  Hi all

  I get the error of false unit test "ShimNotSupportedException" below. I use Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 1, I also tried to update the 2 but no luck from the moment. I did research and seen in msdn post (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh549176.aspx) Shim is still supported by company 2015 VS.

• Illustrator 2015.3 update

  Hello, I have a problem since the last Illustrator 2015.3 update.

  It does not open a pop up and tells me: "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll."

  The problem is that since yesterday all day I try to instaler Visual C ++ Studio 2015, but I do on my computer insatller according to another pop - up!

  What should do?

• Export since the 2015.6 update questions

  Since the 2015.6 update I'm having issues export pictures to web sites. Export to the hard drive seems to work without problems. Export to Meetup and Facebook blew up after a few images. Have not yet tried SmugMug. Seems to have started after the 2015.6 update. The error message for Meetup is one of their site. If I export on my hard drive first, and then up to Meetup there no problem. Same goes for Facebook. I updated plugins for sites with no improvement.

  Anyone else see this problem? Any entry form Adobe?

  I was about to put a bow on my text in photoshop to realize he was missing. It's in the previous version of the cc than 2015, but this 2015.5 update is gone. He did not move, or is this a bug?

  Thank you guys for the quick responses, I actually knew where he was, but he wasn't there. I just restarted the program and it appeared as if by magic. Laughing out loud.

  This update is only for Mac OS X and is not available for Windows, because the bug with the RED files does not occur under Windows. The most recent update for After Effects on Windows is after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1).

  It's just when uninstall creative cloud.

  First time here. I was working on a poster in Illustrator (2014 cc version). Downloaded 2015 Illustrator update. Now, when I open the file, the type and a few grainy shapes. What the devil?

• The mouse scrolling erratic on Win7 SP2 after August 2015 Windows Update

  Installed a Windows Update (KB # unknown) description something like "(mise à jour pour Microsoft Mice, claviers, etc.) in mid-late August 2015, and now MS Mouse scrolling is very erratic on Chrome and IE11."  Impossible to find in the updates installed to uninstall the update.   Win7 SP2 64 bit, Windows updates current, Windows comfort wireless 5000 mouse.

  Also the experience of MSE problem with comprehensive analyses no finished, reported and documented by multiple users, supposedly awaiting MS fix.

  Any ideas?  Thank you for any information.

• 2015.7 update freezes on the new catalog

  Someone at - it issues w the new update 2015.7 and Lightroom is not able to create a new catalog?  Kill my business slowly with a beach of rotation ball.

  No problem here using Windows 7 SP1. Creates a new catalog in less than 3 seconds, once I typed in a name.

  The rotation range ball is a thing of Mac, saying that the system is busy. Look at what else starts with the OS and what is now running on your Mac.

• Keyframes lost with the new 2015.4 update

  I've just updated to 2015.4, build 10.4.0 (30)... I work with the original 4K 30 p on a 1080 p/30 timeline material.  I placed several keyframes in a particular shooting and non of them appear in my effect control window.  Basically I'm cropping a 4K shot after a harvester.  Here is a screenshot of my window controls in effect on a clip that has 4 key frames.  Does not show my chronological marker, nor do all my KeyFrames and function so I can change auto Bezier or whatever.

  Am I missing something really simple here?  Or is there a problem with this version.

• 2015.3 updated, will not display an overview of all

  I've updated after effects 2015.3 and now AE will create no RAM Preview at all. All I get is the message saying there are at least 2 frames cached. I'm running Windows 7 Pro with 128 GB of RAM, (12 attributed to other applications) and 200 GB of Disk Cache space on a separate DSS. Cache is empty. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

  initialization of the media is usually the firewall/antivirus - try disabling both. and also 3rd party plugins. Maybe through this troubleshooting could fix yours:

• After the first 2015.3 update will not start

  It's pretty weird. Adobe Upadater shows me that he updated for first 2015.3. When I look for the program folder, the folder name is 2015.3 as well. When I run the application, the start screen displays 2015.4. Then the splash screen disappears and nothing happens.

  Does anyone know how to solve the problem of not first start?

  Several times my download update status above 3% and finally stops with an error indicating that the download may never corrupt - error 117.

  I tried restart the mac, signing off CC, as well as still after, reset my router and the limited access repair tool execution. Don't know what else to do apart from making a reinstallation is complete.

  Tried to update with another network (my mobile access point).  Installation was successful.
  It would seem that through my personal ADSL router, I was not able to properly access the Adobe server.

  A simple but not obvious solution.

  DELETE LUMETRI LOOK in this "UPDATE" is a big problem for me.   My Windows C path > Program files > Adobe > Adobe SpeedGrade CC 2015 > look at examples > Style

  I LOOK to copy and paste into Premiere Pro 2015.3 (same path from beginning) PP 2015.3 > Lumetri > look > Legacy

  I try to install Lumetri tyhrough first look > Creative > look > drop-down menu - and do not see, so I ' use 'Browse' and guide me down the same path > select

  don't know if this is the correct method, but give it a try
