Phone connected to the SPA3102 rings not until reset

I configured successfully my SPA3102 to work with my VOIP provider.  But periodically when I call my VOIP phone number, it takes several seconds (10-15 seconds) until I hear ringing the phone "calling", and it sounds not at all on the receiver (connected to the SPA3102) phone.  I have no problem outgoing calls to my land line and display poster correctly call the VOIP number.

If I unplug and re-plug SPA3102 to elect. power outlet, this solves the problem.  I can dial my number VOIP and it sounds instantly.  But after some time, the problem comes back and I have to disconnect and reconnect.

Right now, I have only configured the parameters of the VOICE on the SPA3102.  Once I fix it, I will seek using the other features of this adapter.  All the settings are the default settings with the exception of sections: SubscriberInfo and Proxy/Reg.

Any thoughts?

    OK, so I have a HP computer with the installed version of Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I've had it for almost 2 years now and have had no problems connecting to Internet... until now.

    I can connect to networks... both wireless and cable, but I can not get Internet. I used the IP, subnet mask, gateway and server settings DNS to another computer that works with this specific local network just to see what happens... my computer has failed.
    Until recently, I could connect to this WiFi connection in a coffee shop, but the last time I tried it didn't work. I've connected to the network but not the Internet. He told me that the DNS server did not. I'm starting to think that something is wrong with my computer.

    I saw that the solution for some people running the Norton removal tool, however I had uninstalled Norton almost as soon as I got my computer 2 years ago and ran McAfee instead. I don't think that Norton should have an impact on me more.

    Is there a solution to this problem... or I'll just have to try everything that is out there?

    Finally, my problem has been resolved - it wasn't my computer after all. The modem may only be connected to a computer. If you want to connect to another computer, you can connect the computer to the modem and then put it back. My computer worked fine after that. Whenever we want to switch between computers, even if I have to reset the modem.

    I don't think you have the same problem, but just in case, you can try to reset your modem - it's a button on the back or a small hole that you can reach with a pen... Hold the stylus for about 5 sec or maybe a bit more and then let go. That should reset your modem and might help you with your problem. Your computer should also have created a restore point... If all else fails maybe you can try to get back to the final point where your computer worked.

    I have one of my servers HPOV NNMi 9.23 restarted this morning and NNMi is loading is no longer.  I see the following errors in the newspapers said:

    Sorry I'm not quite clear about the situation.

    You posted on the Vista Forum; you have loaded Win XP and you running Windows 7?

    If the computer is currently running on Windows 7, newspaper to the support site for Toshiba laptop, download Windows 7 drivers for the wireless network card and install them.

    In general.

    Check the Device Manager for the entry of valid card of the wire.

    I have a WRTG54S and Mediacom 12mbps. My router worked fine on my old laptop (a Dell Vista), he was sitting in a box for about 6 months and now that I have a new (Sony running 7) I can connect to my network, but not internet.     It is the way to do it.   Either you must be part of the root group to be given to the role admin (or a bespoke) at the level of the host to access the DCUI.

    If you create a user is added to the root group, but is assigned all permissions (either singularly or through a group) on the host then, then the user will be able to connect to the DCUI but not the client vSphere (or any other method of the API).

    You can use a server OS in a pool of Terminal Server services.  If you want to set up a desktop computer, you will need to use a desktop supported OS.   You can find operating systems supported in the Administrator's guide, http://www.vmware.com/pdf/view31_manual.pdf.

    I work with Oracle 10 G DB, and I try to run a backup using RMAN. The DB is not using the archive.

    When I invoke the RMAN, to start the procces when I type connect target, I got this message: connected to the database target (not started). Previous to call RMAN I executed the command export ORACLE_SID = SIDDB.

    After this, I restarted the DB, but I continue to have the same problem.

    Any suggestions of what to do or change, to solve this problem?

    Check the alert.log to all critical errors, if there are and try to start the database to mount using sqlplus and then run your guest RMAN backup script.

    Please share the steps that you performed earlier.
