  The above message, this is what I get when I try to buy my product code for a serial number. I bought a wacom tablet Intuos Pro that came with a free subscription to Photoshop, but I cannot access the product and just get the same error message.  I have "pussy" with 7 different customer service agents, tried 3 different browsers (chrome, IE, safari) and still no joy.  Originally customer service agents me just wait 2-3 hours and the problem will be solved, then 24 hours and now 3 days - anypne else encounter this problem?  Any ideas on how to fix it?

  I just replaced my 9.5 Raw camera with Camera Raw 9.4, from this page:

  PS. along the way, I installed Camera Raw 8.3 (manual drag-and - déposer), in response to advice on a pretty old thread, and that worked as well.

    I recently upgraded to Photoshop cc (2015) and Windows 10.  Now I get error messages - "the extension of com.adobe.preview.loader could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

    When I try to open a dng file, it comes up with "could not complete your request because it is not the right type of doc.  Now I have "expansion of libraries could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The program worked perfectly in the past.

    I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem.  It was difficult.

    I want to disable my copy of Photoshop CS5, so I can activate it on my new computer.  However, I get the error message "Please connect to" internet when I try to turn it off.  My internet connection works perfectly well; I can access various websites without problem.  I tried on two different wifi networks, but also an ethernet connection and gave the same error each time.  I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop; all the networks of the internet was provided by Comcast.  Someone else that was at issue and have a solution?

    If your goal is to get the installed updated version you need not to install the previous version.  When you go to activate the upgrade it will ask you to provide the serial number of the version previous qualification.

    If your discs continue to be a problem you can try to download the installation files instead.

    I have an iMac 2010 El Capitan running.  Photoshop and Illustrator have updated without problem on my MacBook Pro, but refuse to update on the iMac.

    I get the error message 49. The firewall is configured to allow access of CreativeCloud and there is no antivirus is causing a problem.  I took the steps recommended in the help file for the number 49, without success. Any ideas please?

    The solution is simple, it turns out that. I restarted my computer. Huh.
