• Photoshop on my server

  I am trying to automate the services I provide image editing. This is the configuration:

  1. my client sends their png/jpg images via a Web app/page on my server.

  2. I edit these images in Photoshop according to their specificities. I used to do it manually, but now I automate this with droplets.

  3. a server script returns a set of png/jpg images published to the user.

  Given that the process will be fully automated, I expect a high customer flow.

  This configuration requires a license of Photoshop by customer (would kill the company) OR a Photoshop license per server?

  I guess it's the last, since ever the user interacts directly with Photoshop (for example, they never see a psd file, they do not know how to operate PS) but I wanted to check before investing time and money.

  You describe a scenario where your customer accesses an automated process via a web site. This is considered to be a case of using server, because the Photoshop instance acts as a service to the web page.

  In the CS and earlier versions of! Photoshop, there was a restriction of explicit license against the examples of using Server! Photoshop. You can read the EULA CS6 here.   I don't have an example to make immediately available, and I expect that it will be the analysis or an output channel created manually or otherwise searching the DNS server connects.

  If your firewall blocks all outgoing DNS traffic except for DNS queries on the server (this is to avoid without entering the DNS server, register via VPN or other), you can turn on extra logging through the command line, and then check the DNS server logs.

  This configuration is probably more commonly implemented with either a network sniffer I look for DNS queries arriving at your server, or perhaps a web proxy server, as this proxy server gets you the customer information and the target host information, as it won't be all kinds of activities related to the web-is in the DNS for a typical client newspapers.

• 2012 caching server records

  We have several disks presented to a windows server 2012 machine via the fiber channel (two single hba).

  If disconnect the fiber, windows crashes on the discs and still the list all files/directories just won't let you open anything.  If you restart it is such that early.

  This doesn't help us with redundancy.  Is there a kind of function we can toggle or run anything to force windows to the collection of changes?

• Nik HDR Photoshop CC accidents on record

  Send those 3 files in LR 4.7 in PS CC running on a Mac (details below).  Do you have my HDR processing with the pro2 hdr efex fine plugin.  When clicking on 'save', PS hangs a little later.  It is repeatable.  He used to work properly several months back, so somewhere along the things of changed lines.

  To my surprise, NIK (aka. Google) has no forum users or support I can find to understand what is happening.  I'll give ulterior motive for any purchase of more than Google/Nik if no support is available.  On the FAQ of Google/Nik, they say that the updates are automatically applied such that I should run the latest version 2.2.20.

  When I try to raise efex pro2 on its own, I don't see options where I can import the files if I wanted to bypass PS

  You can re - install the plugin from Nik. Also, try the HDR Pro in Photoshop and save, just to make sure nothing goes haywire in Photoshop itself. Photshop IF, you could try a reset preference: Hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Opt + shift as you start Photoshop start. Select 'Yes' when asked if you want to continue with reset.

• Photoshop path removed when recording

  I had a problem with Photoshop CS6 and clipping recently railways, a problem that seems to happen randomly. In a shell nuts, who created a clipping path, saved the path and image (jpg) clipping path is deleted automatically. Of course I only noticed it when I import the image in to InDesign CS6 and then when you open the image in Photoshop clipping path disappeared completely.

  Like I said this does not occur with each image and I have worked with Photoshop for nearly 20 years so I know that is not a user error. Anyone else having similar problems?

  I can work around the problem, of course, by registering as a separate layer cutting or clipping mask, but I'd rather have a solution.

  Agreed. Photoshop certainly shouldn't delete these paths. The only thing I could suggest is to try to delete the file. Sometimes a corrupted file may cause a strange and unexpected behavior, and deleting it may cure the problem (sometimes). But before go you this route back up all your actions, brushes, auto, degraded, etc. or you will lose them!

• Photoshop CS6 crashes when recording

  Hi all.

  I recently bought a subscription to creative and put cloud updated for CS5 CS6.

  I had some difficulties with my initial installations of Photoshop and Illustrator, where they would be both cling very shortly after the opening. I thought I had solved the problem by creating a new user account on my machine with administrator permissions and by logging in as that user to run programs. Now the two programs will launch and Illustrator works fine, but Photoshop won't save.

  I am able to run Photoshop and do whatever I like, but as soon as I save the program crashes. It does not save him. It will take me by any relevant before saving, dialogues but then crashes. The Task Manager shows that Photoshop does not. The only way out is to kill the program in the Task Manager. Happens with both orders save and save money, and it doesn't seem to matter where I save the file. Is interesting, except for the Web works fine.

  This isn't Photoshop crash report. It is a report of Windows. You see if you can retrieve an Adobe Photoshop crash report itself?

  I feel that one or more of your system fonts are corrupt.

  Can you verify the integrity of your fonts and delete / remove corrupt fonts and see if that makes a difference?

  CN = Directory Manager is a special user who is not anywhere on your SAID. In addition, when you create the instance, the suffix is not created automatically, so you can not create a user admin under a suffix that does not yet exist, even if you just have an account separate administrator who just happened to have a similar name as the Directory Manager.
  The tree root entry ADS is cn = dscc for all your DSCC admin users are by default created under cn = administrators, cn = dscc

  Hello! I can't convert my images in jpeg format. After I do the conversion, I click on the jpeg format select "process several files.   It gives me an error reading that says essentially the following:

  File: "C:\Users\Dacanay\Desktop\Test Shots\Autumn in the new York\Autumn in new York001.tif.

  Error: Parameters for the command 'Save' is not currently in effect. (- 25923)

  I was hoping that someone could help me in what I can do wrong.

  Tiff files are probably 16 bits/channel and items needs them to be 8 bits/channel when you use the process of multiple files

  in order to save them in JPEG format.

  Are these files you saved hair after use of camera raw?
