  I try to install the first 13 of 10 Windows (ASUS laptop) and am getting this error installation. I checked and am using the 64 bit version. I also tried the 32 bit version for a laugh and that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

  So I recently bought Adobe Photoshop/Premiere elements 13 and read that I can install this on a total of two aircraft, two windows, two mac or everyone. I understand that, but my question is, if I had to uninstall my adobe one of these computers, I could install adobe on another computer?

  With the restriction of two devices, I know that I can't currently install Adobe on computer C.

  Activation is by sign-in. At any time, you can go to the Help menu and choose Disconnect. So you can keep the software installed on all computers of three (or more), until only two are connected.

  I put the Premiere Elements to open the editor of film when I click on the shortcut, and nothing happens.  Should I uninstall and reinstall on Windows 7?

• CS6 exporter Plugin does not open premiere elements 11 (Windows)

  I want to make my exporter (Windows) - compatible with 11 elements of first plugin.

  So far, I've got my exporter plugin in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Media Encoder CS6 and the plugin it runs correctly.

  I then followed the indications for execution of Premeire CS6 to create an export preset (*.epr) file.  I copied copied this file exported *.epr to 'OTHERS/MyCompany/MyPreset.epr' in my first [App installation folder] 11.  (As well as the copy of the plugin-binary *.prm to Plug-ins/common

  In the tab < Publish: share > when I use the mouse to select 'OTHER', I get an error dialog box:

  "Premiere Elements has encountered an error.

  [..-.. \Src\Exporter_Accessors.cpp-213] "[Continue]

  After I click on continue, I do not get the dialog box to my plugin-exporter.  In the tab < Publish: share >, I now see the triangle warning and text next to it: "export invalid parameters."

  Premiere Elements team notes that first elements 11 is based on the version of MediaCore CS5.5.  So, using the SDK CS5.5 is probably the best way to build plug-ins to specifically target the Prem El 11.

  When you have an option, that you want to install 64-bit programs when you have a 64-bit operating system.

  Go to c:\Program Files\Adobe to see what adobe 64-bit programs are installed.

  to see what 32-bit programs are installed, check

  c:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe

  some adobe applications install program a 64 bit and 32 bit on 64 bit systems.

  For specific questions about the use, ask in the ESP / EPP forums. If the disc cannot be ejected, it means that it is still used by some process which, in turn, could mean that your installation not finished never well. Restart the system and try again then.

  I just bought the first 14 elements download. But after the purchase I can only see the Windows software. And I'm a mac user. When the 14 version would be specific to both platforms. What should I do now?

  The Mac is, of course, another download and separate purchase.

  If you want the Mac version, I would recommend you contact Adobe customer service and explain the situation. They will probably pay off your Windows version and make arrangements for your purchase of the Mac version.

  When you buy the license, it can be used on 2 macines.

  If you want to use it on a machine 3rd you can disable the product

  by clicking Help > deactivate.
