SysData.XML WD-20160622 - 0117.dmp WERInternalMetadata.xml

So I have a problem when I try to put files (images and songs) on my external hard drive or mp3 player, it says that windows Explorer has stopped working, I get not the blue screen of death, but disappear everything on my desk for a second, then everything back.

And when I checked I got the error in the title with the "it could be a virus be careful opening... blabla..."

I haven't changed anything recently on my computer, at first, I just thought it was my mp3 player which was perhaps the issue until today I tried to move the image to my external hard drive.

I am running a virus scan, but I'm sure it will be negative, I almost never download the substance, except games on steam.

No idea what it could be or how I could fix it?

Hi, thanks for the answer, so I actually went for 10 Windows and the problem disappeared, I did try before only a few things, but only got my mps3 player/usb keys to work, not my external hard drive that I could not open this one as a mobile device, so that I could with others But anyway, Windows 10 seems to work so far, I've been able to transfer files without problem on all my devices, thank you for your time. = 3

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)
To allow us to help you with symptoms BSOD on your computer, download the contents of your folder "\Windows\Minidump".
    The procedure:
    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another location (temporary) somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy (compress)
    * Please download to a service like Skydrive or "Rapidshare" to share files and put a link to them in your answer.

To ensure the minidumps are enabled:
    * Click Start, in the search box, type: sysdm.cpl, press ENTER.
    * On the Advanced tab, click Startup and recovery... Settings button.
    * Make sure that automatically restart is unchecked.
    * Under the writing debugging information header, select image partial memory (256 KB) in the list box drop-down (varies from 256kb).
    * Ensure to that small Dump Directory is listed as % systemroot%\Minidump.

  • The computer crashes: something to do with the minidump and sysdata.xml?

My computer broke down twice now and restart an error message pops up saying "your computer has recovered from a serious error". It is said that two files in the error report will be sent to microsoft. the first complete mini103106 - 01.dmp and the second sysdata.xml

I could find these files and delete them but have no idea if this would solve the problem and do not want to do the wrong thing...

    Hello

Not easy to say why this is happening, but for me it s definitely something wrong with the software.
Well, in this case we can only speculate. You know, it s Microsoft Windows and sometimes things happens without any reason :(

I have heard from probably the system restore function could be corrupted and no have deleted the folder with the minidump and disabled the system restore feature in the control panel-> system.

But in my opinion, the system restore function is important and necessary if you want to restore the operating system to the beginning.
That's why I put t recommend disabling this feature.

  • Grandma needs help problem "sysdata.xml.

I bought a computer about 18 months ago that started unexpectedly quit after 12 months. No error message. I went back to the provider that did not cause after replacing the power supply and move the surge protection. He replaces computer and transfer data via Acronis. Stops kept happening, but now I get the message that Microsoft has deceted a problem and restarts the computer. When I look into the details, I see whenever there is the same message but with different sysdata.xml figures for example WER-96377-0. I sent this to the supplier who ignores me currently. I ran a scan of Malware and a sweep of CCleaner. I tried to find the file, but it is not visible. I googled the file details and see that this is one problem with others. I have no hope of understanding or to fix this problem myself. What I want to know is it something I should continue with the technician who sold me this nightmare? Why this is happening? Is it her fault or mine? I'm really lost here, oh and frustrated too, I could really do with some advice on how to proceed.

    Thanks in advance.

    You are welcome.

Quite often blue screen errors are caused by a faulty driver. The pilot could be a hardware or software driver.

Blue screen sometimes errors are caused by defective hardware.

By looking at the files minidump would give an indication of what (s) or material may have caused the accident.

If the person tries to solve the problem has a background in troubleshooting blue screen error then there is a good chance that he or she can decide the issue.

If the problem is software it might follow you for Windows 10 so it's best to try so to resolve this matter before the upgrade.

Obviously if the problem is hardware problem would be independent of the operating system.

If you have a new computer the problem would follow you if the problem was software and that you have installed the same software on the new computer.

I don't know what could be the cause that I have not made major adjustments to my computer recently.  Any ideas?
These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Please run this test to find out which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

Registry cleaning programs are all snake oil. Cleaning of the
registration is not necessary and is dangerous. Let alone register and
do not use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and
What software record cleaning suppliers are trying to convince you,
have unused registry entries is not really make you hurt.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner by mistake
delete an entry you need is much greater than any potential benefit
    It can have.

    Read
    http://www.howtogeek.com/171633/why-using-a-registry-cleaner-wont-speed-up-your-PC-or-fix-crashes/
    and also
    http://blogs.technet.com/markrussinovich/Archive/2005/10/02/registry-junk-a-Windows-fact-of-life.aspx

You can also read the section on the registry of CCleaner
    Here cleaning product:
    http://www.howtogeek.com/113382/how-to-use-CCleaner-like-a-Pro-9-tips-tricks/

Let me stress that neither me nor anyone else who warns the
use of registry cleaners never said that they always cause
problems. If they have always caused problems, they would disappear from
the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry
cleaner and never had a problem with it.

The problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it
the risk of a significant problem. And since there is no
benefits of using a registry cleaner, running that risk is a very bad
    good deal.

  • Blue error screen - C:\Users\Thomas Family\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-59546-0.sysdata.xml__

How can I get rid of this error on blue screen

    C:\Users\Thomas Family\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-59546-0.sysdata.xml

    Hello

When exactly do you get the blue screen error?

Check the error logs in the event viewer and post the logs here so that we can know exactly what is causing the problem.

Event Viewer is a tool that displays detailed information about the events important (for example, programs that do not start as expected or updates are downloaded automatically)
on your computer. The event viewer can be useful when troubleshooting problems and errors with Windows and other programs.

    For more information, see:
What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)?

Try using check disk utility to repair bad sectors on your hard drive.
    a. click on start
    b. type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD-> click 'run as administrator '.
    c. at the command prompt, type: chkdsk /r

When you restart your system, your computer will be scanned for errors and will try to correct them.

Note: When running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.
