Photoshop Elements in creative cloud subscription?

Last year, I bought a subscription to creative cloud. I recently started a class where the Professor recommended me Photoshop elements. In fact, this could be considered "Photoshop Light". Is it somehow possible to get this product, as part of my creative cloud subscription? On the Adobe website, it seems that I have to buy it separately for about 100 euros. This seems a little strange, because it has basically a subset of the functionality of Photoshop, I already pay for.

Photoshop Elements is not available to the members of cloud, since you already have access to the full version of Photoshop.

You can always download the demo version and run it for free for 30 days. If you like it, you buy it.

As you no doubt, despite the similarities and the fact that they are two image editors, Elements is a completely different tool for Photoshop.
