Cancelled my subscription but still keep getting emails about payment details
I cancelled my subscription and received a confirmation email regarding the termination of my membership, but I get emails telling me that I should update my payment information for my service continue. I should just ignore these emails?

You can download/install the apps from the desktop creative cloud Manager: http://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Since the office eat itself, you will get the option to install the software.

My system (Vista 32-bit SP2) tried to install update KB980248 for several weeks, but I keep getting error code 80073712. I tried to follow the directions on the site by running the system preparation tool update... did not work. Then I tried to go back to a restore point and try the update again. Yet once, didn't. I went back several restore points, but it has always failed. I don't have an installation DVD, because it came with Vista preloaded.

If you are repeatedly prompted to download and install the Windows Internet Explorer update, I suggest that you try to check if Internet Explorer is installed correctly. See this article for more information on this:
You can try to reset the Internet Explorer security settings by running the Fix - it suggested in the article.
If nothing works, then try to uninstall Internet Explorer and try to install it once more. Here is an article that will give you steps how to uninstall Internet Explorer 8:

I have a movie... great... now I want to save as a .wmv file, so I can burn it to a CD, but I keep getting an error 0 x 87160139 "find missing or remove the unusable items in your project and then try again." so I tried to change the format of mp4 to mi/gal (what I know now was not necessary), but it will not save yet. I would like to make photos and videos I use. I think that this video might be too big? not sure... also, all files have the same name and in the same folder that I shot, I'm in a block, any help appreciated! Thank you.

buy the full subscription, but still in trial version, tried the solutions provided online but I couldn't find option disable/disconnect option by clicking on help in the application manager... I even tried uninstalling the Creative Manager of cloud and applications, reinstall and re-sign-in but still can't find the option to click on...
It's not 'install' under 'find new applications' law yesterday before I paid for membership, I understand, the system needs time...
I have check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" has not changed, the expiry date is always there!

This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.
