After the update of Windows 10 birthday I have problems with my sound card. There are two sound cards listed by Device Manager. The first is "Conexant Audio of ISST" and the second "Intel High Definition Audio". I know not weather it was the case before the update. I just recognized it after the update when I had sound problems.

In any case, on a sound start works on the other boot it does not work. It seems that Windows chooses the sound card, every time when it starts. Sometimes it takes the bad sound card.

I tried to uninstall maps its and their resettlement. On the HP site, there is a driver for the Conexant map bot no driver for Intel High Definition Audio card. 10 Windows itself is not find a driver for this sound card. I also tried to reinstall the other drivers, chipset drivers for example. But unfortunately it did not help. I also tried to disable the Intel High Definition Audio, but also without success.

The B & play 0 appears in the control panel and list of icons. Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome! I think the problem you are having is your sound and headphones since the Windows 10 upgrade.

Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

Although you had already uploaded/updated new drivers, I would suggest trying to uninstall all the drivers of its current:
- Go to the Device Manager
- Click sound, video and game controllers
- Right-click on the audio driver
- Click on uninstall
- Restart your computer laptop twice
- Try the speakers
You can use the HP Support Assistant's drivers. Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updated for Windows 10.

Sorry for the late reply. I fixed it as follows. It was not enough to run the drop as an administrator, but to give administrator rights for all users (right-click the drop-> properties-> compatibility-> settings for all users-> check "Run as Administrator"). On another device, I also had to do the same thing with Photoshop itself to run the drop.

For current work, I disabled the need to accept any request of the administrator (search-> Type "UAC").

Guess that's the best temporary solution.

Customer CC does not open after the update/installation

I tried to upgrade to the latest version of the CC customer, but when I try to open it after installing it does not open and only told me (in German) "the program is not open.
Furthermore, I'm not able to open any other application such as bridge/Photoshop and Lightroom cloud without getting "Error 16".
I tried several steps to find the flaw, but for example, there is no log file to find an error; I tried to install with firewall/antivirus off but the same message popped up. I also changed the access privileges, but the result was the same.
I couldn't uninstall Adobe CC, because a message told me I still have other applications on my system.
I didn't uninstall my programs before consulting this forum - there you have an idea?
I'm on Mac.

I went back to 13.0.1 and disabled the automatic update. Before installing the 13, I blew some left behind registry entries. 13 installed and works very well. Maybe Mozilla can make some better tests in the future for new versions don't cause pain so much. A headache more like that and I'll just go back to IE.

No screen of the computer after the update of Windows 10 anniversary

I just got a new P50 with IPS 1920 x 1080 screen, Samsung 512 SSD nvme and graphs of M100M.

I noticed that after installation, its only Windows 10 worm 1511 (10586.545) instead of the last 1607 (14393.82), I have the new version works very well on my current W530 so I decieded to update, BIG MISTAKE.

So basically after the Lenovo logo update appears as usual and then it starts with windows, but there is no display on the laptop, I can see the HARD drive activity and the lights on the keyboard so I know that its still doesn't work. I decided to plug in an external monitor of DP mini and I could see my screen finally but nothing on the LCD screen.

Everyone knows this? You are looking for assistance.

file .psd not not opening after the update yesterday.

After update CC yesterday, I can't open my .psd files, I was working on that.
The loading bar gets here and then freezes. No amount of waiting does nothing, I have to close PS any ideas?

When you try to open an attachment, the bar downstairs quickly moves to the right, but never appears a dialog box asking if you want to open or save the file. Error message I get when I try to resolve it with the suggested steps indicates "module"wintrust.dll"was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005. I tried to do the same command prompt, but still not received the same error. Thanks for help anything.

Have you tried to download an attachment after you turn off your antivirus?

I had a problem in the past where the system was performed at Trend Micro Internet Security and Web content filtering (I think that's what it was called) was preventing attachments from download.

I would like to know what are your results!
