Photosmart Premium C310a printing blank Pages

I have a printer Photosmart Premium C310a that I already returned a printer to the store for this same problem. After that initial set-up of the printer was working fine (not to mention that the white lines printed in the photos, but I could deal with it). As I said, I returned the first because I couldn't get the printer to print anything. Would make sounds as it was printing, but then spit on a blank page, no matter how, I have printed or copied. I changed the ink in new ink and still no luck. When I tried to align the cartridges he caught around for a while and then he said "alignment failed". So I took the product back and it replaced. Got a new and same exact situation happened. Installed and worked great... Using the same ink that wasn't on the previous printer... Now, two days later only puts on white paper... Help, please.

    As soon as the printer turns on, it prints blank pages and does not stop until you cancel on the printer. After 30 seconds or more, it starts to do the same thing again until you cancel print.  nothing appears on the computer that is waiting for printing or printing.  the printer is connected to the computer via usb.     What operating system and version do you have? Mac or Windows?

    If you have a Windows operating system, start printing HP and doctor Scan. Printing HP and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly solve common printing, scanning and connectivity problems, including but not limited to:

    • Connectivity:

      USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

      Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working properly.

    • Device Status Test: checks the errors of the device, such as paper, paper jams, stands transport and paper issues and provides instructions to resolve the error.

    • Driver: checks the driver missing or corrupt files.

    • Device Manager: check the problems in Device Manager that could prevent printing.

    • Device online: check if the product has been suspended or put in offline and then sets the State back in line if necessary.

    • Print queue: checks and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a newspaper for printing waiting to print).

    • Port Match: check the port settings for the HP product.

    • Device conflicts: check the conflicts with other drivers, such as the other brands of printers.

    • Ink issues: check the cartridges and the ink levels for issues that affect the print quality.

    • Print settings: check and adjust the print quality settings.

    • Test print: print a test page for the assessment of the print quality and provides options for cleaning and if necessary print head alignment.

    • Scan tests: check the scanning mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

    If this does not resolve the problem, after back and let me know if there are all the symbols except the Green checkmarks and what they are next of course. The key is not always easy to identify the key and check mart are in the green circle.

    • If you see only the Green checkmarks (), the tool did not find any problem.

    • If you see green sides (), the utility identified a problem and fix it automatically.

    • If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and requires monitoring of the user, but the step was ignored.

    You may need to replace the cartridge, even if it is not empty. Most likely, this will fix the problem. Here is a document you can quickly read in 5 minutes of HP to explain why this is probably the question and you may need to replace a cartridge even if it is not empty. Why a cartridge should be ignored when it still contains ink?

    Printing is very bad.  Do you have the clean & align but no help.  Load a new cartridge (bye-bye $20).  No help.  Printer has a problem for 2 years.  Go to amazon.com to find the replacement printer no HP.

    Yes, I tried several of these Solutions last night, but the window display of the printer kept showing me that she had no alignment.

    Finally this afternoon when I used the Toolbox to align the print heads once again, a Test Page printing came out fine.

    There are approximately 603 Pages printed since I bought 22 months ago.

    My Photosmart Premium C310a printer print is darker.  The following information may be useful:

    • Product number: CN503A, model number C310a
    • Two PC printer: we're a Windows 8.1 operating system (64-bit) and the other is a Windows 7

    So far, I conducted the following remediation efforts:

    • Replace the ink cartridge
    • Used HP support assistance to try to clean the printer and align the printer.  Alignment failed.
    • Replace the print head with a refurbished HP printhead.  (This also includes cleaning the area specified in the replacement instructions).
    • The printer still does not print in black.
    • Tried to align the print head.  He failed.

    Any suggestions?  The printer is no longer guaranteed.

