Pilot IntelliPoint 8 for Mac: uninstall possible?

How the world to uninstall version 8 of this driver for Mac?  I read somewhere here "it's a Mac problem", but it is not quite correct.  When the Mac developers create a program or a driver, they include a way to uninstall it.  I tried everything I could think of, obtained the help of Apple Discussions, and tried all those who have helped could think, but no dice.  The installer of Microsoft wrote something in some hidden place that simply cannot be found.

The point of this exercise, it is that I have the mouse: Microsoft Intellimouse explore USB 3.0 and you want a mouse driver that allows me to assign the Option key to a mouse button click (Option-click).  For some unknown reason, Microsoft has removed this feature.  I must have installed version 7.1 of the pilot on my previous Mac, because it worked, and it does not work.  And I can't get rid of it!  The installation program "think" I have the most recent version and therefore does not have an installation of the earlier version.  I've been to this day.  If I look bored, it's because I am.  Please excuse my temperament.

Hello Grenegade,

1. What are the steps that you tried to remove the drivers?

My research, I find that the options are to drag the material in the trash. You can search for items associated with the driver manually and trashing them.

You can also view the article that talks about how do to remove the IntelliPoint for the Macintosh software:
