all your applications, plug-ins, drivers, extensions, etc., are compatible with what you have upgraded to.  This could be part of the problem, this program should not be what I think it looks like.  You are running the most recent version, and the version is compatible with El Capitan?

    Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

    This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

    This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

    -Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
    For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
    Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

    For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
    Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
    your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
    Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
    Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

    Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
    with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

    Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
    Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
    BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

    Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

    Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
    presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
    in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

    Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

    Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

    How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager

    If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
    Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
    older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
    get new manually if you wish.

  • Player Windows 10 DC - before you can perform related tasks such as page layout printing or print a document, you must install a printer

    Hello

    We had a problem at my organization with our windows 10 machines where they print not Adobe Reader DC.  When you click on the 'Print' button, we get the message:

    Before you can perform related tasks like layout or print a document, you need to install a printer.  The printer itself doesn't have a printing problems to any other type of document. except .pdf (which is associated with Acrobat Reader DC.)

    I did a search on the forum and see that this is a common problem and I tried all of the suggested fixes (select a new printer by default, restart the spooler service, delete the files in the directories of the spooler, upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC etc.).

    Have one or know a solution for this?  Versions provided below etc.:

    Windows version: 10.10586.0001

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: 15.007.20033

    Version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Update: 15.016.20045

    Print driver: HP Universal PCL 6 (v6.2.1) printing

    Thanks in advance!

    Forgive me, please follow the steps that are given below:

    Also try printing to the Adobe PDF format, to do > click Print > select Adobe PDF in the print dialog box.