  • Windows 7 32 bit can not find the driver for printer Photosmart Premium C310a

    I recently had an update to the product directly on my printer Photosmart Premium C310a on Internet.  However, this then to Windows 7 (32 bit) to search for a driver for the printer but it could not find a.  If I click on devices and printers, it shows my device from the computer as requiring troubleshooting.  When I click on troubleshooting it signals that "Driver for Photosmart Prem 310 is not installed.  Install the latest version of the driver.  When I applied the fix, it indicates that the driver is not found.

    I tried to download the latest driver on the website of HP in various ways, finally to uninstall all HP software displayed in the Panel and then removing all the HP files remaining on my laptop.  I then ran PC Tools Registry Mechanic, disabled my anti-virus, restarted the computer software and reinstalled the complete C310a software on the HP site.  It ended without any problem, and after adding the printer to my list of printer, it is printed on a perfect test page.  However, Device Manager always reports the C310a driver is missing, but it cannot find a copy when it finds one.

    How can I convince the device manager that everything is going well (apparently)?

    apeace, I recommend you do as you did, uninstall the printer under programs and features but also by ensuring that this printer he is removed from the Manager of peripherals and devices and printers.     Looks like there is something wrong with the print on your Mac driver. To resolve this problem, we will need refresh your printing system and re - add the printer driver.

    Reset the printing system:

    To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the site opens, follow the steps under"Reset printing in OS X Lion system" because the steps are the same for Mac OS X 10.10. This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them po do add not your HP Photosmart back in right now.

    Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

    Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

    1. Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications
    2. Go to the Utilities folder
    3. Open disk utility
    4. Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)
    5. Select verify disk permissions
    6. Once this process is complete, select repair disk permissions

    Add device:
    1. click on the menu of Apple , then Preferences System.

    2. click on print and scan and then check if the name of your printer appears in the printer list.

    3. click on the name of your printer, click the sign minus (), then remove the printer.

    4. click on the plus sign (), click Add a printer or a Scanner, click the name of your printer.

    5. click on the area of use or with the help of Print and then select the name of your printer on the shortcut menu. Ensure that the driver of the HP Photosmart camera is selected.

    6. click Add to add the printer to the list. Do not add the AirPrint driver.

    Printer was working fine.  Had to change the cartridge. First of all, I didn't have black and now I don't have much color either.  The printer says I had no real HP though now it shows that I do. I never bought my cartridges anywhere but the staples.  Printing October 2012 have changed many cartridges before you buy.  Followed everything I could find.  Still not printing.

    If the problem persists, perform a power reset. A alphanumeric Code (example: ' 0 x 'r' C2...) ") displays on the front panel when printing. Do not take into account the title.

    This model has a permanent print head, this video shows you how to access the print head, so you can manually clean the printer and soak the printhead, it's my own personal recommendation, not one of HPs, is to use the solution proposed in the following videos.  I suggest only doing this if the printer is out of warranty.

    Once you get to the clock at 3:20 minutes, you can stop this video.

    Hello, I got the printer above for about 4 years with no problems. He suddenly started printing blank pages. I went through all the cleaning cycles, alignment etc., but without success. I bought a new genuine HP print head and installed new cartridges and still once, it prints blank pages. The message I get is that alignment process has failed. Does this mean the printer is down and I'll have to buy a new one, or can you suggest a solution? I went through all the steps suggested for this type of printer on your forum, but I still get blank pages. It is a disaster for me and my wife whose work depends on the network printer.     Given you have changed the print head and the problem persists, according to me, maybe it's time to consider a replacement printer.

    Alignment is a failure because the printer does not black. If you have followed all the steps in the following document, it might be time to give us a call to weigh your replacement options: HP Photosmart Plus B210 printer - color or black ink not print.

    If I remember correctly, there are two black cartridges in your printer, the smallest with the symbol looks like two triangle pointing together, is the photo black ink, it is only used for printing photos. The greatest with the symbol of the Pentagon is ink black text. If the printer reports that non-empty black ink, but do not print text black (after 'cleaning print head'), there could be only two things, I'm afraid:
    1. the black printhead is dead and need replaced. or
    2. the passage of the ink cartridge to the print head does not, it will take a professional service (repair).
