  The key word handle must be opened for simple working shortcuts.  You can simply move the side of the road and use shortcuts to apply a keyword to the selected photos.

  A drop-down list is the bad INTERFACE design where an element can contain more than 100 entries. It is very good in tests, but absolutely unacceptable if the form must be used by a person busy doing their work. The choice of Acrobat forms are limited, but consider a list box. Despite this, there may be limits imposed by the system or the implementation.

  Better would be

  (a) stop filling after awhile the list and add an entry saying several elements not shown, running report or use better filter

  (b) be available for all filtering of course lists

  I have 'My Photo Stream' active and I use iCloud on Windows 10.

  I had the same problem and did the option 'Disable and remove' even though I know that it takes 30 days.  I've seen other people on these forums, mention that they had results if/when they took contact with Apple Support.

  I had the same problem and it has chewed all my disk space. I have a 64-bit Windows 10 - disk 250 gig. I deleted all these files except those with current date and released the 150 gig. Much better to delete these temporary files to risking a crash operating system running out of disk space.

  Could be one of them - you decide - person other than you, who controls - hold down the option key while launching Photos and the use of the select Library window to test each - quit Photos while you what to use as a default is defined as pictures opens always the last library used when you start so it is available

• Photos that have used Photoshop actions cannot be downloaded or shared.

  I recently bought a few Photoshop actions online and use it to change my photos. The work of fine measures so that the edition and I am able to view the finished product once I've finished recording my image.  (I save in jpeg format).

  But now I am unable to download the photos who have used one of these actions (Facebook, Dropbox, email, etc.).  I'm not sure what to do. I'm saving it bad?  Does anyone know why something like this would happen?

  In your case you will very likely get extended licenses for images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to buy a new license for each Member who has access to use the weather picture they actually use it or not...

Yet, I have several questions that I can't find really good conclusive answers, I'd like to get an answer before buying LR. Please do not write maybe like this or that (assumptions), because I don't want to start my entire workflow and then realize that I have to change all around, please reply, if you know for sure that something works and you are, preferably, using this method too.

  Is the big question, where I want to especially a conclusive answer:  How to manage the photos Lightroom when using 2 computers, keeping all the changes made on one of them, using the same photos for editing. I'm not going to use DNG. Details: I mainly use my old MacBook Pro, but I wish I could use my PC as it is much better (card: i5 2500K, 16 GB of RAM, SSD, USB3, nVidia GTX 560 TI etc.). I have 2 external HD that I could use, one for backup and one for the actual Photos/changes. I you will probably need to use as my internal HDs are fairly complete and I cannot be the kind of things simply delete or move to one (developer, without loss of music, programs etc.).

  According to me, that it should be possible to work cross-platform without having to create a link to the files each time, or without having to keep export/import of the catalog, keeping the single catalog and the picture library on an external drive that is then switched between systems as needed.

  Obvious first requirement is an external drive that is formatted in a way (for example, FAT32) that it can be used on both platforms in read/write mode. Given that, if the catalogue AND folder parent si le catalogue ET le dossier parent images are both set to the same level in a global parent folder, then it should be possible to take advatage of ability of Lightroom to use relative paths instead of absolute paths to detect the images, no matter if the player is named (Mac) or lettering (PC). This is how "export as catalog of ' works, that is, it creates a 'package', alias a parent folder, containing the catalog and a replica of the folder hierarchy to exported along with the catalog images. Take this 'package' to another system (same OS or not) and "it works" even if the drive letter is different or the operating system is different... because the relative path of the image catalogue is always the same.

  I have not tested this cross-platform (if I have between various PC systems with letters of different readers) so for me it's still just a theory, but there may be others who have done this successfully.

  Select layer/new/layer and then return to create a new empty layer

• Use of keywords in files shared photos

  Suppose that, first off, that I assigned no keywords in most of the photos in my catalog. Also assume that I explicitly wrote these tags to the photo files. Now, I would like to be able to share files and tags key word with friends and family so that they can too easily access files in a specific location or including a particular person. Before you buy a copy of the PES 9 for each (an act of generosity, I can't afford), how I share the information about these photos in a way that is accessible to a person not dedicated, say, write the XSL or something just as thoroughly spooky mind?

  The answer probably depends on how you transfer pictures of the PSE on Flickr.

  There was once a Flickr uploader integrated post-secondary studies, if it still exists and if use you it, I guess tags would be transferred.

  The only thing you can see in the overlays on the thumbnails Photos is Favorites icon and title, as well as a few other insignia, as edited. There are no visible flag or a color label.

  You could do your cleaning duplicate in PowerPhotos, were you can view the metadata more under the thumbnails, for example of keywords.

  Or the titles of all the photos used in the albums of prefix of a unique prefix, you can see under the thumbnails. You would need a script that do.

  I have a question about how to recover the CLOB data.
  
  The requirement is something that there are about 20 + columns I need to recover around 5 tables joined in the select statement.
  Since the result set after that join will also duplicate values, I need to use the distinct keyword to filter the result set.
  But there is in the columns of 20 + 2 columns to CLOB data I need to recover.
  
  Whenever I have use SEPARATE, I'm ORA-00932: inconsistent data types: expected - received the CLOB error.
  
  I know that this DISTINCT keyword cannot be used for CLOB data types.
