  I deleted my photoshop on accident how can I reinstal it? Ive been to the cloud and it is not only an update for it. When I tried to download it from the Web site, it sends me to the cloud where it does not appear... any ideas

  This happens when Ps app is removed not uninstalled. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

  Run the cleanup tool to remove Ps CC:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart the computer and then try to reinstall the Ps.

  I removed the trial of Photoshop by accident, and my computer will not download again... Is there a way I can still download this trial?

  This problem comes when the Ps app not uninstalled but deleted manually. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

  I recently installed 64 bit cs5 Master collection... On a brand new computer which is completely compatible with this version... But the photoshop started crashing on me. Usually after a crop and re-size... And I have to force quit...

  • Windows / Mac?
  • Can you post a crash report you will get after an accident?
  • And is it crashing / hanging - they are 2 very different things. Crash is the closure of Photoshop entirely with an error report. Hang is when it stops responding.

  I have a hunch that it's to do with your GPU settings. If you are on Windows, you can ensure that you have the latest version of the drivers for your video card?

  Your report will help us to diagnose this problem more in detail.

  The crash lost what was in the memory.

  The accident should have no effect on what you saved on the disc.  Sometimes the operating system caches files in memory and do not write them on the drive, and accidents can cause problems for those recently written files.

  And no, this isn't a problem known - and what is in the files that you have saved is all you have.  There is no way to recover files that are not saved.

  After this error message have been updated display drivers. Old adobe catalogs have been renamed as old. Adobe has started running. There appeared to be no more problems. I restarted my computer. The computer would not restart.  The error message there was something missing as NR...   I don't remember everything that was missing. I removed the portable drives then the computer restarted. Now Adobe software crashes again when I run in my catalog.  It seems adobe falls down when the catalog contains videos.  I checked the drivers and they appear all updates. Any ideas?  I noticed an update in January to managers for ntdll.dll by windows when I checked the windows updates to find changes.

  Please follow these steps:

  1. press SHIFT while launching Photoshop. It allows to disable 3rd party plugins.

  2. press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT when you launch photoshop. It resets the preferences.

  Another option: If the line is constantly appearing on a single color, you can add a layer of color solid of the same color, placed behind the model layer. Since the smoothing areas are actually transparent, colors appear through, hiding the line altogether.

  Better yet, double employment with the fill attribute in artificial intelligence (in the appearance Panel), move behind the pattern fill and fill it with a solid color. This color will be 'fill' anti-aliasing of the ground areas and eliminate unwanted lines.

• InDesign (and Photoshop) accident on the opening for a single user

  I just spent the weekend "fresh" install all my software and data to a new computer (MBP OSX 10.7.5). I CS5.5 Master Suite install disks.

  InDesign crashes on opening ONLY in my main account of 'standard' (let's call it "Rebecca"). I am forbidden by my University regularly * work * in admin mode, but my admin account ("Rebecca Admin") opens and saves files InDesign totally fine. I also have a 'standard' Test account in which InDesign works very well. I tried (many times, prescriptions and the means for each solution):

  1. remove the preference files (and caches files)

  2 remove files SING

  3. make my accout main the "owner" of the programs and their records.

  4. run the July Adobe fix mini updated icon (did not work), tried to do the same "manually" (where I replaced three previous files that Adobe updater inserted).

  Nothing has worked.

  Photoshop also works very well on my admin account and the 'standard' test account, but it says that I have insufficient permissions on my main account of Rebecca (although Rebecca is the "owner"). It closes after gives me about three boxes of monologue of information.

  I feel as if I've cleaned well internet and have not found a solution. All the ideas!

  I just spent 3 full days for the new computer at speed with the former (which I have to turn in), so 'mobile' for the test account is not a pleasant thought. I also really don't want to have to log in to another account just to use InDesign!

  For anyone with similar problems, here's what solved the problem (it was clearly a permissions problem):

  Type in the Terminal:

  CD/var/folders

  sudo rm - rf *.

• 3D Photoshop accident

  When I try to do ANYTHING 3D in Photoshop, it blocks it. It used to work fine, then I had the most up-to-date drivers for my graphics 3D in Photoshop doesn't work anymore... An error appears if I click on anything whether 3D associated and says «Photoshop has stopped working...» »
