• Firefox does not open more than one window, only opens new tabs. Firefox does not open in safe mode.

  Firefox does not open more than one window at a time, and then opens only new tabs. When asked to open the link in a new window - nothing happens, no error message or the page appears. Otherwise, it works great, but no new firefox window cannot be opened menu or the mouse. I tried to reinstall firefox several times, which did not help.

• folder on the external drive does not open in a new window

  on iMac OS 10.10.5, when I open a folder (by double-clicking) on an external drive, the folder does not open in a new window, but in a window that replaces the window that was opened.  I looked for a system setting that controls this (in system PREF), but I couldn't find anything useful.

  If you control - click the folder there is an option to open in a new tab. I don't know of anyway to set up in system preferences.

  I intalled PS CS6 yesterday to see that Btidge does not open. I have looked for answers since then and have not yet found any. I reinstalled just to see if it would make a difference, but it didn't. I'm currently under Windows 7 64-bit.   Thank you mjw5997 for sending me the dmp file! We checked and found that it is a bug in code Brige.

  This launch issue occurs when you install Bridge CS6 on a machine with installed CS2 bridge.

  We can repair, but I don't know when the fix can be published. [Currently we have workaround: create an empty folder in C:\Users\[your username] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\.

• Compiled executable does not open in a larger window

  I have attached a jpg showing the VI properties that relate to the size of the window.  Despite the fact that I indicated in Run - Time Position - Position: maximized.  The compiled executable will not open in a maximized window.

  Still unknown, if I take the shortcut to the program and change its properties (on the target machine) open it is enlarged, it still does not maximized.

  I had this problem with each executable compiled for a few years using the LabVIEW 8 versions, 2010, 2011 and currently 2011 SP1.  The build machine and the target machine are Windows XP.

  Y at - it an explanation for this behavior?  Some way to fix this?

  Unless you have a specific reason not to, you can set the properties of execution Run vi when Opened and which should maximize the window.

  I have a Photosmart 6280 all in one and once the software is installed, the program will not open. Was on the phone with a guy from HP for an hour and he couldn't help. Time to work with Win 7. Anyone has any ideas. Done an uninstall and still does not. I like Win 7, but sure would like to get my printer working.

  I've updated to the latest Lightroom (2015.5) and Photoshop CC (2015.1.2) this morning which was a bad idea! My action of export on several raw files open only one file at a time in Photoshop!

  I have a simple html document with links to all the value _blank .pdf documents but only opens in a new window.  Others open as _self.  Change the target does not seem to make a difference.

  It is preferable to share a link to the offending page, so that we can see the code, simple errors as a lack of "or = can cause what you describe.

  However since you work with PDF files there may not be anything technically wrong with your code.

  Files PDF is a multimedia file that is managed in a number of different ways depending on the settings of the user's browser and plugin installations. What gives the target = "_blank" on a PDF link can open a new blank page and the PDF opens in Acrobat instead. There is no way to force a PDF file to load in the browser, this is a user setting we as developers have zero access to.

  When printing to our office, we often print on several printers, not just the default printer.   I created a website with a flash menu on each page. I use code getUrl to target each page but I can't seem to get the pages to open in the same window. If I use "_new" or "_blank" pages open in a new window as they should, but if I use "_self" or "_top" nothing happens.
