• Help with the Mavericks block Photoshop CC & bugs with Illustrator CC?

  I missed an update especially for CC users who have upgraded to Mavericks? Wishing to really I had held off on the upgrade of the operating system - Fortunately my CS4 is still compatible with the update of java, just bought the CC license but wanted to use new applications - now Photoshop CC crashes at launch (have not successfully opened a file in there without having to force to leave it) and Illustrator CC rebounded for a while then stopped. To chance five minutes later the application is started. I left it then reopened to search the GAL seemed even once, good - but then switched between that app and the other, then back to Illustrator CC and took time for her to open. I'm on a 3.4 GHz iMac intel core i7 with 16 GB ddr3 1600 mhz memory, it should not have lag issues and is only a few months old.

  This isn't a crash report, just a report of blocking/freezing (crashes and deadlocks are very different things).

  What this shows is that Photoshop was waiting for the BONE to get police information - and which can take some time if the cache OS font is damaged or incomplete (as you have installed the operating system).

  Before today, I've never had a problem with photoshop. But whenever I click on the text tool in photoshop, it crashes, I tried to use a common solution by resetting all the tools and then crashed to photoshop as well. I have no external plug-ins for installed fonts as I have deleted.

  I tried to correct this problem for more than 2 hours and nothing as worked. Please can someone help me fix this problem I really need to use the text tool.

• CS5-Merge To HDR Pro blocks Photoshop (Win 7, 64-bit)

  I had Photoshop CS5 Extended for about 2 weeks. I use the 64-bit with Windows 7 64 bit version. It has so far been working well, but I'm now a problem with "Merge to HDR Pro. Once I entered my settings and click on 'ok' Photoshop no longer responds. I have to start "Task Manager" and forced to leave Photoshop.

  It is a common problem or am I the only one get it? Is there a solution?

• Camera raw crashing Photoshop CC 2014

  Hi - I'm on an iMac, Yosemite 10.10.03 running.

  Adobe Creative suite is installed and seems to work correctly except in photoshop CC 2014 when I use photo raw filter, or if I try to open a camera raw file by dragging it to the icon of the PSD.

  It blocks photoshop every time.

• Photoshop crashes when editing metadata information

  We use Photoshop CS3 on our Mac G5 under Leopard. When we open a JPG or EPS file and try to change the metadata it completely blocks Photoshop. It does not matter what meta data field, we are editing happens to each of them. Don't know what has changed on the system we did not update recently. Thought it might be a preferences file corrupt, but not sure that one to delete? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

• zooms of mouse instead of scrolls in web browser

  I have a new HP Envy I7-3770 system... recently, it started windows zoom using the scroll wheel of the mouse rather than scrolling... also, by clicking on a link opens a new tab, rather than the binding behavior in the existing window.  This problem is intermittent, but occurs quite frequently.  I have updated Java and Adobe Flash/Shockwave, but the problem persists... also, I have a logitech T650 button installed with a USB HP mouse bluetooth...

  Any thoughts?

  The short answer is Yes. But the easy answer is to download Dr. Brown 1-2-3 process. It is essentially an improved version of the Image Processor. It allows to set the units to resize to any block Photoshop supports.

  I've been running CS4 for about five months. There has been problems - speed, stability - but here's a new. Out of the blue, choose the Hue-Saturation Panel room rthrough menu or by combination of keys displays the eyedropper - operation - but essentially blocks Photoshop. It goes on running - you get 'blind' menus - but it is impossible to turn off the eydropper and you must therefore close CS4 in Windows. I rebooted, it still happens. I am sworn to reinstall before knowing if there is Marius for this.

  You must physically delete (or rename) the preference files or, if you use the Alt, Ctrl, and shift, don't forget you get a confirmation dialog box.

  This resets all settings in Photoshop default.

  (A complete uninstall/reinstall will not affect preferences and a corrupted file may be the cause of the problem.)

  Perhaps the publishing server has been blocked.  To unlock a software publisher:

  On the content tab, in the certificates section, click certificates.

  3.
  The Untrusted Publisher tab.

  4.
  Select the editor you want to unlock, and then click Remove.

• When I open a photo in Photoshop CC, the cursor becomes a 'blocked circle '.

  Any JPG photo, I try to open, when I try to change it, the cursor goes into a 'denial' as a 'blocked circle '. I've used Photoshop for years and have never encountered this problem before. What I am doing wrong? It simply doesn't let me edit JPG images. I also checked to see if my monthly payments were up to date, and they are. What gives?

  Several reasons can cause see ring stuck on your screen: selected layer's smart object, color mode, bit depth or selected tool cannot be used (the Eyedropper, 3D... material Drop tool 3D material).

  Make sure you have Image > Mode > RGB - 8-bit/channel, make sure you have Smart object selected in the layers panel and check what tool is selected or active.

  The update for Photoshop elements 13.0 message starts a download of 13.1 and then the update message reappears and blocks the use of 13.0. It also blocks the restart that should activate 13.1. Close with ctrl-alt-delete and restart gives the same situation.
