photos of ePrinting

I tried to picture of 'My images' eprint and received a message that printing has been cancelled due to the poor quality.  Can I print the same photo using the wifi and it looks very good?

Hi, there is a limitation within the service ePrint for low quality photos. They will not be processed for printing and any attempt will be cancelled. Using low-quality photos?

With WiFi, there is no such limitations - it prints all work you send to your printer.

  • Cannot change the ePrint Android app paper type when printing photos

I have the app installed on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) Android ePrint mobile and have a 7520 Photosmart printer at home.

When I'm at home, I see the same printer mentioned twice of the ePrint app, once via ePrint (with the printer shown e-mail address) mobile on my phone and the other wireless (with IP address).

If I were to print a picture from the application mobile ePrint, if I select my printer via a wireless connection, I see the option to change the type of paper, i.e. the plain paper or paper photo; But if I select the printer even via ePrint, the ability to change paper type no longer appears in the application.

When I travel, I do not see my printer via ePrint and I can't print a photo on from regular paper because of the absence of the option "document type." However, if I were to print a document via ePrint mobile application, the ability to change paper type appears.

    So to summarize:

    (1) mobile ePrint app photo wireless print - option "paper type" is present;

    (2) photo of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is absent;

    (2) document of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is present.

This may be by design, correct?

    Thank you.

    Hi phibei!

    Thank you for posting.

I did some research on your post.

You're right, this is normal. This is due to the method of communication used. When you use the application printing via ePrint, it sends information by e-mail and limits the options available.

  • Photosmart 6510e cannot print a "screen shot" on ordinary A4 paper?

Hi all, my laptop is down, using an iPad2 I can print with airprint perfectly ok on a4 paper. I select a file of my photo iPads stream, it's obviously a picture, but it is a screenshot and I want not printed on paper a4 ordinary, my 6510 insists on put me a paper size photo glossy, so he usually print anything on paper ordinary a4! Maybe I should add the printer is brand new and I just took it out of the box afterwards, I tried to print the same photo with eprint, same result, why can't print a photo on A4 size paper? Please Tim

    Hi TIMMYTOAD,

A screenshot is an image.  If you paste the image into an email and send it to an ePrint printer which has a tray photo, the default is to print the image to the photo tray even if it was stuck in an email.  There is no way to change the settings.  I hope this helps.

  • I have image files that I don't know how to print them?

The printer is HP Photo Smart 7510 and email with photo of the seal was sent to the e-mail address of printer. Print say see all download all. the question is how do you this?

I need some info to help. You send these photos from a computer or a smart phone? If it is a smart phone, is it an Android or iPhone?

Some general tips for sending photos via ePrint successfully are:

    • Make sure the photo is at least 100 DPI (dots per inch) whatever it is and less will be rejected.
    • Make sure that the photos/files are not more than 5MB
    • If sending attachments multiple the number of attachments does not exceed 10.
  • Allow ePrint access my photos

    Hello
I just installed ePrint and says 'no' to allow access to my photos by mistake, so I can't print them. He said that I can change this security setting, but I can't find anywhere to change. I tried to delete the app and put it back in an attempt to substitute the my original setting without success. I use an iPad 2.
    Any help much appreciated.

    Hello

To allow access of photo that you should be able to go into settings, then privacy, then select the eprint application and access photo lights.

  • HP eprint photo app account deletion

I just installed HP eprint app on my apple iphone 5. I added pictures and accounts of electronic mail from the homepage then realized that this is just one quick step for app to access these accounts - not really necessary. I easily removed my email accounts but cannot find a way to remove access to my photos. Help, please.

    Hello

The photos are not added to the eprint as such - application app allows access to the camera of the iphone where the photos are stored.

While the application is installed, it will have access to pictures and no access to no way to delete the photo.

  • 7520 HP Print any photo when you use eprint

I just bought a HP Photosmart 7520 and I'm having problems with installing eprint.

I have no problem printing text, but when I try to print a photo from my Dell Inspiron laptop or from my mobile Samsung Galazy S2 it shows only part of the picture, sometimes half the image sometimes only a few millimetres.

    How to solve this?

I managed to solve this problem myself.

Whole my mobile photo printing was obtained by downloading the HP eprint app for android, which is free.

    Hope this helps someone else.

  • don't use paper photo 7510 e - all - in - one with ePrint

When I print from my Smartphone to my 7510 e - all-in - One - C31using ePrint, photographs always print on photo paper.   How to print on paper with ordinary letter, by default?

