I've read people were emailing RIM all week and no responses were received. But if you post a question here MShom (one of the moderators) usually responds in a timely.   There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  Communicate with your laptop / computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  What you have said, I guess that the first site you visited was vmware.com and you completed the licensing process for the review.

  This operation generates an ID for you on VMware and PearsonVUE systems then this means that you can program review and pay via PearsonVUE.
