  I see that when you scan using the Photosmart 3110, the Mac software will freeze. I would like to see if I can help solve this problem.

  I suggest to uninstall the printer software and install again on the computer. To do this, follow the steps below.

  • Open Applications on the computer, go to HP and then double-click HP uninstaller
  • Click on continue or next until it shows a button "Uninstall" in the lower right corner. Hold the three buttons to the left of the space bar, Option, command & control and then click on uninstall
  • When the installer has finished, find and install the updates on Mac (Apple icon, then software updates)
  • Restart the computer, download and install the software using this: software HP Photosmart full feature and drivers - Mac OS X v10.6
  • Try scanning

  Let me know if this solves the problem of scanning.

  It seems that other users have found a way to completely reset the printer back to the default settings, which can help with this question.

  The reset is discussed in this forum thread and seems to be a bit difficult to fill. Let me know if it helps to solve your problem.

  I've been printing with success of my Pro Surface using my printer HP Photosmart 7525 for a few months.   However out of the blue I got a message when I click on the printer that the printer is in a State of error... that's all.   I went to the HP website and print successfully a step printer HP Network Config report. Page and test wireless report.   No problems here... all printed.   Also made the deactivation/activation of printer etc..   Any suggestions?   Thank you!

  I need to write a statement of up to DATE using the date of business rule. In general, the due date is 30 days from the date of payment. If the due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday then the term of the loan is 32 days.
  I know that to test a day of week, I would need to use the function to_char in Oracle with the format of a '. I did some research and found that to test what the week falls on November 12, 2007, I would need to use the expression to_char('12-NOV-2007','D'). This function returns a number between 1 and 7. 1 represents Sunday, 2 Monday,..., 7 Saturday.
  
  What I really would need to do, is to write a single UPDATE statement using an expression with the Decode function and to_Char function:
  UPDATE book_trans SET due_dte = expression
  
  These are operations that will need to be updated:
  ISBN 0-07-225790-3 retrieved on November 15, 2007 per employee 101 (book_trans_id = 1)
  ISBN 0-07-225790-3 retrieved on November 12, 2007 by employee 151 (book_trans_id = 2)

  We had a power failure and the printer all blinking like a Christmas tree.  I had to pull the plug to turn it off.  On the left it goes off for a few days and turned it back and this B0495B24 message appears and I can't get rid of him.

  You will need to Contact HP and request a Reset of regionalization.  You will need to have access to your printer and the computer while communicating with HP and will need a set of cartridges region Japan.  As far as I know, should not be a charge for this, but you may have to ask to speak to a Manager as only a limited number of agents was formed in the regionalization reset procedure.

• HP c309n-s does not start; It is in a constant "initializing" State.

  This has been a recurring problem for many months, maybe a year.  But now the printer seems to be stuck permanently in the "initializing" State  I turned the printer market and disconnected several times.  I unplugged the days and I left in the State initialization for days.  I got it as a USB printer to a Windows XP pc, and now as a stand-alone.  It is autonomous and the problem seems permanent.
