  This kind of problem occurs usually when there are 2 cases of software are running.

  If you are on a windows machine Please make sure that there is that no duplicate instance is running in the the Task Manager for Dreamweaver.

  Thank you for the update. You can get the serial number of the printer using the HP utility on your computer. You must have the printer software installed to get the same thing.

  Try the following steps to get the serial number.

  • Go to 'Finder' - select 'Applications' - folder Select "HP" or "Hewlett Packard".
  • Now find and open the "HP utility.
  • Click on "device information. Ideally, this should give details of the printer including the serial number.

  I have a HP F380 all-in-One on an Acer Aspire running Windows 7 32 bit. I tried to get a scan if Windows Live Photo Gallery, but it allows me to choose which device (appears as Hp Deskjet F300), when I hit 'Import', the window of the unit closes and does nothing.  I have no error code. (Runs fine)

  I have edited/reinstalled/restart the driver, run the printer if troubleshooting and when I hit the scan button on the printer it scans (will not let me change it), but live didn't do nothing despite knowing a scanner is attached. I tried to use the paint and Windows Fax and Scan, but when he tries to connect, it lags behind on and I have to use the Task Manager to close the programs.

  I use the version of Windows Live Mail 2011.
  The formulations in your safe senders list are not the same as mine. (See screenshot at the end of the answer.)

  You don't "click on it. You must enter the addresses of the list in the box of > then click on add > and then click OK.

  Do not check the "add automatically people I e-mail to the safe senders list" for reasons of security. What makes you so sure that people that email you are "safe"?

  It really looks like a virus or if not a serious problem with your screen/monitor adapter... Change your theme style old windows? And looks like the virus maybe is PC MightyMax. That's what WOT. If you want to do it manually, then download autoruns to see startup entries and search of mightymax and delete them and download procexp to view running processes. Maybe if you close it mightymax processes your desktop will fade.

  When I open firefox 8.0 on my hp laptop SP1 of windows 7, the window opens and quickly disappears as if it was off the screen. This started happening after that I hung on a double-moniter and have since removed the dual monitor. I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, nothing helps. any help would be greatly appreciated since firefox is my favorite web browser!

  • Open this window via the taskbar to set the focus to it.
  • Open the system menu via Alt + space and see if you can resize the window.

  If it works then close Firefox (file > exit/Quit) to save the setting.

  Looks like that the Restrictions had lit so that the App Store. Go to settings > general > Restrictions and see if the App Store options are enabled under "allow". If they aren't, turn them on and your App Store icon again.
