  Correctly, it's... kind of weird, I use my computer and the monitor for a year or 2 now and don't never had real problems. The thing is that when I got home last night I found my black screen and standby mode (as if the computer was turned off (which it wasn't)). It works as a secondary screen, but I can't get the context in which to work. (finding that I'm guessing that this problem is not related to my normal computer, but I'm not sure).

  I am running vista and got a nvidia 8800GT graphics card. Also, I noticed something that is at any time using both the hdmi cable on the graphics card or using the socket with the internal chipset of my computer makes no difference. in both cases, I get "no signal" and the screen goes to sleep... Is there someone who can help me and tell me what probably is the problem here? I'm really looking forward to the answers, thank you very much for your time and effort.

  If you are comfortable, then try to remove the CPU cover and check if the graphics card is well connected to the motherboard. Even if it is connected correctly, you can try to reconnect the graphics card and check.

Installation hung at 84% for 2 hours, then restarted, was unable to recover the installation and then could not get back to Win 7.   May be the remains of malicious programs. Go to start/run type msconfig. Look under Startup. If this entry is here, there uncheck and then restart your computer

  Mode has no default password (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

  Yes, you can buy Lightroom without subscribing to Adobe Creative Cloud.

  To purchase an upgrade to Lightroom 6 from a previous version, please see this link: products .  Scroll to lightroom and click 'buy '. Then click on the selectable text next to "I want to:" and select "upgrade". In the drop-down list, select the version that you are upgrading.  I hope that help.

  It really seems to me as if you had a temporary problem which has now disappeared and that you probably do not need to do anything.

  However, please click Start, and then click Printers and faxes and report what, if anything, you see in the window that opens.

  If you don't see an icon for the printer that you think should be there, you need to fix this.  On the other hand, if your printer icon is there - or if you do not have a printer attached to your computer - you need not do anything.
