  No, you should not remove installed Windows updates as they are supposed to be there on the computer. In this case, you get low disk space messages, try the following.

  I read up on the different methods of temporary corrections. This is the sound I made:

  -tried to open Photoshop CC with administrative rights

  -tried to change the default value of the 960 integrated GTX graphic card

  -tried to access Photoshop CC from a shortcut on the desktop

  -try searching for damaged memory or RAM

  -verification of updates of drivers tried

  -tried rolling back the drivers

  -tried reinstalling

  I tried various combinations, now I do it all the every time. Each time, I get varying results: sometimes the pitcher will make it to halfway through, the program opens a few seconds sometimes. Each time, a blue screen with the same error code. Nothing but KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

  The most recent series of BSOD occurred after the recent Photoshop CC update, a few days from when I had fixed using the shortcut on the desktop. At this point, I can just use technical support, but this is a last resort in order to understand what is happening.

  Its a known issue with Photoshop CC 2015, we suggest you try a workaround for now.

  Go to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2015 CC > find Sniffer.exe > move the file to the desktop

  Launch Photoshop and check if that helps.

  When I open IE8 to windows update page, I get the message 'Check if your computer has the latest version of windows update software for use with the site'... and then I get a pop up to install Microsoft Update.

  When I click on it the program ends by crashes.

  Don't believe everything you read in the newspapers or see on TV.

  Then, you must distinguish 'Windows Explorer' (file management tool) and "Internet Explorer" (web browser).  You cannot uninstall Windows Explorer.  It is an integral part of Windows.

  You can't really delete Internet Explorer either, although in recent versions of Windows, you can remove a lot of it.

  You probably think of this story of a discovery recently 'zero-day exploit' in Internet Explorer: http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_tense/2012/09/18/internet_explorer_zero_day_vulnerability_ie8_ie9_hack_means_you_should_switch_browsers_.html
  You can read about so-called bypass Microsoft here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/advisory/2757760 but they are so heavy that they are virtually worthless for the average user.

  If you are worried, I suggest the following:
  1. do not visit web sites that you don't know everything.
  2. make sure that your antivirus application is up-to-date.
  3. make sure that you have Microsoft Update set to automatically get updates (not just twice a week, although that normally, it's probably OK): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306525
  4 and probably first of all, rather than Finally, download and install another browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome.  If you use one of these browsers instead of Internet Explorer, there is no need to actually remove Internet Explorer (and you still need to use it to get Microsoft Updates).

  You can follow the steps below and check if it helps to delete the browsing history and feeds on indexing.

  from Internet Explorer, click Tools and then click Internet Options. On the content tab, in the AutoComplete section, click settings.

  b. in the AutoComplete Settings dialog box, uncheck the historic boxes of navigation and feed the completion options, you want to use.

  c. to clear web address history or AutoComplete, click the general tab. Under browsing history, click on delete. In the delete browsing history dialog, click the buttons clear forms and clear passwords.

  Restart the computer and check if its indexed.

  I saw that error and even if it says access denied it will actually save your changes.  After you disable all move forward and apply then restart and see if it kept the changes.  If it's not then I hope that you are able to borrow a disc it would in time look for resettlement.   I am running Vista/32 SP - 2.  2 updates fail - update security for Windows Vista (KB2598479) and updated security update Cumulative for Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista (KB2675157).  Downloaded and run Fix - It.  If the following message in the report - 'fix default locations of Windows Update does not work.  Wouldn't have known if I had not watched the details of reports since Fix - It said that everything had been fixed.  I tried to run Windows Update and Fix - It with the "run as Administrator".

  The suggestion of more optimistic that I see out there is reset the Windows Update components, but I have not been able to find out how to do this.
