  Please let us know the version of Photoshop, you use because you must have the latest version of Photoshop CC 2015 for Camera Raw 9.2.

  If in case you don't have the latest version of Photoshop, you can use the Standalone DNG Converter to convert raw images to DNG and use in an existing version of Photoshop.

  Hello - I need to set-up photoshop cs5.1 on a new computer.  I disabled it on the old computer.  I have the disks to put on the new computer.  But is it possible that I can keep my preferences/settings/profiles that I put in place on the old computer?  How can I transfer them to my new computer? Photoshop retains them in particular files or folders I can transfer?  Any help would be greatly appreciated

  I bought Photoshop CS6 extended CD (student and teacher edition) for mac and was appointed to go to: students and teachers edition order fulfillment of | EMEA, APAC to check my eligibility of students.

  Saturday, I took the form to Customer Support and portal of education said to download the software in trial mode until a serial number from Adobe.

  Unfortunately until now I still can not download software, although there is no blocker and the firewall is disabled. The process is always quite unusual with the words missing orders as shown below.

  I really need to use the software as soon as possible, as I have final assignments due next week. Please advice me on this subject, thank you.

  My best guess is that you are faced with one or the other police or post the question at this stage.  Having any other unexpected behavior on the computer?

  Because the start did not work, then it is likely a system font is damaged.  You can review all the documents and backup settings and perform a new installation of the operating system.

  Hi kietua,

  Please check your firewall or proxy if active settings behind your network. Also to disable your anti virus if turnned on. You can check the file hosts at the bottom of the location. Rename the hosts file if find you all the entries for Adobe.

  Location of the hosts file:

  WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

  MAC: Go > go to folder > type/etc