The 7510 will always send ePrint default photos to the photo tray. It is a normal feature. However, you can set the ePrint Mobile application to send pictures to the tray paper. Open the application, select 'photos', select the photo you want to print. Click on print, then select the settings in the upper right of the window. Here you can select the paper size and adjust accordingly.

  • HP eprint app does not detect photos on iPad

    Hello

I have the HP eprint app on my ipad. I went to print a photo that I took on the ipad today, however, when I went for this app asked if he could access the camera or something like that. I wanted to press ok, however, I clicked do not allow. So when I went to print the image using the application and pressing the button photo in it no pictures not found. I deleted the app and reinstalled two times, but still no pictures are presented when I use the app to print a photo. Can you please help. I can print from the web always.

Go to settings on the iPad, then go to Privacy, once in this menu, go to Photos. There you should find a list of applications that can have access to your photos. Make sure HP ePrint power toggle is set , then go back into the app and check the availability of the photo. If this is not the case it toggle the button off then back on and power cycle the unit and try again. I hope this helps.

  • LaserJet 400 m465dw ePrint attachment photo prints n & b A4

I enclose a photo 2592 x 1778 in JPEG format to an e-mail message to my ePrint printer enabled with no signature or something like that, and it's printing to the printer using the A4 tray - and in black and white, unless I force color on in the settings of ePrint in the ePrintCenter, despite the message that all accessories image allows to print in color regardless of this setting.

I want that the attachment to print in color using 6 x 4 photo paper. It doesn't matter how I try to attach the image to the e-mail address that it prints with A4, filling the full page. If I force it to use available media (6 x 4, no A4 photo paper), it prints only part of the image (top-left) on paper 6 x 4.

    Everything I read says attachments will print 6 x 4, but I can't seem to print 6 x 4!

Well, after be in contact with our software engineers about this and looking at the available information, we were able to determine that on this model of printer 4 * 6 paper is not an option with regard to printing will use ePrint. That's why whatever the configuration it Sprint on A4 size paper. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this doesn't seem to be a limit (currently) services in conjunction with the Laserjet printers ePrint you use.

I hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend!

  • ePrint of an Ipad2 at a Photo C6180

I received an Ipad2 in gift and want to be able to print to my printer connected existing HP Photo C6180 all-in-One Wireless 802.11. I downloaded the ePrint for the Ipad2 package and installed, but the Ipad2 never recognized the C6180. The printer is on the network and actively printing from several XP with Windows 7 PC. The iPad 2 is on the same network and running very well on the web. I have power drove from the printer, the Ipad2 and the router, but the iPad 2 still does not recognize the C6180. What else can I do to fix this?

I've been through troubleshooting in the HP links you provided. Checked everything ok. I used a ping tool and confirmed that my Ipad2 and HP C6180 sees between them. I had problems connecting to a Windows 7 PC, file sharing. I deleted and reinstalled the HP ePrint & tool Biz on my Ipad2. After registering, which fixed the problem of file sharing. Then I downloaded an image of my Windows PC and was able to see it on my iPad 2 AND the HP EPrint & Biz tool was then able to see the HP C6180! I was then able to print to it. Then I tested the album Photo, camera, saved files and web browser and was able to print every time. HOWEVER, the HP ePrint & Biz tool, under the install ALWAYS DO NOT SHOW ePrint feature my C6180 as a WiFi printer. When you try to print from other applications, the standard printing options as in mail, do not see the printer.

It seems that as long as I can get what I want to print in the HP ePrint & utility Biz, it will print. Not as elegant a solution as I thought that this utility would be, but it provides some use. Thanks for your help.

  • HP ePrint mobile app on iPhone 4 & iPad retina - both devices say «Photos (0)»

I just installed HP ePrint mobile app on my iPhone 4S and my iPad retina. However, when I go in the application, when the main screen is displayed ('Photos'-'cloud'-'Web'-'Email'), when I type 'Photos', on every device it says: 'Photos (0)' - that is, I guess the app think I have 'zero photos' on both devices, which is obviously not true. Other details: (1) I have a Photosmart 7510 on my home wireless network; (2) I am able to print OK for the 7510 using Apple "AirPrint" - no problem; (3) I can also print using a device (iPhone or iPad) using the HP app 'PrinterControl '. So, how HP ePrint mobile app can not 'see' my photos on my iPhone or iPad (especially now that they can 'see' these pictures when you use the HP app "PrinterControl"). Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this situation.

The problem is related to the privacy settings on ios 6. To solve this, go to settings on your device and you should see a section of privacy. From there go to photos and turn on the eprint application. It should work to allow you to see the pictures.
