PHONE CALL "WINDOWS"? JULY 5, 2011

I just got a call from 'windows' today say they got reports of errors from me, she asked me to press the windows key and the R key at the same time and type eventver or something? She then asked me to click on the application and system and count the amount of errors and warnings... She then said is more than 10. I said yes, she said OH MY GOD. These are unwanted malicious files or something, she said. I then asked if it is legitimate? She said that she could tell me the address of my pc, do not really remember what it is and also gave me the name of the company and told me to check the place that it was not a scam http://www.experttechsolutions.com she didn't have money to fix the problem, but she was very adamant that it was not a scam even if I was reading all the scams him similar to this on the internet.
