• Windows Live Photo Gallery: why photo does not disappear after editing?

  I have uploaded the pictures... they appear in Windows Live.  I select photo, edit it, and then close the file.  Tell me that the photo is ' Save... click Cancel to revert to original "or something like that.  Automatically all other photos that I downloaded are there but the one I edited.  I know it's probably a setting that I have implemented, but can't understand what the change is... • iPhone photo edit says "Download".

  Try resetting the Photos App close pictures completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the photo preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  If that doesn't help, try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the important data. • Yahoo Mail works fine on, but on Firefox formatting is missing, don't have button fastening & all apps like photo edit are missing.

  All I can do is email Blk & Wht with pre-selection of police and the size. In addition, 100% of the applications under the left column of the files are missing.   Maybe you have to click 'Add' to add other - edit mode == > adjust click Add at the top right and a few adjustments have a v to the right which will develop more options

• Special Roxio Creator 2009 Edition photo editing application has stopped working

  For some time I was not able to use the application (PhotoSuite) in my Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition of photo editing.  Today, I checked other parts of creator and they seem to open correctly.  But PhotoSuite appears immediately a Windows error window that says it has stopped working and Windows is looking for a solution.  Of course, as always, they never fulfill the promise of advising me of such a solution.

  Fortunately, I have other photo-editing programs on Board that I can come back, but I'd like to have the option to return PhotoSuite.  I read a thread here about a 2012 creator set starts does not, but on mine, it's just the application of PhotoSuite that won't launch.  I checked the versions of the applications within Creator 2009, and the single fence was "PhotoSuite Launcher Plugin", version 4.5.3145.12514.

  Interestingly, when nine the same program was loaded on our old office 2002 XP and everything still starts and runs very well.  I have more global technical problems with the Vista laptop than the old Office XP;  It's just that the Office runs more slowly with loads of high-data of today.

  Of course this 'special edition' Costco is out of ephemeral warranty of Roxio/Sonic, now owned by Corel, I guess, so getting the help from them without doubt will be vain or expensive or both.  Is there a relatively simple fix, or what I need to remove and reinstall the application or all of 2009 since the disc Creator program?

  Restart the PC, when it is up and running turn all programs running out especially antivirus/firewall software... Put the f2010 program installation disc in the DVD drive and when the Installer offers repair, it is executed, when finished restart the PC. It's working now?

  If it still does not, uninstall all traces of the application using Revo Uninstaller in moderated mode.  Make sure that you back up your Windows registry database before running the uninstall program.

• The upgrade of my desktop pc from HP a1540n for photo editing

  I am currently running Win XP SP2 on desktop HP a1540n; System specs are here:

  After you have maxed out my RAM (4x1Go), the system has worked well for me for about 4 years.  However, I'll buy a new 36 MP digital camera and need to upgrade the operating system to a minimum (for Vista or Windows 7) to take over some of s/w that I use for photo editing. At the same time, I am considering a few hardware upgrades as well to improve the speed of the system (I work with large files).

  I'm looking for options in order to make the system work and, if $ allow to improve performance.  I would like some advice on whether if it is worth upgrading the hardware or just bite the bullet and withdraw from the newer system for somethng.

  Option 1: OS upgrade only, pref for Win 7; cost: ~ $140

  Option 2: upgrade MB (with processor), optionally add a video card. upgrade cost:?

  Option 3: new system; cost: ~ $1000.

  Option 2 makes any sense?  So I hate to waste the old h/w, I'm not sure whether this option is profitable.  Can the remaining material (power supply, etc.) support and are working properly with the motherboard more recent or other improvements will be necessary as well (in addition to the OS)?  I will be attaching multiple drives (some new, some existing); a new MB give me USB3 ability, or is it a separate addon?

  All advice/recommendations would be appreciated...

  Rob, welcome to the forum.

  This is one of the most difficult situations to address.  The upgrade can be a good option if the original components are even more recent.  However, a computer that is 6 years old becomes a dinosaur.  As a result, purchase new may be a much better option.  If you can afford the $1,000, I think you would advance money.

  If you do not have Photoshop installed CC, my next suggestion would be for you to remove the preferences file and let Lightroom create a new. Here's the location of the Preferences file:

  Follow the instructions for your operating system. Once you delete the preferences file and Lightroom creates a new one that I think Lightroom should see your installed version. If this does not work I have no other ideas other than to put up your version of Photoshop as a secondary Editor.

  A player scratch is for temporary files that are not in the RAM. We could also consider a capture by car if your video capture files are usually deleted once completed your video project.

  Because the reader scratching did a lot of reads/writes, it is good to have large areas of contiguous space to this topic (ie: not shared with system files or documents... it is ideally a dedicated reader).

  After updating to Mac OS Sierra, all my versions published of my photos is missing.

  MacOS (10.12) Sierra

  App photos (Version 2.0 (445.1.15))

  It is said:

  -Update of El Capitan Sierra.

  -When the update, I started App Photos and update the library (260 GB).

  -A took the Photos App in the meantime round.

  -After all the thumbnails update was missing, but the pictures would be accessible by clicking on them.

  -Photos App must rebuild now all the thumbnails, but the photos I edited is still missing and even can not be seen by clicking on it (like the non-edited).

  -The missing files are a .jpeg and raw (.nef) from Nikon files.
