I get the message "Photoimpression has stopped working. A problem caused the blocking of the program works correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "It works very well and no solution now is coming. I have to uninstall and reinstall? Thank you

That's where I could start.  Even good software can develop glitches over time.

Next:

You did not what this or that kind of operating system you are using - I guess you run Windows 7 or 8.x Windows.  If you have the operating system on the system for some time, it might be time to do an interview, i.e. some clean your system files - and ensure that the file system is happy, so-to-speak.
